Descriptions: Not being from the UK can be a struggle sometimes. But when your friends want to learn about your country, it does take off some of the stress.

Edd:

Admittedly, he doesn't look into other cultures that much. It's not a personal thing, it's just that he doesn't wanna misinterpret anything.

But that's where you come in!

He definitely takes interest in your countries history, especially with the arts.

He wants to learn about the meanings behind the art, and admittedly see the whys and hows of it's creation. He's interested in why it's important to you and your history!!

Not only is he interested in the arts though, he really likes the food!

Seafood, veggies, diets, etc. He's interested in it all!

If you invite him to cook a national dish, he's obviously going to take you up on your offer!!

Yeah, it'll probably get a little (a lot) messy, and cleanup may take awhile, but he really enjoys experimenting and making new dishes for everyone to enjoy!

And of course, he's going to attempt to learn your language. Heavy keyword; try.

He'll probably get end up confusing words, ending up in terrible sentences that you just can't help but laugh at.

Like one time he confused “love” and “good” so instead of saying “i love you” he managed to say “i good you” which was fucking hilarious to you.

But he genuinely tries to at least make sense of your culture. He wants to understand it, he finds it super interesting!

Matt:

Matt loves trying to learn about your culture, and of course tries to do some activities with you.

But things he's most interested in is your fashion.

He's very irresponsible with his money, so of course if you take him to your culture themed store and there's clothes. He's spending all his money on all he can get.

And if he can find matching outfits... whoo boy prepare to get an earful of “we should get this!” and “we should match!”

If you decide to make the attempt of teaching him your language, he does attempt to retain some info.

But with him memory, he's going to end up forgetting some of it. But he still tries using the word in conversation!

There was one time you two were at a restaurant and you were taking about your job, and you talked about how it can be hard there sometimes. And Matt, in an attempt to make you feel better, uses the one word he remembers.

You found it funny, but sweet.

He genuinely does try to grasp your culture, and yeah it can come off really cringe, but it's the thought that counts.

Tom:

Now this guy is pretty good at remembering things about your country.

Not anything that important, but he can still remember random fun-facts and laws.

Yeah that's right, he remembers the most minuscule, ridiculous laws that you tell him about. And of course, if you take him to your country, he's going to break them. That's just how he works.

But other than random fun facts you tell him, he's also very interested in your countries music!

Very speficially like older music.

He thinks the history behind certain songs and certain lyrics are very interesting, and he wants to learn to play them. To impress you.

And if you try to teach him your language, he's definitely going to practice and stuff.

And a bit so that he can work towards insulting Tord in a language he doesn't understand but he won't tell you that part.

Overall he's one of the best when it comes to talking about your culture, he'll find your country interesting and...

He just wants to see your face light up in excitement when he gets something about your culture right. It makes him kinda happy.

Tord:

He's the best one to talk to when it comes to culture.

Like you, he's not from the UK at all. So he can empathize with you when it comes to cultural differences.

But when it comes to your culture, he definitely takes interest in your military.

He'll go through in-depth research to see how powerful they are, what wars they've fought in, how they gained independence, etc.

He definitely does it to impress you as well, but he'll never tell you that.

If you try to get him to learn your language, the only thing he's retaining is swearing and insults.

He wants to be able to insult Tom in more ways than one, so of course he's taking the opportunity to use your language against him.

And of course, he'll get you to learn his language because “hes worked so hard to learn yours”.

But overall, he's very nice to talk to! Especially when it comes to both of your cultures and how you both could compare. It's nice to relate to him :).

So Kristine has dropped a shit load of Tea on me, which has led me to question everything. APPARENTLY there's a Gwen-Chris-Kristine-Brien Alliance. Additionally there was a Chris-Austin-Dem-Kristine alliance. (Though that 2nd one is kaputz with Austin wanting Chris out and Dem being upset with Austin.) Emma got that Vote Reveal which presumably, Myself and Jess know, and I can only imagine Kristine and Brien probably know given they were the other Light Blue property holders that both agreed to give the properties to Emma. So at the very least that's not a power I have to outright fear because I know who has it, I know what the Utilities did. (Sortof, still waiting on that Pandora's Box) The Browns are presumably gone assuming that Veto Shuffle was a one time thing. (That power honestly makes sense since Early on it's Useful but later in the game it'd be worthless.) Unfortunately either Eve or me is being hustled and given that Eve has a biased opinion others know about in relation to this vote, I'm liable to believe more people would lie to Eve about voting Chris than me just because I'm not a biased person right now. If it weren't for the heart to heart me and Chris had as well as really hashing it out with Gwen I don't think I'd be keeping Chris, however based on what I know about the Chris-Dem-Kristine relationship (Thanks Kristine) I doubt Dem was actually with Eve for the vote anyway, which means for Chris to go I'd have had to convince either Gwen or Emma to vote him out which we all know is against their best interests. My best bet right now is to try and recover from any blunders from this round with as much social capital I can walk away with and hope whatever happens with Pandora's Box doesn't just completely screw me over. Finally, Farley turns to him and starts to speak. “We should,” she says, then stops herself. She doesn’t know what to say, actually, and she doesn’t know why. Looking at him is enough, especially with the way he returns her gaze. She stops thinking when she closes the last distance between him, reaching with her hand to his neck to pull him to her and kiss him. The Barrows: Farley and Shade go to them in the beginning of Glass Sword to tell them that Mare has been captured by the colonel. They tell the family not to worry, they have a plan to get her away. Shade implies they might be gone for a while but they need to do it. “I can rely 100 % on Captain Farley”, he adds and throws a glance at her. She smirks at that and notices him taking her hand. She squeezes it. All the Barrows more or less get that there’s something going on between them and Tramy is about to ask something like that, but is interrupted by Gisa who hugs Shade, and Farley as well, to her surprise. “I believe in you,” Gisa says, and gives away one of her old embroidered scarves. Yet the family remains afraid. As they leave, Daniel rolls after them and tucks Farley’s sleeve. “You will take care him, Captain?” he asks. She nods, and Daniel adds “I fear he’s bad at doing it himself.”

The Colonel: I think they never meet each other with Fade as an official couple. I guess what happened it this:

I guess … Shade got angry about the whole coup d’etat thing in Red Queen. Farley has fucked up massively there and Shade got loud for once. But this was afterwards, they were too occupied with surviving at first. The fight happened after they’d arrived at Tuck, when they were alone for a moment. She looked after his wounds when he started to question her doings. She froze, straightened herself and hissed “I’m well aware, thank for reminding me”. Shade flinched and remained silent. They didn’t talk for the rest of the day. Yet Farley came back on the next day and Shade felt unexpectedly relieved. He said he didn’t want to shut her up and didn’t wish for her to build a wall between them. She could trust him. Farley crossed her arms. “Okay?” he asked, and she nodded. She made a stupid joke then and suceeded in lightening the situation. “We’ll have to be better,” he said, and she replied, “we will be.”

I’m not sure about the timing here, tbh, but I guess later in the day, Mare is captured.

Here we get definitely in “I pretend it didn’t” happen territory. I always wanted to write this idea.

Shade proposes some weeks after they’ve realizes they’re having a baby. Farley thinks he’s joking and reacts in that way as she sees him kneeling down in front of her. She can’t stop grinning and almosts laughs, yet Shade goes all the way, until he asks “will you marry me, Diana Farley?” He tries very hard to pretend she’s laughing because she’s happy.

But finally, she says, “You’re serious, by the bleeding skies? You don’t think you have to make an honourable woman out of me, do you? Because I’m not -” She stops herself as she sees hurt flashing on his face. “Sorry, sorry, sorry, I didn’t mean -” she pleads, but Shade stands up and turns away. He tries his best to hide his hurt but both of them know he feels it. He pretends it was a joke, as Farley thought at first.

Farley feels bad about this for weeks. Then she approaches the topic again. starting with another apology he won’t have. She insists. “I love you, Shade Barrow, and I was mean that day. I wanted to say to you, for some time now, that maybe, possibly, in some years .. I’d like to marry you. Perhaps. If we’re still alive and our cause is won.”

“Now that is a good reason to keep on fighting,” he replies.

They’re engaged for years and let people know this. There are bets about when they’ll get married, but they never let anything slip and dissemble instead. “It’s good as it is”, or “we can’t decide on a name anyways”, or “marriage is overrated, being engaged is more extra”.

The smallest ceremony ever. There are only the officials which are needed, Clara, and one or two close friends from the Guard who aren’t gossips. They have their own vows, make a photo, and have a nice meal. Some alcohol, but not much. They leave Clara with one of the friends present and have a glorious wedding night.

They wonder when Clara will let it slip that her parents have finally married and that’s the only risk they’re willing to take.

Do they have a honeymoon? If so, where? 

No. Unless they have a trip scheduled by circumstance to which they will refer to as their honeymoon ever after.

Do they have children? How many?

They have one canon child. Let’s assume they would’ve had more if Shade had lived and their cause was won. But if they have more than two, IDK?
