S/O burns themselves out and ends up falling unconscious while nose deep into the seemingly never-ending pile of work. vandelay heads panic and take time out of their schedule to tend to their favorite assistant/associate/whatever you wanna call them.

Rekka

Despite being a very hard and devoted worker it's all work and no play she'll yell for all everyone back to back after a 5 min break, she won't stand anyone that can be a threat to her perfect rep, however when she spots her assistant looking a bit sluggish today but pushes it aside

But as the day goes on the work keeps piling up on them Rekka soon noticed that they're out of shape state, she decided to take action at the moment when suddenly they fainted fortunately Rekka caught them before they hit the ground

Taking them back to her office laying them down on her couch and covering them with a small blanket and then clearing their schedule for two weeks, when they do wake up Rekka will tell them to just go back to sleep (Much to the surprise of the assistant) even if they try to say that they'll be fine. Rekka will give them a death stare to go back and rest as she continues to fill out their paperwork

She'll tell them that she's making an exception for them since they're her assistants and she needs them to be well rested and stress free, a bot coming in and giving them their favorite snacks as Rekka goes over her work

Zanzo

Unfortunately Zanzo is the biggest factor to Y/N's burnout due to his reckless finance spending and invention making which leads to lots of paperwork, much to the dismay of his assistants as they're handed files after files after files of paperwork

When Zanzo is now being handed said files he orders the bot to take to Y/N but was told that they're asleep, shouting in annoyance as he storms to their desk demanding why they fell asleep trying to shake them awake by their shoulder but to no avail. Finally realizing that they passed out while filing out all the paperwork

Zanzo repositions their chair to a more comfortable position then orders a bot to fetch a blanket, snacks and tea for Y/N as he fills out each of the paperwork on his own. When they do wake up Zanzo will push them back on their chair as he covers them with the blanket and setting down snacks and tea, telling them to rest for the day as he takes most of the files back to his office

Korsica

Unlike her fellow coworkers Korsica already caught onto her assistant's burnout their sluggish movement and behavior was a dead giveaway, she insists that she takes most of the load on them but they refuse saying that they're fine and that they can handle

She'll keep a close eye on them as they keep making sure they're staying hydrated and has eaten something before going back to work she doesn't like when they push themselves so hard to the point of exhaustion, however when Korsica was talking to them about taking a break Y/N couldn't finish they're sentences when they faint lucky the Head of Security caught them before they fell forward

Korsica will take them to their home (she knows their address because they invited her to their home, she didn't stalk) fishing out their keys as she unlocks their door, taking them to their room laying them down on their bed. Setting down a glass of water and Avail on their nightstand before she leaves when she comes back to work she'll clear their schedule and check up on them during the time

Mimosa

Mimosa would probably be too busy to take notice that one of her associates is feeling under the weather lately but it doesn't go unnoticed by their peers, but they keep working on likes it's no big deal that was until they were assigned to help Mimosa prepare

Everything was going good at first working in the superstar's room with the others as they were told here and there to grab this and do this with the occasionally sudden change, now were told to grab something else where but when they returned to the greenroom much to the dismay of Mimosa the star herself saw them suddenly faint at her door

When they wake up the first thing they see is Mimosa staring down at them from her lap feeling her fingers through their hair, they try to sit up but was stopped when Mimosa pulled them down back on her lap telling them to just relax and rest for the time. If they try to argue about going back to work she'll tell that she gave them the next few days off, handing them a luxurious bottle of ice tea

Roquefort

Much like Korsica he'll notice right away from their sluggish movements and tired eyes as they fill out paperwork and other manual work for him, but he's subtle about his concerns by asking them for certain files that they were suppose to do or having them do less stressful work such as talking with other coworkers about something while walking around the office

But if it seems that work is getting to them he'll confront them by telling them to put down whatever they're doing right and go take a break that whatever they're working on, he'll have someone else to work on it

There's no argument when it comes to taking breaks to Roquefort he's not Rekka or Zanzo where he's constantly working on everything, when he sees that his assistant burning out he'll give them two weeks off with pay of course he won't stand if one of his favorite associates is sick

Kale

Being the head of Vandelay comes with it's perks especially if you're his assistant but lately he's starting to notice how much slower they been lately then other days they worked, but puts it aside as he continues to work on Project Spectra and Armstrong not noticing that how they suddenly let they slump down as he turns away

During one of his routine inspection on production so on and so forth but when he returns to his office where Y/N is doing their paperwork and his schedule, finally taking notice how much their appearance is more shaggy and less composed as they wobble back and forth on their feet

When they start to faint Kale is quick on his feet catching them before they fall not caring about the tablet or papers scattered across his floor, right his attention is on his unconscious assistant laying them down on his couch taking off their jacket and shoes so there more comfortable. Grabbing water and Alka seltzer for when they wake up picking it up the papers from the floor setting it on the coffee across from them, the sitting down across from them as he fills them out

Looking up occasionally making sure that they're doing fine even placing a cold damp towel on their forehead if he sees their face heating up, once he's done with the paperwork he'll sit down the floor next to them and watch them sleep as he caresses their face

🍬 It is confirmed that during Roquefort’s fight, you can use 808’s showstopper ability (or the cute cat poses ability) and stun Roquefort where he responded, “Awww~ My rage is weakened.)

So I like to see some fluff of Roquefort being kind to cats and at times, he mistaken 808 as an actual cat and spoils them.

As much as Roquesfort is seen as a literate wolf in sheep's clothing he has a huge soft spot for small animals most notable cats, he can't help but melt at the sight of an adorable fluff ball laying in the sun, cuddling with it's companion or messing around with something

Sometimes he's seen outside playing with cats near the alleyways or parks with those feather teasers or using his office laser point but when he's caught Roquesfort will switch back to his professional persona, when the witness is called off he'll return his attention back to the cats

Whenever he does his daily finance and has a huge amount left over he'll send this money to cat shelters and buy food for the strays, Roquesfort will buy the most fancy and healthiest foods/treats

During the time when Peppermint started to intervene with Vandelay 808 was trying to get his pass-key but unfortunately he got caught by Roquesfort, thankfully he believes that 808 is an actual cat taking her up in his arms talking to her in a baby voice and feeding her the fancy treat. Peppermint on the other hand caught off guard as she watched the display on screen

Kale

He doesn't get as much sleep as he likes since he has insomnia so when he finds S/o comfortable asleep on the couch, he'll just lay down right next to them and spoon them until he falls asleep

When nighttime comes along Kale will cuddle up next S/o laying his head on their chest he loves when they brush his hair because it helps feel dozy, listening to their heartbeat also helps the way he hear their heart skip a beat as they cuddle him in their arms

During work Kale will have them on his lap as they sleep while he talks with the others on cam not caring if it's silly or a distraction, they're staying there during the meeting if they like it or not

Rekka

Even though she's all work, no play person and her posters say 'No napping, there's work to do' all over her factory to remind her workers, but she makes an exception for her S/o when she finds them asleep on her chair with her favorite jacket around their shoulder

She can't help but fall more in love with them seeing them taking a nap in her office, that she won't even wake them up from their slumber Rekka will slowly move the chair away so that she won't disturb them will she works on her computer

On certain days when Production went wrong or Zanzo did something again that messed with her rep she'll carry them over to the couch in her office space, lay them down on her chest as she fells asleep cuddling them like a teddy bear

Zanzo

As much as Zanzo is a perfectionist at heart when it comes to his work and projects even during his sleep he can't help but make more ideas, but when he sees his S/o asleep on the couch or at his desk he instantly melts at the sight of them

He'll take off his white jacket to drape over them so they won't catch anything while he works, but Zanzo will make sure that his S/o is comfortable in their sleep placing a pillow under their head, taking off their shoes and that they're in a comfortable position

When work is slow today Zanzo will join S/o on the couch or place them on his lap as they slept occasionally playing with their hair as he looks over his paperwork

Mimosa

Honestly Mimosa doesn't see anything wrong with sleeping in between work cause she needs her beauty sleep before performing she has a special route before going to sleep, applying moisturizer to her face, brush her hair then change of her suit

When she finds her S/o on the couch asleep she'll wake them up so they can wear something more comfortable then in their work wear, afterwards Mimosa will lead them to her room so they can sleep more comfortable in her plush bed then on the hard couch plus she loves when they run their fingers down her back

Roquefort

When his S/o starts to feel dozy and he notices it Roquefort will call them over and have them sit on his lap so they can sleep while he goes over Zanzo's budget again, holding their head against his shoulder so they won't wake up with a sore neck

If he's super busy he'll order one of the bots to bring the best bed they have for S/o so they can be comfortable while he works away on every file, paper and budget he has today

At night Roquefort will spoon S/o throughout the time and will occasionally nuzzle into their neck when they move around, always pulling up the blanket when it starts to slide off them and holding onto it making sure that they are comfortable warm
