I made ice cream and got catapulted back to remembering that in the manga adaption of Romeo x Juliet, Juliet cuts her hair to a boys cut at the end, to show her resolve but also because everyone she’s known knows her as Odin.
she’s had to hide her hair all her life so just just chops it all off and Romeo kisses her and says he likes it and it suits her and I read this when I was in middle school and it still is ingrained into my brain.
I love how the RxJ Juliet is just. a genderfluid icon. goddamn. we love rep
