@lightinsonder - the tease brings on something terrible ; a stare that stirs cold blood. There is a tense moment - ten terrible seconds - before Tahno's face falls into trouble spirits ;

" Kiriko! Do you think I'm - OLD ?!"

“Yeah, you signed up to carry my burdens, deal with it.” ( screaming. from tahno. with all the tight lipped sarcasm in the four nations. )

"...What?" she looks at him confused. Not so much by what he's demanding, but the sheer fact he's demanding that they deal with the burden of ... chafed rhinestones? "Can't you just super super glue it back on?"

This is all too familiar, and he's none too fazed by it. Not in the slightest. In fact, it starts to grate his nerves, actually. Being as practical as ever, he shook his head. "Be serious, Tahno. Knock-off diamonds chafing's hardly a concern for the Avatar. Or a regular person."

He is rewarded with a whisper of a whimper, and he wants to whisk her away to another world ; to place her delicate body against his and devour her completely. There is not a fleeting and fantastical romance ( like the fun and frantic college days ), but a firm foundation for something forever.

She reaches up to him, and he leans down again, claiming her mouth in a less then chaste kiss. Tahno's hand is tempted further, searching under red skirt fabric and palming the warmth he finds there ;

" Let me have you, wholly, in this lifetime. "

His touch prompts a soft whimper shaking breath following suit. Her skin tingles with the sensation of anticipation that almost gets her lightheaded in a way she hadn't experienced with anyone else before. Fingers wrapped around his wrist move up his arms, her eyes following the traces of his features. There was something enjoyable about the look he was giving her. A mixture of desire and possessiveness that ignites parts of her into a blazing fire.

What is this, Kiriko?

He asks and it almost flies over her head. Almost gives him the obvious answer, the one he is searching for, that affirmation that they are one, that they can forever be one but that's not what leaves her lips, instead, her eyes locked with his, tongue running over her lower lip. "This is revenge on our fate that has constantly tried to tear us apart."

He is in a more natural state at night ; mentally and physically. Tahno stands there in the aisle, hair clean and tidy but not styled. Those naturally wavy bangs navigate around the sunglasses he is wearing indoors, at two in the morning, a slender hand holding onto a drink bottle he has been oddly observant too for the last few minutes.

But when Tahno is knocked into, he turns, nearly clear eyes piercing the person over designer frames -

It is only a ' tch ' that tickles Tahno's tongue ; his taste buds are tempted, but his temper gets the better of him.

" I do not take food from strangers. "

Tahno directly reaches out and roughly grabs the tip of his partner's chin ;

" You do not speak to me that way. "

"you're being a real bitch right now, so why don't you just shut up?"

His eyelids can be as heavy as his heart ; a stark stare that stabs through the soul.

But, with her, the hurt is healed over with the warmth of humanity.

So he kisses her fingertips, teeth sinking softly into flesh, and his nose curling in a characteristic expression he is ( charismatically ) known for ;

" Your skin tastes like sugar. "

Niran raises a brow, even going so far as to pause in toweling his hair. ❝ Keep dreaming, ❞ he says with a pleasant eye-smile, as if butter wouldn't melt in his mouth. He sits down on the bed before falling back into a starfish, his body easily taking up all the available space. Better luck next time, Tahno.

❝ Someone of your...ahem, advanced age really should sleep somewhere firmer. Like the floor! There should be some extra duvets in the closet, bpuu~ ❞ Lifting up his head, his grin grows bigger for a second before he returns back to resembling a large dead fish, his wet hair quickly forming a gigantic wet spot.

BISH I follow you because you are one of the first LoK RPers I found; it's really by chance and now look at Asami and Tahno. I know we don't talk in-depth all of the time but ILU boo. Our RP relationship is easy bc we're also out here being busy, responsible adults RESPECT U LOTS.

@freedomsbounty - There is something strange that slips through the air ; complete silence. It may be a shock to Korra's system when Tahno does not have a thwarting insult ready in an instant.

Still, lips curl into a tight, cat-like smile and he cannot resist to throw his readied words ;

" You are right for once, Uh-vatar. She has us both beat in beauty. "

It is sudden ; a ' snap ' of sharp teeth sinking into the senstive skin of their wrist. There was no warning, and near clear eyes watch and wager for a reaction. Teeth dig deeper ( a little less than a death grip ) and Tahno dips down, declaring peace and not war as he presses a kiss to the new sweet sore spot.

" I am not cute. I am pretty. You know this. "

brow raises at the smile, his own smile spreading a fraction. "oh, i don't know what you're talking about." they tease, letting out a small laugh. a hand raises to gently tap at tahno's cheek. "you should smile more. it's cute."

2023 is almost over!

!!! Me too! I'm so excited to see what 2024 will bring with our characters!! If we can be this chaotic with just Niran and Tahno, imagine.
