someone liked some old designs for a on-hold/scrapped project of mine so i went to take a look and. hold on a fucking minute

and this is so funny to me cuz i did not intend it at all, i half forgot these characters existed 😭 but the motifs and color palletes are literally identical... how does one accidentally rip off one's own designs

i have two unserious things to say about romeo in a suit:

big tits snatched waist the cco regrets giving this man the garment making this man look more unholy krankenstein is having 666 logical fallicies and a brain aneurysm trying not to look

before i thought that v a angel and lunette having the same black chest cross thing wasnt really anything. i did think a little that for angel it could be a "sexy" leather harness or something. but then you told us that for lunette was wearing a cross shaped tie as part of the cco uniform. now i cant stop thinking about angel wearing his work tie over his bare chest as his casual clothes. bro thats so lame you are not pulling anyone with that kind of look X_X

firstly, i did design romèo's outfit thinking "it's funny how they're prude catholics but have this man's buttons popping off his uniform" so tbh ur not wrong there LOL . n also, for the original V.A. Angel design, it really was a cross-shaped harness! the heart bit is the buckle. it was just to mimic the shape of the cross tie within the uniform in an ironic way.

that being said, angel/romèo is probably the type to make some sort of fashion crime like that and defend it by saying it's "chic",,, so i made a quick 5 minute doodle of that :P

also i would like to ask if anyone even suspects that romeo is not an international man of mystery but actually a country guy (if you are still considering this character detail)

i think romeo's over-the-top personality makes it easy to overlook any clues towards his country origins XD (like how his accent sometimes slips or when he says some weird hillbilly idiom without thinking). the idea of a guy who at least sounds convincingly french saying stuff like "you gotta pull yourself up by your bootstraps, oui" is just too funny to me

hi sorry it took like a century to get to this ask but YES I CAN!!!

so romeo doesn't actually show up much in postmortem, because his specialty is in international missions. he travels all over the world, and treats his job as a string of free holidays - he doesn't take it seriously at all, and the other assassins wonder how he's so highly ranked. but he's smarter than he seems!

so, most of romeo's targets are women, often times the wives of enemies of the CCO. romeo seduces these women, and leads them to trust him, before of course killing them when the time is right. he does have a combat weapon, being nunchucks, but he usually just uses poison or a good ol' pillow smothering to kill his victims. he has a reputation as a womanizer and he embraces this a lot. he's highly romantic, but in a kinda shallow, almost cartoonish way - he's never really felt a real emotional connection with anyone, so he has no clue how actual relationships or courtship work.

other than his work, he's very hedonistic but also very self conscious. he loves partying and drinking, but cannot STAND smoking or smokers because it could ruin his precious face. (lunette teases him for this and likes to "accidentally" blow smoke in his face when they're out together. ) he's frivolous and a big spender too (often taking cash from his typically rich victims after killing them) - when he first started out in his early 20s, it took him over a year, but he managed to buy his own private jet called romeo jr that he treats like a son. also, romèo rosary is not his real name. thank u so much for the question!!! and to everyone else who sent asks i promise i'll get to them, i'm justsuper busy with school these days😭
