🍭 Twenty Questions 🍭
Tagged by @chameli ❤
1) What do you prefer to be called name-wise? SPL :)
2) When is your birthday? February 18
3) Where do you live? Canada
4) Three things you are doing right now? Working at our family shop, trying to make gifs for Juhi Week, and watching my little bro.
5) Four fandoms that have peaked your interest: SVU, Once Upon a Time, Supergirl, 9-1-1.
6) How has the pandemic been treating you? A mix of good and bad, I guess. Still looking for work and a lot of crappy/stressful stuff has been happening, but I was also in need of a break and to get creative so hopefully... I’m currently trying to pick up singing again... so keep your fingers crossed and don’t let me quit!
7) A song you can’t stop listening to right now? Soul by Celine Dion!
8) Recommend a movie. Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga (2019) [translation: How I Felt When I Saw That Girl] this movie is so beautiful and cute and the actors are all wonderful. It made me fall hard for bollywood movies, but most importantly, it introduced me to the mind-shattering Juhi Chawla. I know some people can be hesitant to watch non-English movies for various reasons, but once you open yourself to it, it really expands your world.
9) How old are you? 26
10) School, university, occupation, other? I currently work with victims on call at night every other week .
11) Do you prefer heat or cold? cold
12) Name one fact others may not know about you. the fact that of all the questions on this list, this is the one that stumps me lol uhhh... I’m needlessly stubborn when it comes to learning new things so I’m self-taught on a lot of things that would’ve been far easier if I’d used tutorials or videos etc (i.e. photoshop... I still have no idea what I’m doing but shhh)
13) Are you shy? Apparently. A relatively recent problem tbh.
14) Preferred pronouns? She/her.
15) Biggest Pet Peeves? ... does it count to say people who don’t reblog gifsets on here but save/repost/use/claim to enjoy gifs? Cause that is the worst.
16) What is your favorite "dere" type? I have no idea what that is???
17) Rate your life from 1-10, 1 being crappy and 10 being the best it could be. I wanna say like a 2 lol but I’ll go with 6, because it could be way worse probably and I wanna be optimistic.
18. What’s your main blog? This one.
19. List your side blogs and what they’re used for.
yikes, okay... but you asked!
@packedtotheaussies: co-run with @adi-dion, this is a blog for all our fave Australian TV shows (Wanted, Offspring, Packed to the Rafters, etc.)

@singindionresources: my newest blog with bestie. Photoshop resources! Only a couple PSDs posted so far but worth a follow if you wanna use our photoshop colourings.

Believe it or not... I have even more blogs. But I shall spare you because I barely touch them these days.
20. Is there something people need to know about you before becoming friends? Nope! Getting to know each other is the best part of making friends. Please feel free to message me, even if we’ve never spoken before!

July 23rd will mark a historic day for India’s startup ecosystem as Zomato food delivery platform makes its highly anticipated debut on the domestic stock exchanges.
The Gurugram-based firm originally planned to record on July 27, but has now postponed it until tomorrow, ET reported Wednesday evening.
More than 40 times oversubscribed: Last week, Zomato launched the first domestic IPO of an Indian startup unicorn. The issue was subscribed 40.38 times and generated demand of Rs 2.13 lakh crore, the highest for a domestic IPO in 11 years and the third highest in the history of the Indian capital market.
The IPO, which opened on July 14 and completed on July 16, also set a record for anchor investors and attracted the second highest number of registrations of all time. The allocation of the IPO share allocation to investors took place today (June 22nd).
IPO offer: The issue included fresh equity valued at Rs 9,000 billion and an Selling Offer (OFS) valued at Rs 375 billion from existing investor Info Edge (India). BlackBuck goes to the unicorn club
Tumblr media
The online trucking platform BlackBuck became the newest member of the Indian startup unicorn club.
Push the news: BlackBuck raised $ 67 million in a round led by Silicon Valley-based venture fund Tribe Capital, IFC Emerging Asia Fund, and VEF, which valued the startup at over $ 1 billion. The company was previously valued at approximately $ 850 million on its last fundraising in 2019.
BlackBuck has increased nearly $ 300 million since it was founded through a mixture of equity and debt financing. Investors also include Accel, Apoletto Asia, B Capital, Flipkart and Goldman Sachs.
Where should the money go? The company will use the money to expand its customer base and introduce new services. Rajesh Yabaji, co-founder and CEO of BlackBuck, said the company will invest heavily in product and data science capabilities to achieve better freight matching efficiency for the Indian trucking ecosystem. The startup will also be scaling its financial services and insurance offerings through partnerships.
This funding comes as a company sees a shift in demandwith most of it no longer coming from large corporations but from small businesses, brokers, and large corporations. “In the past two years, digital adoption has increased … we’ve seen 20x growth on the supply side and 10x growth in demand,” said Yabaji.
big picture: It’s been a record year for domestic startups, raising $ 12.1 billion from venture capitalists and private equity firms in just the first six months. India’s startups cost $ 11 billion in all of 2020, according to Venture Intelligence.
The continued flow of cash amid high valuations has also helped catapult a record number of startups into the Unicorn club.

Tweet of the day
RBI says the digital rupee will be rolled out gradually
Tumblr media
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is working on a “phased introduction” of the Central Bank of India’s (CBDC) digital currency and a pilot project to test a general purpose digital currency is possible in the near future, RBI Deputy Governor T Rabi Shankar said on Thursday.
What is a CBDC? CBDC is a form of virtual currency issued by a central bank as an alternative to physical currency. In contrast to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, CBDCs are covered by the state reserves of nation states and are therefore not subject to the same volatility.
Enable legal framework: In order to launch India’s CBDC, RBI is reviewing several legal frameworks, including amendments to several sections of the RBI Act, the Coin Act 2011, the Foreign Exchange Administration Act, and the Information and Technology Act.
What are the advantages? Shankar said a CBDC would reduce reliance on cash, lower the cost of printing cash, and provide a more robust settlement mechanism. Another key benefit is the elimination of “time zone differences” in foreign exchange transactions, which could pave the way for a cheaper and smoother international settlement system.

meanwhileAt the other end of the world, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Wednesday that they will likely accept Bitcoin as a payment option again after carefully considering the amount of renewable energy used to mine the currency.
Musk noticed that too he and his space company SpaceX also own Bitcoinapart from Tesla. Musk also owns Ethereum and Dogecoin in his personal capacity.
Catch up quickly: Tesla bought about $ 1.5 billion in Bitcoin in February and announced it would accept the digital coin as a payment option. But in May, Musk announced on Twitter that Tesla would end this initiative, citing concerns about the “rapidly increasing use of fossil fuels for Bitcoin mining and transactions.”
That move had triggered a bitcoin route, with the cryptocurrency falling nearly 17% within hours of the tweet. It also sparked allegations of “price manipulation,” which Musk denied last month.
On Wednesday, Musk said, “I could pump, but I’m not caving in … I definitely don’t believe in pushing the price up and selling or anything like that. I want to see Bitcoin successful. “
CCI accuses Amazon of hiding facts about the Future Group deal
Tumblr media
In a notice to Amazon, India’s competition regulator accused the company of hiding facts and providing false information while seeking approval to invest in a Future Group unit, Reuters reports.
The deal: Amazon had agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Future Coupons, a promoter of Future Retail, for around 1,500 billion rupees in August 2019. The firm is currently involved in a lawsuit with Future Group and Reliance Industries after the latter took over Future Group’s retail and wholesale business.
Amazon has argued in court that the terms of its 2019 deal prevent Future Group from selling Future Retail to Reliance.
CCI notice: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) announced in a June 4 announcement that the US e-commerce major had failed to disclose its strategic interest in Future Retail when it applied for approval for the 2019 deal. “The representations and behavior of Amazon before the Commission represent false information, false information and the suppression and / and concealment of essential facts,” it says in the communication.
CCI has now asked Amazon why it shouldn’t punish the company.
What is Amazon saying? Amazon confirmed to Reuters that it has received the notice and will extend its full cooperation to the CCI. The company said it was “confident that we can address the concerns of the Chamber of Commerce”.
What’s next? If CCI isn’t happy with Amazon’s response, it could fine the company and also review its deal with the Future Group, Vaibhav Choukse, partner at J Sagar Associates, told Reuters.
Large retailers are seeing a 2- to 9-fold increase in online sales
Tumblr media
India’s largest brick and mortar retailers are seeing a huge shift in consumer behavior as more people shop online amid the pandemic.
What’s happening? Reliance Retail, DMart, Croma, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail and Spencer’s Retail increased their online sales by 2 to 9-fold in 2020-21, although many of their stores either remained closed due to Covid-19 restrictions or had restricted their operations. This is based on disclosures made in their annual reports and presentations to investors.
Tumblr media
For India’s largest retailer Trust retail, accounted for the e-commerce business about 10% of sales by the end of FY21, down from almost zero last year. The growth was led by the company’s own platforms Jiomart and Ajio.com as well as acquired startups such as Netmeds, Urban Ladder and Zivame.
Devendra Chawla, managing director of Spencers Retail and Nature’s Basket, said online sales accounted for up to 30-40% of their total sales during the peak months of the lockdown.
Today’s ETtech Top 5 was written by Vikas SN in Bengaluru and published by Zaheer Merchant in Mumbai.

Many unfounded conspiracy theories related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput have swirled online, from nepotism to relationships gone wrong. In a heartfelt note shared on Instagram, his MS Dhoni: The Untold Story co-star Bhumika Chawla urged everyone to stop speculating and blaming people.
Sharing a picture with Sushant from their film, Bhumika wrote, “Dear Sushant – wherever you are – you are in the hands of God …. it’s Been a week since you have gone … What took you away —- THE SECRET HAS GONE WITH YOU — buried deep in your heart and mind…. Defence minister awards degrees at NIT, Kurukshetra - Times of India
New Post has been published on https://apzweb.com/defence-minister-awards-degrees-at-nit-kurukshetra-times-of-india/
Defence minister awards degrees at NIT, Kurukshetra - Times of India
Tumblr media
KURUKSHETRA: The Union defense minister Rajnath Singh awarded degrees to passing out students of National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra at 17th convocation here on Thursday.
A total of 1,339 students have been awarded degrees during this ceremony, including 847 degrees of Bachelor of Technology (BTech), 317 degrees of Master of Technology (MTech), 24 degrees of Master of Business Administration (MBA), 73 degrees of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and 78 degrees of Doctors of Philosophy (PhD).
Rajnath Singh awarded prizes and the institute awards to nearly 100 students including toppers and degrees to the PhD passing out scholars and then he left for New Delhi in the afternoon.
Showing his zeal to make India a ‘Vishwa Guru’ (world teacher) again, Rajnath in his speech said, “To make India Vishwa Guru again, it is important to develop values (sanskar), culture, and character among the students along with the educational knowledge. India is the only country in the world which has received the education of values from its sages and monks (rishi muni) and these sages have considered the whole world as their family. Instead of making India a great power of the world, the young generation of this country will have to keep its full focus on making it a Vishwa Guru.”
Talking about terrorists, Rajnath said, “Terrorists who committed terror attacks like 26/11, 2001 Parliament attack and even attack at the World Trade Center too were educated techies and they had the knowledge and good packages as well. But they did not have the right direction and lacked the values, character, and culture. Therefore, it is very important to develop values.”
Giving good wishes to the students, Rajnath Singh said, “It is a matter of joy and good fortune for me that I got an opportunity to reach this prestigious institution for awarding degrees to the future generations of the country. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has tied-up with this institution for research on space technologies and it is not a small thing. Today, ISRO is working to compete with NASA. On this land of Haryana, daughters like Kalpana Chawla and Minty Agarwal have glorified India’s name in the whole world. Every village of this state has given birth to a soldier and an army officer.”
Giving special light on the convocation theme, the Union minister said that students should not be satisfied with completing their course and earning knowledge, but it is also very important to achieve values and life values for all-round development.
Rajya Sabha MP and BJP national spokesperson Dr Sudhanshu Trivedi said, “Even after leaving this temple of education, students have to maintain their faith and work in their field with more enthusiasm. The students have to try to go further than their own knowledge and rituals, even from fine to massive. He said that 100 years ago, India did not have any place in the field of science, but today in the 21st century, India has become the biggest power in the world. From the land of Kurukshetra, students will always have to try to achieve their goals by following the path of the message of karma.”
In this event, former chairman and managing director of Axis Aerospace and Technologies Dr S Ravinarayanan has also been awarded a PhD degree by the NIT, Kurukshetra.

#694 Russell-Rana HAUNT RCB again but it was Kohli-Moeen partnership which had the final SAY in the match; RCB win a thriller; Saini and Stoinis impress; Pandya Bros outclass DC with  brutal cameos; Medvedev shocks Djokovic to storm to Monte Carlo SF; Nadal struggles but still wins in straight sets against Pella and more..:-)
Tumblr media
2019 Clay court season kicked off in Monte Carlo. Nadal cruised to QF after beating Bautista and Dimitrov with ease. He faced Pella in QF.  It was an intense match. Pella broke Nadal first 3 games in a row to go 4-1 ahead. 6th game went for 7 odd minutes. Pella  had chances to hold onto the serve but missed the chances. Nadal broke back to make it 4-2. He broke next game of Pella too. It wnet on serve till 5-5. Pella broke Nadal again. He again showed nerves serving for the set. Nadal made use of it to level the set. He easily won the tiebreaket 7-1. Second set was all Nadal as he won it 6-3.  Zverev lost to Fognini in straight sets in pre QF.  Djokovic struggled to beat Kohlscreiber in opening round. He faced Medvedev in QF. He was shocked 3-6 6-4 6-2 by the Russian. Djokovic struggled against smart tennis by Medvedev who used drop shot to good effect. His serve was very effective and Djokovic had trouble in returning. Medvedev would face Lajovic in SF who beat Sonego in QF.
In 34th match of 2019 IPL season, MI won the toss and chose to bat against DC in Delhi. Rohit and Quinton played with aggression as they took MI to 57-0 in powerplay. Amit Mishra castled first ball post powerplay. MI lost way post that. They just managed 47 runs in next 9 overs. They needed some big hitting from Hardik and Pollard and they got it. Hardik hit 32 from 15 balls. His brother Krunal hit 26 ball 37 to take MI to 168. That was 15 runs too many for DC to chase on a sluggish pitch. DC started the chase well as Shikhar attacked MI bowlers. He was eventually dismissed by Chahal for 22 ball 35. DC kept losing wickets post that. Shreyas, Pant and Munro hardly made any contributions. Chahar picked 3-19 as MI beat DC convincingly by 40 runs.
In 35th match of the season, out of sorts KKR faced “Team with no form” RCB in Eden Gardens. RCB had a big blow as ABD was ruled out due to injury. Dale Steyn and Klassen were in the team. RCB lost Parthiv early as Narine dismissed him with an off cutter. RCB 1-1. RCB sent Akshdeep ahead at 3. He scored a six early on but struggled to get the timing going on. Virat Kohli was coming onto his own. Against the run play, Russell dismissed AKshdeep for 13. RCB 59-2 in 9th over. Moeen came and started belting the ball from ball one. It started off with a six of Kuldeep. RCb were 70-2 in 10 overs. They upped the ante as scoring came thick and fast post that. Kuldeep and Chawla were severely dealt with. They ran between the wickets like a hare. Both scored fifties as RCB reached 122-2 in 15 overs. Moeen hit Kuldeep for 27 runs in 16th over before getting out in the final ball of the same over for 28 ball 66. RCB 149-3. Post that it was Virat show. 64 runs came of last 4 overs and 78 of last 5 as Virat scored his century of the penultimate ball. His 100 came off 57 balls before being dismissed of the final ball. His innings had 4 sixes and 9 fours. A classy innings from a very classy player. RCb had scored 200+ against KKR last time too but Russell spoilt the party. RCB started well as Steyn dismissed Lynn in first over. KKR 6-1. Sunil Narine hurt RCB in typical fashion by hitting boundaries using Stand and deliver method. RCb needed to get into middle order as soon as possible. Saini got one ball to bounce high which Sunil tried to pull. It hit top edge of the bat. Parthiv caught an easy catch. KKR 24-2. Gill hit a couple of good strokes before being dismissed by Steyn of a slower ball. KKr 33-3. Styen had an impact straight away which is good for RCB. In all 8 prior matches, RCB had just picked 3 wickets in power-play. They had already picked 3 wickets in first 5 overs against KKR this time. They had to keep taking wickets which is key in such chases. Stoinis and Siraj bowled tightly varying pace to restrict KKR to just 46-3 in 9 overs. KKR just never got going. They needed a 20 run over to get momentum back. Uthappa started off with a boundary of 9th over.  Siraj had a habit of giving away poor balls . He did that against KKR last match by bowling no ball. He bowled 5 wides in same over. Siraj bowled a couple of good balls before conceding another boundary of the final ball. 16 runs came in the over. Is this the momentum which KKR needed?  Virat had not introduced spinners till this point. It was a bit of a strange decision. It might be to keep Chahal and Ali when Russell would be at the crease. Tahir had success against Russell.Chahal bowled 11th over. Rana swept and reverse swept him for 2 fours. Rana could have been runout of last ball but Chahal didn’t gather the ball. KKR 72-3 in 11. Chahal dropped Rana next ball of SToinis over though it was a tough chance. Rana was definitely having luck. Would it be his day? He scored boundary of next ball. Against the run of play Uthappa was dismissed by SToinis. He scored 9 runs of 19 balls. KKR 79-4 in 12th over. Russell hit a six of 2nd ball but Chahl bowled well to him. He bowled wide and made Russell hit against the spin. That’s tough most of the times and would test best of players. KKR 94-4 in 13 overs. 120 runs was needed from last 7 overs.  Saini bowled 14th over. Russell hit him for a four of 2nd ball through point. Saini bowled fast delivery which went past the stumps next delivery. He bowled fast short delivery up next. Russell pulled it and ball went high in the air. Ball fell in no mans land between Klassen and Negi. Saini just gave away 7 runs in that over. Saini is definitely a bowler who has the potential to play for India. KKR 101-4 in 14 overs. 113 runs needed in 36 balls. Chahal bowled a couple of dot balls. Pressure was on KKR now. They needed a 25 run over now. Russell hit Chahal for a six. 8 runs came of first 4 balls. 2 sixes came of next 2 balls. KKR got 20 runs over they needed. 93 runs needed from 30 balls now.  16th over started off with a boundary. 22 runs came in last 4 balls and KKR were on a roll. RCb needed a wicket else they would end up losing it like they did in Bangalore. Rana hit 2 more sixes to bring up his fifty. KKR were giving RCB nightmares like they did in Bangalore. It came down to 76 needed from 24 balls.  RCB missed running out Russell. Nightmare period continued.  Siraj bowled a wide and another short ball which Russell hit for four. It came down to 70 from 22 balls. He hit another six of a length ball. It came down to 64 runs from 21 balls. He bowled another wide post that. He bowled 2 slower balls to keep Russell quiet. It came down to 61 runs of last 3 overs.  Steyn bowled 18th over. He started off with a dot ball. Rana hit him for a six of next ball. Steyn bowled length and was punished. That was followed by 2 runs and another six.  Steyn bowled a slower ball and then bowled length again to concede a boundary. It came down to 43 from last 2 overs. KKR had the momentum . This partnership had so far scored 92 runs in 37 balls. 77 runs came of last 5 overs. RCB needed a bowler who could just concede max 10 runs in last 2 overs. Who would that be ? Stoinis started off with dot ball . He bowled a wide off next ball. It came down to 42 from 11 balls. That was followed by another dot ball. 42 runs from 10 balls. Another dot ball followed as he bowled a short ball. 42 needed from 9 balls now. Stoinis was not bowling length. Either it was short or Yorker.  Russell got a sixer of next ball. 36 needed from 8 balls. That was a flat six towards mid wicket. Russell scored another 6 to get to his fifty of 21 balls. 30 needed from 7 balls. He scored a six of Yorker as well. What a player. KKR needed 24 runs of last over. RCb needed 2 good balls and KKR needed 4 sixes. Russell had scored 8 sixes and 2 fours so far. It was not out of his reach. Moeen bowled the last over. He started off with a dot ball and then Rana scored a single. It came down to 23 runs from 4 balls. KKR needed 4 sixes and RCB needed 1 dot ball. Can Russell do it? He started off with a six. 17 needed from last 3 balls. Moeen a fast ball outside off which Russell missed. Unless Moeen bowled no ball, it was RCB’s match to win. Russell got runout of penultimate ball.   Though Rana scored a six of the final ball, RCB win. RCB scrape through with a 10 run win.

There was no hope of me documenting their infancy very well, but the quads age up (chaotically, without birthday cakes), so it's finally time for a proper introduction!
From left to right, top to bottom:
Kiran Clemens
Traits: Light Sleeper, Unstable
Personality: 2/8/9/3/6
Tarik Clemens
Traits: Absent-Minded, Excitable
Personality: 10/8/2/10/5
Farah Clemens
Traits: Absent-Minded, Loves the Heat
Personality: 2/5/6/9/7
Anil Clemens
Traits: Absent-Minded, Loves the Heat
Personality: 2/8/4/6/10
They're such a good mix of their parents! I couldn't have hoped for better with quads. It's hard to tell, but Tarik actually has Sydney's hazel eyes. Otherwise, they all have black hair and brown eyes.

Rashid Khan's all-round effort guides Sunrisers to IPL final
Kolkata: Wonder man from Afghanistan Rashid Khan produced an all-round effort to guide Sunrisers Hyderabad to a 13-run win over Kolkata Knight Riders in the second qualifier and take the visitors to the final of the Indian Premier League season 11 here on Friday. Rashid (34 not out off 10) first played a late cameo with the bat to help Sunrisers overcome a wobbly start and post a challenging 174 for seven and then returned with a 3/19 spell from his four overs to guide his side to their second IPL final appearance. Besides his exploits with the bat and ball, Rashid grabbed two important catches at deep mid-wicket in the final over of the innings to emerge as the stand-out performer. Sunrisers will now take on two-time champions Chennai Super Kings in the summit clash in Mumbai on Sunday. In their pursuit of 175, KKR were off to a scintillating start scoring 40 off 3.2 overs before Sunil Narine perished caught by Carlos Brathwaite off Siddharth Kaul (2/32). But by then Narine and Chris Lynn (48 off 31) had already done the initial damage as they went hammer and tongs against the Sunrisers bowlers from the word go. Narine made 26 off 13 balls with the help of four boundaries and one six before departing. But that didn’t stop Lynn and new man in Nitish Rana (22) as the duo continued to bat aggressively and picked up boundaries and sixes at will to take KKR to 81 for one after eight overs. Just when it looked KKR were on course, four quick wickets brought Sunrisers back into the match. First Rana got run out in the ninth over and then a struggling Robin Uthappa was cleaned up by Rashid in the 11th over as the batsman went for an expansive reverse sweep. To make matters worse for KKR, skipper Dinesh Karthik was castled by Shakib Al Hasan in the 12th over before Rashid caught set batsman Lynn plumb in front of the wicket in the next over as the Australian went for a sweep. Rashid then came back an over later to dismiss dangerous Andre Russell as the West Indian edged a googly straight to Shikhar Dhawan at the lone slip as KKR slipped to 118 for six. Piyush Chawla scored a run-a-ball 12 before getting out but it was young Shubman Gill (30) who kept KKR in the hunt, hitting Kaul over mid-off boundary in the last ball off the penultimate over to bring down the equation to 19 off last over. Shivam Mavi then hit Brathwaite for a boundary in the first ball off the final over before the West Indian picked up Mavi and Gill with consecutive deliveries to shut the door for the hosts. Earlier, in their bid for a place in the final for the third time, KKR bowlers responded to Karthik’s decision to bowl first as they never allowed Sunrisers batsmen to break free initially. Kuldeep Yadav stole the limelight with a 2/29 spell that inluded the prized wicket of Kane Williamson (3), the leading rungetter of IPL-11, whlie Narine (1/24) was once again at his tidy best conceding just two runs in the 17th over.

Live Updates Kolkata Knight Riders win the toss and Dinesh Karthik says that they will bowl first as the wicket will remain the same right through. Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma says he too would have bowled first, but the team is up for the challenge.
PREVIEW KKR vs MI: Hosts Kolkata Knight Riders run the risk of slipping away when they face resurgent defending champions and 'nemesis' Mumbai Indians in an IPL clash, on Wednesday. The live telecast of the IPL 2018 match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians will start at 8 PM on May 9 (Wednesday). The match can be seen live on the Star Sports network and live streaming will be available on hotstar.com. You can also follow the match live blog for ball-by-ball updates, full score and IPL match highlight on cricketnext.com.
KKR have an onerous task at hand as they need to defy history against Mumbai Indians, who have won 17 of the 21 matches against the hosts across 11 seasons -- the most wins for an IPL team against any opponent. Their 13-run defeat at the Wankhede on May 6 stretched their losing streak to seven matches and 1125 days -- KKR's last win over Mumbai Indians was way back on April 8, 2015.
While KKR are fast running of time, the most successful IPL franchise, MI, are peaking at the right time, a revival that's quite akin to their triumphant campaign in 2015 when the Rohit Sharma-led side won seven of their last eight matches en route the title. Both teams have four matches left in the round-robin league, but KKR have won five matches one more than MI as a loss for any of the two sides may complicate their play-off aspirations.
Playing XIs:
Kolkata Knight Riders: Chris Lynn, Sunil Narine, Robin Uthappa, Nitish Rana, Dinesh Karthik(w/c), Rinku Singh, Andre Russell, Piyush Chawla, Tom Curran, Prasidh Krishna, Kuldeep Yadav
Mumbai Indians: Suryakumar Yadav, Evin Lewis, Rohit Sharma(c), Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Jean-Paul Duminy, Ishan Kishan(w), Ben Cutting, Mitchell McClenaghan, Mayank Markande, Jasprit Bumrah

Not only is she the undisputed queen of Bollywood, a doting mother and a loving wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan is also the fashionista that we never deserved. While she is yet to begin promoting her next film Veere Di Wedding with Sonam Kapoor, Kareena has managed to belt out fashion goals one after the other while she gets spotted in transit at the airport. Mostly spotted with her adorable little son Taimur Ali Khan, this time Kareena was on her own but absolutely nailed the cute white Gucci sweater and basic blue denims.
(Source: Varinder Chawla/ Indian Express)
With bright red lipstick blending with her snug, comfortable sweater, Kareena kept her hair tied up into a no-nonsense, neat bun and rounded off her look with a pair of shades and black shoes. She chose to carry a black Hermès Birkin bag, thus completing her look.

While this certainly makes it look like the queen has declared Christmas is here already, this is definitely not the first time in recent times that Kareena was seen warming up to the winters. Earlier, she was seen keeping it chic and classy in a printed white shirt from Sandro along with a pair of black trousers from Zara with a black scarf around her neck keeping her warm.

Well, that's it for Samit & Sydney! To recap...
🍼 Sydney gave birth to quadruplets - three boys and a girl! ⭐ Samit reached the top of the Entertainment career. ❄️ Sydney and Samit's relationship turned frosty as he neglected their new family (that neither of them really wanted). ❓ We leave on an uncertain note about what the family's future looks like and if it even includes Samit.
That's it! A short one because frankly, we've all seen enough green stink line toddler chaos from two decades of legacy posts.
This round really threw me for a curveball - I had to rewrite my entire plan for Sydney and Samit, but I've cooked up a Plan B and I'm pretty excited about where I'll take things in the future.
Next up is the Le Coeurs!

Oh god, it's happening!
(Side note: I think it's extremely funny Beaumont was there to witness this as a walkby, considering Sydney invited herself into his house to watch the birth of his twins several rounds ago. Full circle!)
