Royce Alderan | Closed Starter
@pleinsdemuses
It was a little strange to be on a date and completely out of arm's reach, even out of earshot sometimes, from Bella. It was simply safer this way. If the two were seen together, onlookers might not approve of spotting a werewolf and a vampire fraternizing in such a way. Or worse, someone might report back to Alderan.
Still, it was a pleasure to watch how Bella walked through the world on her own. Confidence padding the pavement with every step she took, her head held high, and all the eyes that followed her as she passed by. She's mine. He thought to himself, feeling rather proud to have won her affection when she clearly had so much freedom of choice.
As Bella got in line for a ride not unlike a merry-go-round, which had brightly painted zoo animals rather than simple horses, Royce got in line after her, a party of 7 standing between them. She peeked back at him with a coy smile and he gave her a small wink before averting his gaze.
She chose a steed for the ride's duration and Royce carefully walked the platform until he found one that allowed him a good vantage point. The two could not speak to each other while maintaining a distance, and so had found others ways to communicate. Their wordless smirks and winks went unnoticed by the other patrons of the fair. As the ride began the two locked eyes.

His body was ablaze with overwhelming pleasure, as the sensation of Bella’s tongue licking and lightly grazing his skin. He was becoming more and more sensitive, on the verge of trembling. Holding back as best he could from the wave of pleasure building inside him.
Bella smiled up at him, she questioned his enjoyment and he had no choice but to tell her how good she made him feel. “I-I-I love it. I love it so much. Toy with me, my love.” He pleaded, yearning for her continued teasing.
Finally she took him in, and Royce gasped aloud. He could not hold back as he began to labor to breathe, quick, short breaths of desire escaping him. He had the strength and the prowess, could easily entangle his hands in her hair and take from her what she was giving so freely and so… sparingly.
But it was more fun this way. Being used felt good, almost natural. At least it did, when he submitted himself to someone like Bella.
Bella kept her gaze locked on Royce's, her eyes filled with a blend of adoration and playful intent. She let her tongue trace slow, teasing circles around the head of his cock, watching as his breath hitched and his body tensed even further. The way he whimpered and gripped the seat sent a thrill through her, urging her to continue this sweet torment.
"Do you like this, my love?" she murmured, her voice a soft whisper as her tongue flicked lightly against the sensitive tip. She could feel his body trembling with anticipation, his muscles taut and quivering under her touch.
She smiled up at him, her eyes full of playful intent, before finally taking him fully into her mouth.
The warmth and wetness of her mouth enveloped him, and she felt his whole body tense in response. She moved slowly at first, letting him feel every inch as she took him deeper, her tongue caressing the underside of his shaft. Bella loved the way he was giving her control, knowing that he could decide to take it back any second.

Royce turned to look at Bella, his eyes sparkled against the lights which lined the fairgrounds, and the ferris wheel lurched and then began to take them up and out in a wide arc.
"Oh yeah?" He smirked. "And what is my reward?" He was teetering on the edge of excitement, anxiety beginning to turn to adrenaline inside him.
Bella felt a rush of warmth at Royce’s playful invitation and the subtle yet profound tenderness in his gesture. She let herself be led to the ferris wheel, her hand comfortably nestled in his. When the conductor complimented them, she felt a blush creep up her cheeks, her heart swelling with affection.
As they settled into the cart and Royce wrapped his arm around her shoulders, she leaned into him, savoring the closeness. His teasing words brought a smile to her lips, and she turned her head to look up at him, her eyes sparkling with mischief and fondness. “I loved every second of it... I think it's time for you to be rewarded?"

Royce held a hand over his mouth, blocking the movement of his lips, and whispered in that same soft tone: "Very perceptive, Bella. Come and ride the ferris wheel with me?" He extended his hand to her and waved her onwards toward him.
When she met up with him, he took her hand in his and turned towards the ferris wheel. The conductor came and unlatched the gate, letting them through. "Handsome couple." He complimented them with a cheery smile. Royce nodded his appreciation but said nothing.
He led Bella to one of the carts, and held her hand as she stepped up onto the platform and into the cart. Stepping in after Bella, he slid in next to her and snaked his arm around her shoulders. "I hope you've been enjoying our little game of Cat and Mouse." He said to her, his voice teasing and playful.
“Where are you...” she asked to herself. Bella stood amidst the chaotic symphony of the fairgrounds—the excited chatter of families, the distant screams of delight from the roller coaster, the mingling scents of popcorn, cotton candy, and fried food. But then, she focused, closing her eyes for a moment, and all those distractions began to fade. She tuned in to the familiar timbre of Royce's voice, so soft yet unmistakably clear.
"Bella."
“Royce...” Her heart skipped a beat. It was as if his voice cut through the din of the fair, resonating deep within her.
"Bella, my dear."
She felt a pull, a magnetic force drawing her toward him. With each step she took, the noise of the fair seemed to quiet, honing her focus solely on the source of that comforting, compelling voice.
“Come and find me, Bella. I'm waiting for you."
She navigated through the crowd, her senses sharpening as she homed in on his scent, an intoxicating blend of musk and something uniquely him. The world around her blurred, the faces of strangers becoming mere shadows as she zeroed in on the ferris wheel.
As she approached the ferris wheel, she spotted him standing by the gate, his back turned to the ride.

Royce headed to the far end of the fairgrounds, walking with footsteps silent and slipping around people who hardly noticed his passing by. He wanted Bella to really look for him, to truly seek him out using her instincts. His scent in her nose, he wanted her to follow him dutifully and to become awash with joy when she found him again.
He decided the ferris wheel would be their rendezvous point. There was no line for this slow, placid ride so Royce stood directly at the gate, turned his back to the giant wheel and its attendant. He surveyed the crowd, searching with anticipation, for Bella to emerge.
"Bella." He muttered quietly, intentionally, wondering if her enhanced hearing would pick up his voice from wherever she was. "Bella, my dear." He cooed softly, "Come and find me, Bella. I'm waiting for you."
Bella watched Royce disappear around the corner, her body still humming with the afterglow of their brief but intense encounter. She licked her lips, savoring the lingering taste of herself and the sensation of his fingers in her mouth.
"You're not getting away that easily," she murmured to herself, a playful smirk curving her lips.
With her heart pounding in her chest, she set off after him, her steps quick and determined. The maze of mirrors distorted her reflection at every turn, but she didn't let it distract her. She was focused solely on finding Royce, the thrill of the chase fueling her desire.
Bella exited the maze of mirrors, her senses assaulted by the myriad scents of the fair. The air was thick with the smell of buttery popcorn, sweet cotton candy, sizzling hot dogs, and rich funnel cakes. But amidst the overwhelming aromas of fried food and sugary treats, she couldn't mistake Royce's distinctive scent.

Royce planted a few more loving kisses on her as she exposed her neck to him. The beast within him growing hungrier and hungrier, he still held back.
"Nothing you don't want me to." He whispered his answer to her ear, and let his hand find the top of her thigh, he dragged his fingers slowly across her skin in gentle circles. Then, finally, he settled his grasp on her inner thigh and hoisted her leg up and around his waist.
"But then again, there is so little that you don't want me to do to you, isn't there?" He whispered, his coy smile almost audible in his tone. His human teeth held firm over her collar bone, he ached to feed, but held back.
Bella's breath hitched as Royce's lips found hers, soft and sweet, his body pinning her gently against the mirror. She shivered as his kisses trailed down her neck, feeling the heat of his restrained desire. Her fingers curled into the fabric of his shirt, anchoring herself to him.
With a teasing smile, she tilted her head, exposing more of her neck to him. "You always do know how to find me... " she whispered, her voice tinged with both affection and challenge. "But what will you do now that you have me?"
Bella loved the idea of having his mark. She'd wear it without shame though people would probably wonder who gave it to her.

Royce smirked when he found Bella, waiting for him. Her form, misshapen and cast lopsided all around them, "It's gonna take a lot more than that to keep me from finding you." He said with a wink.
He pressed forward, his head tilted downward slightly, his eyes holding hers captive. He kissed her slowly, soft and sweet. His hands on the mirror behind her, he pinned her in place with his body pressed into hers.
He trailed kisses from the corner of her mouth across her cheek and down to her neck. He was tempted to bite down and drink from her here and now but held himself back. He decided, instead, to be a little bit more human. He left a passion mark on her skin, one she could hide behind her long hair if she so chose.
Bella stood amidst the labyrinth of reflections, her mischievous smile widening as she spotted Royce entering the House of Mirrors. She watched him navigate the maze, his movements deliberate as he used her scent to track her down. When he finally reached her, she leaned against one of the mirrors, her eyes twinkling with playful defiance.
"Well, well, look who found me," Bella teased, her voice echoing softly in the confined space. "I thought the mirrors might give me a little more time to myself, but I should've known better."

Exiting the haunted house, Royce peered around, scanning the crowd until his eyes landed on Bella. She was headed for the House of Mirrors. Royce rolled his eyes at this. Was she joking?
Royce sighed and slipped into the House of Mirrors quickly after Bella, using her scent to lead him through. The mirrors all around him reflected nothing, a natural reminder Royce was missing the more crucial part to his humanity.
Bella emerged from the haunted house, a sly smile playing on her lips as she made her way back into the heart of the messy crowd.
Her eyes scanned the attractions, seeking the perfect place to lead Royce next. She spotted it: the House of Mirrors.
With a confident stride, Bella headed toward the House of Mirrors, glancing over her shoulder to catch Royce's eye. She winked at him, her expression promising more mischief. As she approached the entrance, she noticed a group of men watching her, their interest evident. Ignoring their stares, she stepped inside the mirrored maze, knowing Royce would follow.

Bella's warmth spilled over onto Royce, her fingers trailing lovingly along his back. He shivered in her arms, and adjusted his grasp around her. There was a hint of mischief in her tone as she, too, sat with the realization that no one would hear them.
"What are you thinking?" He prompted her, curious as to the inner workings of her mind.
Bella felt a rush of comfort and security as Royce enveloped her in his embrace, his arms strong and reassuring around her shoulders. She leaned into him instinctively, feeling the steady rise and fall of his chest against hers. It was a moment of solace amidst the chaos they often found themselves in.
"Alone in the world," she echoed softly, her voice carrying a hint of relief and gratitude. She tilted her head slightly to look up at him, meeting his gaze with a mixture of warmth and fondness. "Just you and me," she added, her fingers lightly tracing patterns on his back as they stood embraced.
"Nobody can hear us..." she whispered teasingly, her voice just above a murmur. "how interesting...”

Royce smiled when Bella emerged from around the corner. Without a word, Royce wrapped his arms around Bella's shoulders, pulled her into his embrace. He simply held her for a moment, breathing steadily his chest rising and falling. Were he still alive, she might have heard his heart thudding in his chest for her.
"No one can see or hear us." Royce pointed out, his voice a playful whisper. "We are, for the moment, alone in the world."
Bella followed Royce's scent through the murky corridors of the haunted house, her senses hyper-focused amidst the unsettling sounds and flickering lights. Each step forward brought a mix of relief and lingering unease. When she finally caught up with him, her heart skipped a beat at the sight of him leaning casually against the wall.
"Found you," Bella said with a playful smirk, her voice a touch huskier than usual from the adrenaline and the close quarters. It was the perfect place. In the dark. Nobody would see them.

A wicked laugh track sounded overhead, mixed in with chilling sounds like over-the-top, terrified shrieking, what could only be a mortal's idea of what a ghost might sound like, and the clap of thunder which fell in sync with the flickering lights. Then the soundtrack started over at the beginning, seamlessly playing on a loop.
Royce took a right, then a left, then another right. He wondered how far behind Bella was, he entered a more open space, set up with wooden planks painted grey and black to look like crude grave stones. Smoke from a fog machine tucked away in a corner somewhere billowed at Royce's ankles.
Royce moved onwards through to the next corridor, which veered right until the end of the corridor was out of eyeshot. He slipped around the corner and pressed his back to the wall, effectively waiting around the corner for Bella to find him.
She watched Royce intently as he made his way off the ride, her curiosity piqued by his every movement. The carousel's whimsical music faded, replaced by the distant thrill-seekers' screams, and her heart beat in time with the sounds around her. As she dismounted, she noticed Royce's purposeful stride, his coy smile inviting her to follow. She hesitated only for a moment before making her way through the crowd, her eyes never leaving him.
As she neared the House of Horrors, Bella felt a mix of excitement and apprehension. She might be a big bad wolf but wasn't a big fan of horror movies. A house of horror sounded scary, but she knew Royce was there and that was enough to convince her.
She didn't say a word when she stepped inside, her eyes adjusting to the darkness. Straining to see, Bella knew she would need her wolf's enhanced vision to see better in total darkness.
Frustration flickered within her; she wasn't yet capable of shifting her eyes on command. Moving cautiously, she let her other senses heighten, relying on sound and scent to guide her.

As the music slowed, the high pitched tones becoming lower and more drawn out, the ride eased to a crawl until it reached a complete stop. The woman slipped off the zebra as soon as she could and stalked away to rejoin a group of friends.
Royce filed off the ride, watched curiously, as Bella dismounted and exited the ride. He beat her to the door, with two strangers between them, holding onto the railing of the off ramp. As the ramp kissed the fairgrounds, Royce peeked over his shoulder. His eye's found Bella's, he gave a coy smile, and nodded his head, signalling her to follow him this time.
Royce stuffed his hands into his coat pockets and headed down the way, chatter all around him and distant screams overhead from a more death-defying ride. He had spotted one attraction in particular and was beelining for it. A few minutes of walking and he found himself standing before a curtained doorway leading into a House of Horrors.
It wasn't exactly a ride, but within the confines of the dark rooms and corridors, the two might be able to find each other. Royce was shamelessly hoping for a tryst. He turned back for a moment, and searched the crowd for Bella.
She was making her way through a small group of people milling about near the entrance. As she came into full view, broaching the edge of the group of randoms. Royce smiled at her across the way, taking one step backwards, he slipped away into the shadowed threshold.
Bella's heart pounded as she watched the blonde woman inch closer to Royce, her laughter and flirtatious glances piercing through the noise of the fairground.
How dare she? Bella thought, gripping her ride tighter. She could feel the wolf within her, a primal instinct, growling and pacing, ready to assert dominance and claim what was hers. Royce belonged to her, and this woman had no right to encroach upon that.
She struggled to keep her composure, forcing herself to remember that Royce had done nothing wrong. He was simply being his charming self, unaware of the effect he had on people. But Bella couldn't help the bitterness that twisted in her gut. She waited to catch his eyes as the ride spun them around but she wasn't as merry as she was when it started.
When she finally saw him again, something had changed in the blonde woman. She wasn't that flirty anymore.

Royce was waiting patiently for his next chance to steal a glance at his girl when a stranger interrupted his quiet contemplation. Talking loudly over the sound of wordless carnival music, a blond woman introduced herself as Cassandra.
As she spoke, Royce's head swivelled in sync with the ride, this was his next chance to peak over at Bella, and this opportunity would not arrive for another painstaking 15 seconds. He was keen on meeting Bella's gaze once more and this stranger wasn't going to break his concentration. In his head, he was counting backwards from fifteen.
Finally, his opportunity came, and he caught a glimpse of Bella's face. Her expression had shifted in the last fifteen seconds. He felt confusion for a moment. The blonde spoke once more as the ride picked up speed. He figured he had 15 seconds or less to deal with this interruption.
"I'm no one." He said, watching for Bella. His eyes never met this woman's, he simply would not look at her and simply did not see her.
"Oh, come on. Don't you have a name?" She prompted again. Persistent. Royce thought to himself. Six more seconds.
"No. I was raised by wolves and they never named me because they couldn't speak." Royce deadpanned, sounding bored and irritated at the same time. Borderline hostile.
To Royce's surprise, the woman laughed out loud. Obnoxious. Royce passed judgement all too quickly. She continued flirting, not taking his rather obvious hint, "You're funny!" She leaned onto the edge of the fake saddle of her fake zebra, "...And cute."
Royce disregarded the compliment. Royce caught his next glance at Bella. She looked irked at the lease, eyeing he and this woman who was invading Royce's space and breathing his air. He blew a quick kiss to Bella just as she disappeared behind the center beam of the carousel.
Royce finally turned his head and glared at the woman, his eyes travelled up and down quickly, assessing her coldly. He spoke rapidly.
"You smell like desperation and dry semen. Your father hates you half as much as I have grown to hate you in the last 21 seconds. Your god isn't real but I assure you there is a flaming pit of torture and despair awaiting your soul's arrival."
The woman reeled backwards at his harsh words. A squealing child, who'd been so unfortunate as to overhear Royce's venom, fell silent with a deep frown, crouching low and hugging the the seal he rode on.
Three more seconds. Royce thought with happy anticipation, and leaned to the side so as to catch eyes with Bella just a half-second sooner.
Bella felt the thrill of the ride wash over her, but it was the sight of Royce, standing a few animals away, that truly made her heart race. She held his gaze, her smile widening as she read the pride and affection in his eyes. He looked at her as if she were the only person in the world, and it made her feel invincible.
As the ride spun them around, she relished the fleeting moments when their eyes could meet. Each glance, each wink, felt like a secret message shared just between them. It was their way of defying the odds, of claiming their love despite the world’s disapproval.
As the merry-go-round spun gracefully, a woman emanating confidence and beauty rode a beautifully painted zebra. She had striking blue eyes that sparkled under the carousel lights, her blonde hair cascading over her shoulders. Her smile was warm and inviting, framed by perfect teeth, and she wore a revealing t-shirt that accentuated her figure. She was surrounded by friends, but her attention seemed drawn to Royce.
"Hi there," she purred, her tone playful yet inviting. "You seem like you're enjoying the ride."
The woman giggled, her gaze lingering on Royce's chiseled features. "I'm Cassandra," she introduced herself, leaning even closer as the ride picked up speed. "And you are?"
Bella watched as the blonde woman flirted shamelessly with Royce on the adjacent animal. Her wolf instincts stirred uneasily within her, a primal surge of possessiveness and jealousy that she struggled to suppress.
She knew Royce was charismatic, perfect even, his charm often drawing attention wherever he went. But seeing another woman openly flirt with him ignited a fierce protectiveness within Bella.
