Perhaps, were he still recruited in Overwatch, Ludwig might have taken very real offence to the accusation.  ( But he is not in Overwatch now, is he? )  And with time, he’s grown accustomed to it – come to the easy conclusion that  ❛ out of their mind ❜  is a phrase reserved for those who are afraid of men that truly possess the capacity and the prowess needed to push their field beyond society's boundaries. 

It’s of no concern to him. There is little that he’ll change his methods for, after all, and nothing that he’ll stop for. An off remark from a colleague he hardly knows very well matters little in the long run; the most Reaper can really do to him is to a bit of banter.

i don’t usually do bias lists, not because i don’t love and appreciate everyone who’s kind enough to follow me, but because when it comes down to it, the numbers don’t really matter to me. all i care about is that i have some lovely people who write & plot with. which i’m fortunate enough to have on all of my blogs!! however, in shiro’s case, i want to make an exception because in a lot of ways, he means a bit more to me than my other muses --- i’ve been invested in him for the longest.

what i’m getting at is that shiro is an important muse & character to me and, after finally losing my energy and patience with the v/ld fandom & rpc and thus leaving it, i missed him a lot but was hesitant to make a blog that was all AU & no canon. muse won out, of course, and here we are. now, the point of me getting emotional: you guys have all followed me here. whether you followed after i self promo’d on my genji blog or because we’ve been friends since i was part of the v/ld fandom, whether you’re familiar with shiro as a character or not, it means so much to me. you guys have all allowed me to keep writing a muse who i’ve put two years of work into without having to deal with the fandom, you’ve followed me because you like writing with me regardless of whether you know my muse or if you even have a verse to interact with me in, and that’s just!! it’s really wonderful. maybe i’m a little overemotional but rp has been a big part of my life for a number of years now and writing shiro has helped me through a lot of darker times. you guys have allowed me to keep all that up, so thank you. ♡♡♡
