ive been Struggling to sleep properly lately so i yam thinking that if it happens again tonight i might just... stay up for a day and then go to sleep and see if that will help
#i really dont want to but x___x#like . ill go to sleep earlier at 3 or 4 and then wake up 2 to 3 hrs later#and this has been going on for a week#and then i wont be able to sleep for Hours later ......#like i know i have to keep trying but im so .#like idk like it feels like my body registers it ad a nap ? bc when i nap its usually for that amt if time#and then sometimes wjen i wake up im wide awake like ???? hello !!! i want to sleep properly again )):#so naybe staying up for a day will make me more tired.....#like i didnt start getting super sleepy until 1 pm.... and wasnt able to sleep until like 2 ;---;#and then when i woke up st 6 pm i didnt feel too sleepy ?? i did go back to sleep though#aaaa i just want a normal sleep schedule againnnn ive learned my lesson hhh ;---;#once i can get things back and order... i will not stay past 4 am the Latest if i can help it .
