#roran being a rider is just not where i see his character going either

Since Thorn hatched, that means the other little guy is gonna hatch and I think his rider is either gonna be Arya or someone on the King’s side

The Fate of My Characters

I agree!!! I think that deciding what we want to do with our peeps will be sUPER helpful in developing the overall plot. :D Here’s my initial thoughts about my characters (none of them are really set in stone tbh and def subject to change): 

PETYR ALAINON: b/c i’m the wORST person, I think he may die as a result of something that vincent does in his dealings w/ dmitrei b/c that would be fun for everyone!!! 

ARTHUR ARRINGTON: 100% dies at the hands of team beaumont!!! probably sees his death coming. feels like the worst person at the end (b/c he is!!!) the last time he saw cordelia was a disaster. I think he probably does manage to send help of some kind to her but she never discovers that he was behind xx thing 

NED BARRET: i FEEL like he probably dies trying to rescue his son from Dezod? Can also see where he confronts Rob and almost kills him but cAN’T at the last moment and that’s when Rob kills Ned!!!! 

RIC BARRET: unsure???

ROB BARRET: 100%%%% DIES!!!!!!!! feel like maybe cris kills him? 

CELIA BEAUMONT: basically becomes a super capable and badass ruler in the south after she marries loys and probably survives and continues to be warden in the south at the end 

WILL CALDWELL: unsure

IMAINE CASTILLON: she’s so spoiled and self-centered and clueless that I feel like she does something hORRIBLE to someone when she doesn’t get something she wants??? unsure what this thing is or what she does but it’s awful and probably causes a lot of unforeseen consequences. survives but her life is not what she’d hoped for but she’s also grown and become a better person??

RORAN DEGREY: survives and lives to restore the hall of the dragon riders and basically trains a new generation of riders. may or may not kill cassius and/or dezod???? 

ELYNE DREST: is too damn trusting and can’t keep a secret for shit so she probably spills the existence of the resistance to the wrONG person and gets killed whoops 

SYSLEY DU FEY: joins the northern resistance and ends up dying helping them in some way??? either by helping them escape or something (knowing full well that rowlin/lucian/renfry idk soemone will know she did???) or she like poisons someone but again knows she won’t get away with it 

GUINEVERE FONTAINE: I feel like she survives? but beyond that???? 

HELENA GODIVA: discovers the truth about her sister!!!! runs away!!! probably becomes queen for a time at some point??? (possibly at the same time as her sister but people rally together in her name????) can see where she ends up dying somehow and that really sets rowena off (I feel like whatever humanity rowena has basically lies and dies with helena and she’d go completely crazy if she died!!!!) also can see where she survives and becomes queen when all of this is over???? 

ALEXANDIR GODIVA: I can either see him sacrificing himself so that others can live or I can see where he survives the entire thing and becomes King at the end?? 

DMITREI MASSARD: I have soooo many conflicting thoughts ahaha!!! Can see where he eventually manipulates his way to being King but I can also see where he never does???? I think if he ever made it to being king he’d be so bored and he’d also be unsure as to what to do after achieving that? b/c that was his goal and ????? what now??? haha can see where he dies (perhaps killed by james???? by lynessa????) but can also see where, at the end, he kind of slinks away and no one is really sure what happened to him 

ALARIC DE MONTFORT: unsure??? 

RENFRY MORAN: 100% dies!!!! not sure how but i feel like it comes from his plot to take over the north from his nephew. can see this actually happening at some point (can see him murdering both rowlin and luican as part of this plan????? can also see lucian being the one to kill him???) anyway he doesn’t hold on to his seat for long (if he gets it at all) 

MARGERY MORTAIN: can see james killing her after he realizes she killed his dad .... can also see her surviving and living out her days poor and alone

ANA MOYSAUNT: dies at her wedding!!!! may or may not come back but isn’t the same and yeah then needs to be killed again!!! so fun!!! 

TOM RESTON: lauren and I plotted that he and isolde marry but then she dies giving birth to their daughter who is pretty much the only reason tom doesn’t just die immediately of a broken heart. he raises his daughter in the north and she’s his pride and joy <333

DANYL RESTON: causes a lot of trouble and steals a lot of shit!!! perhaps becomes a better person after isolde dies and feels bad about how he messed with her for a bet that 1 time??? possibly becomes like a fun uncle to tom’s kid??? can also see where all the dumb stuff he does gets him murdered

ROWLIN STAFFORD: YEAH His days are numbered. idk if one of his many enemies get to him or if he volunteers to be sacrificed to the demon god w/o realizing it 

SAFIRA TALBOT: unsure??? rowena possibly kills her???? 

ANA THOREL: unsure?? 

GRECIA VAUGHN: spends most of her time thieving and sassing and looking out for herself and her friends but possibly does something heroic and selfless at the end??? possibly dies doing it?? 

ALIVIA VIPONT: BURNS sTUFF and then dies herself. unsure if it’s by an enemy or if she kills herself in some weird ritual to the demon god??? can see where she would like set the entire castle on fire and possibly kill her family too???? 

ROMAYNE VITALIS: HAS A really hard time of it but I feel like he does survive and he ends up ruling in the southern isles at the end

AALIS VYMONT: discovers who she really is at some point!! is reunited with alex and all of her other fam but I feel like she doesn’t have it in her to settle down and by a ~proper vymont lady and probably spends the rest of her days protecting aragoth??? i feel like she gives up her illegal pirate lifestyle but still needs a life of adventure!!!!

MELISENDA WYSTAN: survives but isn’t happy
