Toonami announces Rooster Fighter at San Diego Comic-Con 2024, premiere dates for Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc, Rick and Morty: The Anime, Uzumaki, and Lazarus.

Several new original productions and acquisitions were announced to be coming Toonami’s way in the coming months and years, including the announcement of Rooster Fighter by Shū Sakuratani, as well as release dates for Demon Slayer: Swordsman Village arc on August 10, Rick and Morty: The Anime on August 17, Uzumaki on September 28, and Lazarus in 2025.

So for those who were curious about the briefly mentioned rooster dilf

This is Kukkulan kuningas ("King of the hill"), but just Kuku for short. He keeps a small chicken farm with his girl-son. He's an older gent but came around only recently due to the fact that he was born an ordinary, non sentient rooster. His daughter was the sole worker on their farm before this and wished for more family (and help) to have around, so he was transformed into a devil as well.

It's difficult to adapt to suddenly being. A person. So he got into various situations and hijinks around the village, which Syne as the guard had to come mediate fairly often. Kuku means well, but the village (or the rest of the world) doesn't work on chicken coup rules. It's widely agreed that it's not a good idea to Turn older critters (they call it "Giving them a mind") due to problems with adjustment, but fortunately, he does just fine with his daughter around their ranch, and he's really, really trying his damnest.

Syne for one has been taken aback by 1. Kuku's sheer physical strength compared to him (they've thrown hands more than once) and 2. His continuous tenacity in Trying Again. And.... 3. His rugged handsomeness and idiot charms
