Question: In S4, EP17, was Steven cooking the marshmallow a visual metaphor for him cooking up an idea, and being set on it when he eats it? The way everything is shot makes it feel that way and I just wanted to know if that was intentional.

The symbolism of marshmallows is that just like dangerous ideas with high risk and high rewards, you need to put the marshmallows near the flame to get it toasted, but you COULD set the entire thing ablaze and end up with nothing but a disappointing, burned-black husk of sugar on a stick.
