Rudolph stared at the building in front of him that was practically seeping magical energy. This place was nothing like the north pole, how he got here was a quite puzzling question. Dragging his hooves through the snowy grounds he approached the doors, hoping someone might be able to help him.

"Oi." George’s elbow jabbed into Fred’s side.

"Oi, yourself!" Fred skittered sideways in the snow, one hand flying up to guard the map inside his jacket from further attacks. "Precious cargo here, remember? What d'you--?"

He fell silent as he spotted what George was indicating. It was a deer but not quite a deer, with a red nose neither of them had seen on any animal before. And it was walking towards the doors as if it intended to trot right into the entrance hall.

His task forgotten, Fred crossed the courtyard for a closer look. George lagged behind until he realised there would be no point catching Harry when he wasn't the one with the map, then gave in to his own curiosity and jogged to catch up.
