5/16” galvanized steel horizontal rods, continuous from jamb to jamb and covered with aluminum tubes

Bottom bar is a tubular aluminum extrusion, fitted with nylon end caps which act as bearing surfaces

The optional cylinder lock is assembled in the bottom bar that activates the concealed 3/8” of steel tamperproof lock rods

The lock uses standard mortise cylinder and is also available with an optional removable core, center locks are available up to 25’ wide

There are 180 colors available for powder coating. Powder coating is a process of dry finishing wherein it grounds particles of pigment and resin into fine ones which are electrostatically charged. It can also be sprayed onto the electrically grounded parts of rolling doors.
