Playing with a new #runningtoy tonight. My old @garmin Forerunner 35 died about a month ago but luckily I have a friend who works for Garmin and he hooked me me up with a new 245. I barely knew it’s capabilities tonight but he encouraged to go ahead give it a go anyway. I was at @lifetimefitness in Centreville so I jumped in a treadmill, hit start and went for 6 miles. That seemed easy enough. I’m sure I’ll learn more as I stumble around with this thing. I’ve already got my Spotify account loaded on here so the next step will be figuring how to stream music when I’m running indoors (I don’t do music running outdoors). Anyway, good run tonight. I threw in some striders in the middle. My race this weekend and my target race in 2 weeks are no more thanks to #covid_19 so I’m trying to figure out next steps.
