Her eyes were still fixed onto Rude, she still had a lot of bad feelings that he had to save her. She hated to feel so weak. Anything she never wanted was someone who have to be saved, even she looked like this.

It was hard to get information out of him. Maybe it was even harder to get this man talk than Tseng.. and he was already very hard to communicate with, but she slowly got a feeling for it, but Rude was completly new territory. Her eyes wandered a second time concerned over his body, like she could get the talent to could learn to scan with just her eyes. This would make life a lot of easier.

"Its just a graze shot, there is no bullet in it, Im fine. You look so much worser. You shouldn't have done that" was she maybe a little bit angry? Why everyone got the feeling, that she needed saving? Tseng also treated her like a raw egg. "You guys are awful, so please let me help you, I dont want to feel so worthless" she talked into him, it was hard to do anything against his will, she feared that he was much stronger than her.

Too much thoughts rushing through her mind while she inspected his body of injuries, the ringing was still there, but got more quiet. Slowly a headache seemed to want take over her mind.

She told herself to take a breath. Pain was good. It did make her feel alive and reminded her to stay concentrated. Rude seemed to react, just to remind her that she has to secure the location. Why was she such an dumbass? She felt like a noob as he told her just this single word. A slight nod of her head, before she took a serious look around, her ears where not easily trusted, because she felt the ringing in the back of her mind.

“It looks like it. I’m sorry, my ears are ringing… are you… can you stand up? Can I help you?” It was obvious that he was not okay and Tseng told her multiple times that she should stop asking dumb question which answer was obvious. The blonde Turks pressed her one hand on her side, which was also bleeding, but Rude was shot more times than her and she felt so bad, that it was just because of her. Sadly the blonde woman was very small, especially in contrast to the other Turk and it would be hard for to help him.

Her answer wasn’t all that reassuring. Elena mentioned that her hearing can’t be fully trusted, and it becomes clear that the shock and adrenaline affected nerves were there. Leaving Rude with not many other options than to be a continuing source of calmness and trust her estimation -with cautions.

The blonde had yet not as much experience as the rest of them with shot wounds, and it’s Rude’s job to make sure she’ll live to face more scenarios like this one. Because this is inescapable in their line of work. Live long enough and you will have your fair shares of physical and mental scars.

Pushing himself up to sit with the help of his elbows, with only the slightest sight of tremble. His hands and fingers still pressed over the known bullet holes. It hurts to move but so did not moving and not moving will most certainly result with him slowly bleeding out if the internal bleedings doesn’t get him first.

“Status?” Was the next report he asks for. Eying their surroundings for threats and cover, and then back at the rookie. He registers her blood covered hand. Confirming that she had been shot, so he waits for her status report to let him know how severe her condition is.
