Alamo 13.1 Half marathon redemption day after bowing 🙇‍♀️ out 2 weeks ago. We still managed to keep our social distancing while running with the occasional gloved fist punch as we passed each other. 😜 Ready for a shower, cozy clothes and 🌱 food. ⁣

With 18 weeks to IM Lake Placid 🙏🏻, training continues... building up to marathon distance running following a 8min/45sec run/walk plan.⁣
