evidence includes the last of them being brought into time lord politics and when we first see the first doctor in lore, he is still in politics before deciding to dip tf out with his granddaughter arkytior larn (later as we know her as susan foreman) which means that the first doctor is technically the eighth, second the ninth ( and what happened to second at the end of his led into missing episodes which actually means ruth doctor is tenth), third doctor is eleventh, fourth doctor is twelfth, fifth doctor is thirteenth, sixth doctor is fourteenth, seventh doctor is fifteenth, eighth doctor is sixteenth, war doctor is seventeenth, ninth doctor is eighteenth, tenth doctor is nineteenth (and since that regeneration counts as him being a new person, he is also twentieth from journey’s end - day of the doctor and s4 specials - the end of time,) eleventh doctor is the 21st, twelfth is the 22nd, and thirteenth is the 23rd. the ones that have stories

if you’re going by just on screen actors with comics and audios. thirteenth doctor (jodie whittaker) would be the 23rd incarnation

late valentines, i suppose? this has been a wip since last year but i finally got around to finishing it this week. i ran into a few issues that i almost gave up on it but it's been so long since my last upload and i wanted to share something before February ends so here it is! i drew the scalp textures from scratch in Photoshop (using one of the braids from GT as a reference) so it took ages. it's not perfect but i quite like it, hope you do too <3
