Steve chucked and put his finger on his lips.  “Shh… I don’t think anyone’s supposed to know that.  Don’t you know?  Captain America was born on July Four?” he teased.  He tugged her close and kissed her softly.  “I don’t really know. I guess I better keep it quiet though.  Don’t want to get in trouble.”

Welcome all! Stark here, and I'm looking for some discord partners. Generally, keep things ranging from 2-3 paragraphs. Sometimes, it's longer, rarely ever shorter. Steve smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Merry Christmas, sweetheart. I thank God every day for bringing me to you, Ginny. And now, look," he said pointing up at the mistletoe above their head. "He's working his magic yet again."

“Oh, Candy,” he said. “I haven’t had candy in so long.”  He knew he had more leeway than the girls, and if there were sweets there, no one would stop him from eating them. But there just were never any around on tour, and he didn’t like ordering dessert out unless everyone else did.  Partially because of his own food trauma, but mostly just because it felt shitty and selfish to eat sweets when everyone else had to deny themselves.

“You all look amazing,” he said. “It’s a shame they restricted what we wear, but it’s just one Halloween.  Next year, you’ll probably be able to wear whatever you want.  And this year, you still look very nice.”

They went into the party together and Steve was immediately pulled away from the women to shake hands with a few important people.  When he finally pulled himself free he grabbed a drink and went to find Ginny again.  “Having fun?” he asked when he stepped up beside her.

"Yes we will," she nodded and patted his arm. "We'll have fun and dance, maybe have some candy." Although she wasn't sure if they were even allowed to eat candy. The director and dance coach could be so strict. She was glad Steve continued to help her out of that mindset.

"Oh gosh, you would make a swell scarecrow! The wizard would be cute too!" Maybe when they had kids they could do an Oz inspired family costume.

"You know I wanted to be something scary. This is fine I guess, but Halloween is the one day a year I'm supposed to be scary!" She huffed, making Betty chuckle.

"It's okay, Gin. I don't know, I think anything would be better than this." Betty scrunched up her nose as she looked down at her dress.

"I'm happy with being a cat. I just would do more of a pin up model look." Lillian smoothed the skirt of her dress down. The others chimed in with what they wanted, the sound of music getting louder.
