Jester/Leper: Regicide!

(Jester killed his previous king and the Leper alludes to a king)

Plague Doctor/Graverobber: "Rob 'Em Blind" is funny but it's a little long

Hellion/Vestal: Hell's Bells!

They both have complex relationships with religion and its also a name of an actual team comp in DD!

Reynauld/Dismas: Shoot 'n Loot!

Because even though Dismas is the Highwayman, it's Reynauld that's the kleptomaniac
