don't stress yourself out on the essay ^-^ my advice is to make a detailed outline and split tab if possible

so have two tabs open, one for the outline and the other for the essay and continuously refer back to the outline. it helps to not fray from the main topic

or if you're in a rush, only write the thesis statement and bullet points stating the key ideas. if you add the bullet points, make sure the thesis statement is in red and bigger than the key details to exaggerate your point.

keep your word count off. since you have sunday and monday, make a second draft. the first draft is entirely focused on idea spam. rough drafts should be ones that you'd get a 60> as a grade if you turned it in as it is completely spam. it's the second draft that you should put full effort into.

space out the times you're writing! this is really important for burn out so make sure to take breaks ^-^

extra: listen to instrumentals instead of regular music if you do listen to music as it will side track you. for me, i listen to classical music because it makes it easier to find the tempo and tap my foot to it, steadying my mind in the process
