            she   wanted   to   respond   to   him   by   mimicking   his   word      ,      because      ,      elongating   the      A      but   had   left   it   alone   as   he   had   continued   to   talk      ,      the   smile   on   his   face   showing   that   he   was   being   more   playful      &      teasing   than   serious      .      '      I   don't   really   believe   that      ,      not   that   you   aren't   attractive      &      can   pull   some   women      ,      but      irresistible   appeal      ?      I   have   to   call   bullshit      .      '      she's   grinning   up   at   him   as   she   goes   to   order   a   drink      &      sees   another   one   placed   in   front   of   her   by   a   gentleman   across   the   bar      .      she   slides   it   to   Jim   as   she   takes   his   bourbon   after   his   first   sip      ,      a   gesture   to   the   men   that   she   did   not   need   their   alcohol      &      she   wasn't   going   home   with   them      .      '      what   about   it   don't   you   want   to   talk   about      ?      the   violation   of   the   rules      ,      or   the   fact   that   maybe   it   was   a   little   too   boring      ?      '      eyebrows   raises   as   she   lifts   his   now   stolen   bourbon   to   her   lips   and   took   a   sip   of   it      .
