Marina's LTW is to own 5 Top-Level Business, so we get started right away. She'll be inheriting her fathers' business Weatherby's when the time comes, but for now, she's on her own.

She buys a tiny plot of land downtown and sells some trinkets and thrifted clothes. It's not much, but she's got to start somewhere!

Next up is Marina Weatherby in her downtown apartment. The layout was heavily inspired by this apartment lot from @pixelasher which I fell in love with as soon as I saw it! Theirs is much nicer, go check it out!

Last Round: Marina went to college with June St. Davis! She developed relationships with both June and her high school girlfriend, Lulu. She graduated with honors and headed straight to downtown to start making a name for herself!

That's all for Marina this spring! All work and no play makes Marina a very successful girl. She didn't roll any romance-related wants, so no further updates on her love triangle with Lulu and June. We'll have to see what happens in the summer!

Back at it again at work! I still haven't named this business because as soon as she gets more money, I may totally revamp it. It's such a small lot too - I should've just sprung for a 2x2.

Unfortunately for her neighbors, while Marina's away, the landlord throws a pizza party. Since there's no communal space to put the pizza, it creates a labyrinth of route failure and pee puddles on the ground. Note to self: move those columns 😅
