Ekoda Gang headcanons ?
Not sure if this counts as a headcanon or just a fic idea, but
With how sophisticated Hakuba is and how elegant Akako is, they make a mature couple. Combined with Kaito's playfulness and Aoko's innocence. Then you got a family of 4.
It's either a joke someone in class made, or it was Aoko's.
Either way, it took them (mostly Hakuba and Akako) a while to get used to it and even embrace it.
Akako claims that she is Kaito's mother because they are both born with a magical destiny.
Aoko doesn't fully get it, but she then claims that Hakuba is her dad because their dads both work for the police force.
And Hakuba and Kaito look at each other like ( ゚_ ゚) ┐(゚ _゚ )┌
Or
Aoko is actually the glue of the group. Sure, Akako and Hakuba were mostly there for Kaito, but it was Aoko that made them a friend group. If it was up to Kaito, he would mostly ignore them.
Aoko is the one who comes up with ideas for a group hangout. They take turns on who gets to plan the day. Hakuba was then banned from becoming a planner because he was too meticulous with time.
Each of the members has a vastly different palate. I headcanon that Akako would enjoy spicy food, and Hakuba has a refined palate. Both Kaito and Aoko have a sweet tooth. So it is difficult to find a place for them to eat. Not if you are Akako-sama (Mirror Mirror on the wall, am I right?). Thanks to her, they always find the best place that can satisfy their taste.
And
Tumblr media
Seeing the colors reminds me of them. And I think Aoko does too, so she named the group chats The Shijin (四神).

Saguru freaked out and/or confused by Akako and/or her family
Awwww still a cute prompt~  (Under the readmore, of course!)
Akako was almost finished with her spell circle and was only a few minutes away from catching Kaitou Kid.  There was no need for her to catch him, obviously.  She didn’t want him to fall in love with her, and she didn’t particularly want him in jail.  She did like to keep him on his toes, though, so she continued antagonizing him when she had time.
The spell circle she finished looked beautiful and was a little extravagant, perhaps.  But Kuroba Kaito had escaped her traps before, and she was in the mood to test her mettle against his.  She hadn’t been able to cast as much recently with her dear Saguru always around.
When the door to the roof slammed open and the white-clad magician himself raced toward her, she grinned.  The grin stretched as he stumbled right into her clutches.  The grin faltered when her Saguru followed Kuroba into the circle.
“Oh, dear,” she sighed.
“Damn it, Akako!  I was about to get away, what gives?” Kuroba huffed, looking like a petulant child.
“Akako…?” Saguru frowned, eyes piercing through her with the focus of a bird of prey.
“Wait, he doesn’t…  Akako, you said you were going to tell him,” Kuroba crossed his arms.  “You need to talk about this, and I don’t think I should really be present for this.”
Akako sighed.  “You’re right, of course.  It’s such a shame, I was so sure this one would hold you.  Isn’t it lovely?”
Kuroba finally looked down.  When his eyes took in the spirals and sigils, he looked suitably impressed.
“I can tell you just by looking, I would’ve had a lot of trouble with this one.  I don’t know if I’d have found a way or not.”
“Kuroba, why aren’t you surprised?” Saguru asked, narrowing his eyes.
“Not my place to say, Hakuba.“  As Akako finished dismissing the circle, Kuroba bowed neatly and dashed off, flying away on his white wings.
“I assume it’s your place to say?” Saguru said.  Akako looked away from his disappointed stare.
“Why don’t we leave this place?  I will explain everything as we walk.  Although, you should return the gem to the Inspector first, of course.”
Saguru sighed, pulling the gem from his coat pocket.
Once they were outside, Akako began her explanation.
“Saguru, I’m a witch.  No, please don’t protest.  You felt my magic yourself on the rooftop.  I can give you more proof later, but for now, please listen.”
Akako waited for him to wave her on before she continued.
“I come from a long line of witches.  My mother was, as was her mother, and so on.  The women of my line are quite powerful.  I’m sure it never crossed your mind, but how did you think I captivated so many men during high school?”
“Your beauty and charm?” Saguru raised an eyebrow.
Akako smiled, ducking her head with an uncharacteristic blush.  “I wish that were the case, but most of them were bewitched.  For what it’s worth, I have never used one of those spells on you.  You were the rival of one who could not be charmed, so I left you alone.”
“The rival of…  Kuroba?  He can’t be charmed at all?”
“That’s correct.  He’s immune to my seduction, for some reason.  I used to cast those spells on him to make him my slave, but after a while, I gave it up.  There was no point in keeping him as my slave when he was something like a friend.  And then you were so charming…"  Akako finally shot him a look, smiling.  "There was no point in seducing Kuroba to prove I could when I was much happier being courted by you.”
Saguru blushed and coughed a little.  Akako wanted to hold his hand, but thought she’d be better off waiting for now.
“So, you’ve been a witch the whole time I’ve known you?”
“Yes, I have.  Mainly I used my magic against Kaitou Kid, but I did help him out of binds a few times.”
“Are there limitations to your magic?”
“Well, I make contracts with Lucifer, periodically, but there’s no real danger there when done correctly.  And…  I can’t cry.  If I cry, my magic will leave me.”
“Have you ever used your magic to hurt someone?”
Akako hesitated.  “No one was hurt in the end, but…  I’ve done things I’m not proud of.  I haven’t done anything to be ashamed of since high school, though.  You and Aoko have been a… positive influence on me.”
Saguru took her hand, humming thoughtfully.  Akako felt relief crash over her in a wave.  He still…
“I’d appreciate it if you wouldn’t make deals with the devil anymore for the sake of my heart, and I would like to see your magic properly, if that’s alright.”
“Yes, of course,” Akako smiled, leaning into his shoulder.  “It would be my pleasure.  I would like to ask how you’re taking this so well.  Even Kuroba was quite skeptical at first.”
“I trust you,” Saguru said without hesitation.  “You wouldn’t lie about something like this, so it must be the truth.”
Akako was… touched.  She wasn’t sure what she had done to deserve such a kind and understanding man as Saguru, but whatever it was, she’d do it again in a heartbeat.
“I love you, Saguru,” she said, voice soft.
“I love you, too."  Saguru brought her hand to his lips and brushed a kiss over the back, smiling at her.  "Are we still planning on getting dinner tomorrow?”
“Of course.  I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”
