Side note bc I like to involve myself in everything; haunting of bly Manor had me in shambles.

I mean tissue wiping, nose running, hysterical crying type shambles I wasn't coping well. It was so well made though, I love the flanaverse.

(For context incase your not sure what that is, the type of shows the man who makes these shows such as haunting of hill house, bly Manor, midnight club, midnight mass bla bla has been nicknamed the falanverse cus his surname is Flanagan)

Also, lil fact, Flanagan worked previously on ru Paul dragrace.

Trixie Mattel Recalls 2019 MTV Movie Awards With Nick Kroll & Tamagotchi Ring

Trixie Mattel, a famous American drag queen, most notable for her appearance on Ru Paul’s Drag Race is a big Tamagotchi fan! This week Trixie posted a picture to her Instagram with Nick Kroll from the 2019 MTV Movie Awards with the caption "Simpler times! @nickkroll and my Tamagotchi ring”. You may remember we previously reported on Trixie Mattel’s love of her Tamagotchi ring gifted to her by a beloved fan.

Trixie even wore the ring recently on the premiere of Ru Paul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race back in April. The official Tamagotchi US Twitter account even thanked Trixie for the Tama love!

Sad to see Blu go. Her Ad and runway were way better than Baggaz and Cheryl's. I'm a sucker for iridescent, shiny things and I loved her silly faces. Although her Ad lacked depth, I still found it on-brand and charming. (He's just so cute!!).

Bagga's outfit was literally what your gran picks out for a Christmas party and then she shoved a huge umbrella on her head? Her make-up for the Ad was abysmal and she wasn't funny. Mess.

Love Divina and want her to win (the show!) but it was a shame her pain made her arrogant to the point of being annoying. Loved her Runway. I'm a sucker for a yellow raincoat. The Ad was slightly dull but she still did a good job and her concept was great.

I like Viv but her pain and insecurity led her to make negative comments about Divina, putting her down to make herself feel better. Not cute. Ad was funny, to start, but boring with the hair flips near the end. I liked the idea of her Runway but the execution wasn't hitting the mark for me.

Generally not a fan of Cheryl. Her Runway could've been more sculpted and fitted and the lack of a bottom half made her look unpolished. The Ad was one note, the dialogue was chunky, and the concept lacked depth.

“Being an immigrant in the U.S. is hard.”

Tonight on @rupaulofficial @rupaulsdragrace Mercedes Iman Diamond, the first Muslim Drag Queen on the show, got candid about her experiences in the U.S. as an immigrant. Originally from Mombasa, Kenya, Mercedes noted that “I used to travel a lot [for pageants]. It was just like so hard for me to fly that I ended up like, I used to drive state to state for shows.”

“They put me on a no-fly list, I used to be for a long time.” Mercedes notes that this was most likely due to her name and the current political climate.

“Because my name sounded “Muslim” they put me on a watch list.” I was like I’m a drag queen, what am I going to do?!”

“Because I couldn’t fly I was on the road all the time, to the extent of fainting during a show and having to use a wheelchair.”

The watchlist is a part of the FBI's Terrorist Screening Database that has long been challenged for it's "bloated, discriminatory, and unfair" practices.

The @aclu_nationwide believes the No-Fly List to be unconstitutional and is challenging the process in court. There is a process to remove yourself from the watchlist, and Mercedes says she's no longer on it.
