However, these are our current situation and we must protect ourselves and our love ones. When you are practicing safety measures, others that you come into contact with will be as well. . . . . If comfort is the issue or breathing try doing theses things. *DIY mask *Order several washable masks * Crisis cross the elastic before placing in around your ears to give you a bit of ventilation (but remember not to much space should be open.) * when you are alone take off your mask and take deep breaths.
