It's how, the first time she reveals her other form she says "let me slip into something a little more comfortable". It's how when she's having herself a spa day it's in the spider form. It's how sometimes she has six eyes and not a one of them has eyeshadow, and sometimes she has two eyes and a full face of makeup. It's how the times that we see her something like emotionally vulnerable (after getting her hotel destroyed, after losing Bullhop) it's as the spider.
It's how we only see her physically fight in the form where she has eight limbs and six eyes and no makeup. It's how she goes between both forms depending on the impression she's trying to make on people but there isn't a clear difference between the 'approachable' and the 'intimidating' one because she can and does play both roles and so many more in either body.
It's about how the form we first meet is the "business woman" who dress sharp and wears heels and makeup and is almost immediately trusted. It's how she conforms to the stereotype of a rich yet eccentric lady until she doesn't, and part of that not conforming includes hair that is larger and less neat and not wearing makeup and a different body type entirely. It's about how looking like a human woman includes a petite frame and a tiny waist and perfect hair.
And yes, it's about how one of the few female characters in Rise who doesn't wear makeup doesn't look anything like a human when she doesn't wear it. Are you picking up what I'm putting down here. Are you picking it all up.
