“wow! That ass is impressive!” Ryder claimed as he was, as usual, forgetting that wasn’t polite. The guy had passed next to him, alone, as he was drinking a beer at an outside table on a bar. “I mean... the trousers. OF course.” He added, as he noticed the looks of others making him think he had overstepped. Which he had. And he wasn’t ashamed of. But he didn’t want to get kicked of another bar.

standing up, ryder reached out for the bowl as he picked a few snacks in his fist andl aid over that small seat, waiting, and eating. “seriously, there’s no need for thanking me. catching that mugger was something that anyone good enough would do.” he pointed, even though he was relaxing. he hadn’t said no to the dinning invitation, after all, he was hungry and it was late enough. having stopped that mugger from taking the other’s bags with their dinner was still part of his helping nature and thus, something he shouldn’t be rewarded for. or so he was told.

“I don’t get why you don’t want to talk about it openly. IT’s not like you don’t enjoy it, or at least, the sounds you make are quite exemplary of pleasure.” Ryder pointed, scratching the back of his head as he looked at the other, set apart from the rest of the group was not something he liked. But understood he had to respect him nonetheless.

after a hard hit on the nose, and not enough time to use his powers when he was on a human attire, he began to bleed through the nose. nevertheless, he stood up and punched the other not containing his strength. the hit sent them flying against the alley’s wall, approaching the other guy that seemed to be scared on the floor. “they didn’t finish what they were trying to, did they?”

his corneas fragmented, his facial bones seemed to solidify with a greenish color, and from the forehead a part of feelers appeared, below them, two small obsidian orbs that served as secondary eyes for ryder, while his arms, already muscled enough, expanded, until two green protuberances cover them. the insect nature he was channeling was that of a mantis shrimp, strong and firm arms for battle, and the best sight of the whole animal kingdom. 

the perfect attire to fight that bone like beast that appeared in that dark alley. dropping onto his legs, he dodged an attack and punched the arm, fragmenting it which made the beast fall unstable. “Are you ok?” he asked the other, as he shielded them with his body, still laying in front of the monster to protect them.
