RTE easily gets on with bots who match their personality-- the more the merrier when it comes to being destructive and feral! but anyone who fits the personality will do. Decepticon, Autobot, even human, whatever! you wanna knock down a building or take down a government? you're friend shaped! RTE doesn't mind befriending bots who maybe aren't as wild as them but still agree with them, though. like Ratchet. you know that old man ain't about the way things are run on Cybertron. he's friend shaped.

let's just say Blitzwing is the one who would need convincing about it, and he's only a little shy. RTE is aggressively in-your-face territorial especially over their conjunx and they can and will make a point of it to anyone. they'd be perfectly happy to get triple changer kisses in front of other bots. assert dominance. rub it in everyone's face. make THEM uncomfortable. hey, I've got a conjunx fragment, and my sweetspark is helm over stabilizers for me. at least I know someone on this Primus forsaken warship won't stab me in the back. and yes, you can bet RTE is plenty affectionate to Blitzy in turn. when they're not shouting at each other. or even when they are. there's something wrong with both of them, idk.

unconditionally, absolutely! sure, most bots RTE only cares to take interest in if they have something the scavenger wants, but RTE has too many close relationships to see everyone as on-value basis only. even if some relationships started that way-- like Starscream and Soundwave and Knockout-- RTE is not immune to becoming fond of others. the universe is tough. it's nice to have friends to complain about it with. :]

like it or not RTE believes in it 100%-- it's why, even though they're a Decepticon, they respect Optimus Prime. RTE hates the Autobots and everything they represent for Cybertron but Optimus himself really believes in something better. of course RTE says it's foolish to put others first, but it's just talk, considering how far they'll go risking their spark for the bots most important to them. RTE wouldn't admit it to just anybody, but maybe if more Transformers were like Optimus, there wouldn't be the need for war.
