Midnight Rockers X Male Reader
THIS FIC IS 18+ HUGEEEE TW FOR DRUG USE. That’s like. the main thing in this fic. There is a mention of cocaine and use of poppers.
Masterlist AO3
Summer 1989
This really wasn’t your scene…
You never really were one for wild parties like this. Sure, you’d passed a bong around and maybe tried shrooms once but this… this was a whole new level. You stood in the corner as you watched a white substance get snorted away on the table. Your red cup crinkled a bit under your grip. There was a feeling in your gut… a feeling that maybe this was a bad idea. Maybe it would be better to just go home. However, a hand on your shoulder caused you to jolt back to the presence.
“Hey? You good man?” A blond asked you with concern etched on his face. Shawn was his name right...? Shawn or maybe... No no it was Shawn.
“Yeah! I just… Uh yknow never been.” You cleared your throat. “Around this kinda stuff before.” You looked over to Shawn with a Sheepish smile on your face and he gasped.
“Oh shit! Here! Cmon!” he said as he took your arm to lead you away. “So sorry about that man. I didn’t think they’d…” he shrugged his shoulders. “Usually they’d do it somewhere else.” “Oh I’m not upset! I’ve just." You paused. "Never seen that before.” You admitted and Shawn let out a small chuckle.
“You keep hanging around us and you’re gonna see that waaaay more.” he snickered before looking around. “There he is. Marty!” Shawn shouted over the music; you saw the leather jacket before you could make out Jannetty.
He turned to look at the two of you and his eyes lit up. Almost like he knew already. He quickly looked to the steps and Shawn looked back down to you. “Do you wanna go upstairs?” He offered and you nodded.
“Yeah, that would be nice.” Shawn nodded and looked back to Marty, giving him a quick thumbs up. It didn’t take long for the three of you to meet at the top and look for a room to disappear into. Whoever’s bedroom this was was just gonna have to suck it up for the time being. Besides it didn't seem like anyone would be needing it for sleep soon. You let out a small sigh once the door closed and locked. Moving towards the bed to sit down. “Sorry...” you said quickly, and Marty quirked a brow.
“The hell you sorry for?” He asked as he went to sit down next to you.
“Freaking out...? I don’t know I just. I’m sorry I suck to hang out with.” You furrowed your brows however you were brought out of the self-deprecating haze by a hand on your shoulder jostling you around.
“Hey! Don’t you start talkin like that ya hear me? Here… I might have a little something that’ll help you relax” Marty shot you a smile and you furrowed your brows.
“I don’t wanna smoke right now…”
“You don’t smoke it!” Marty said with a wide smile. “You just take a niceeee deep breath through your nose and then you’re a little buzzed.”
You thought it over. Furrowing your brows before nodding. “Ok. I’ll bite.” You said with a nod and Shawn seemed to beam a bit.
“Oh you’re gonna love these!” His eyes bright as he shook his fists with excitement. You couldn’t help but giggle. Shawn could be such a dork sometimes, but it endeared you.
Marty pulled out a small container from his pocket and smiled. You could hear liquid sloshing inside. “It’s easy. I’ll show you how.” Marty said as he went to unscrew the cap.
Your mind was spinning, holy fucking shit poppers were sick. You felt the rush to your head as you handed the small container back to Marty as you laughed and fell back onto the bed. “Holy… moly Marty…” you slurred.
Shawn let out a small snicker. “They’re awesome right?” He asked as he looked down to you. You nodded quickly reaching up to pull Shawn down on top of you with a laugh. Shawn himself gasped at suddenly being pulled down but he let out a small giggle of his own as he looked down. “Affectionate are we?” He teased and you cooed, reaching up to cup his cheeks.
“Shawn you’re so fucking pretty.” you smiled before sitting back up and looking at Marty, he had a grin on his face as he held the container towards you again. You looked to it, then to Shawn, who took the container first to take a hit from it before handing it to you.
You were your third round in before you felt a heat in your gut. Maybe it was your lack of inhibitions in the moment that had you speaking up. “Fucking Christ do they make you guys horny too?” You asked before looking over to Marty who was inhaling from the container. He did a double take almost before laughing.
“Sometimes.” Marty admitted with a shrug before Shawn was laying against your shoulder.
“They make me horny most of the time Marty’s just trying to act cool.” You snickered pressing your forehead against Shawn’s. The two of you shared in giggles for a moment before you found yourself leaning closer. God Shawn was pretty. You didn’t even realize you had been kissing him before you pulled away and let out a nervous laugh.
“Sorry.” You said quickly and Shawn shook his head.
“What’re you apologizing for?” You stared at Shawn for a moment before giggling again. Leaning close to press your forehead against his.
“Shawn…” you began as your hand went to travel up his arm to his shoulder. Giving it a small squeeze before leaning close to him. “You wanna fuck me?” You whispered, looking to the side to catch the red hue that rose to his cheeks.
“Am I chopped liver or something?” A voice spoke from behind you that brought you out of your haze. Turning around and letting out a small giggle as you reached for Marty. Giggling as you felt him grab your hand. You gave it a small squeeze and you hummed softly. Rubbing your thumb over his knuckles before feeling the bed dip a bit as Marty leaned closer to press a soft kiss against your jaw. You let out a giggle before you felt another kiss from Shawn pressed on your cheek. It was nice to be pressed against the two, hands going to pull your top off, gentle touches that felt more enhanced. Soon enough you found yourself laying on the bed. Shawn’s back was pressed against the wooden bed frame and Marty was behind you. You looked back, watching as Marty fumbled with the wrapper of a condom before you felt a gentle touch on your cheek, your eyes moved back to Shawn, and he met you with a smile.
You let out a small giggle before leaning forward to take the tip in your mouth. Starting slow, you didn’t want to rush into this… you wanted to savor this moment. Your eyes widened as you felt fingers enter you. It felt… different. Your eyes fluttered hearing Marty let out a small. “Christ.” From behind you.
The Florida heat did nothing to help with the heat coiling inside of you. Blinking up at Shawn you blinked slowly as you gently grazed your teeth over his shaft. As he shuddered and gripped your hair you couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride before moaning against his cock at the feeling of Marty prodding at your entrance a few times before finally sliding in. It felt... different. Sure, you had done anal before but it just… felt better. Your hands quickly went to grip at Shawn’s thighs as you continued to Bob your head, you could care less about the spit, the mess. All that mattered was feeling good. Shawn was groaning as you kept sucking him off. Gently toying with your hair as he looked down to you. “You doing good man?” He asked with a fond smile as he pushed hair out of your face. You met his gaze, your eyes half lidded. Your face red and eyes wet. You pulled your hand away from his thigh slowly making sure to take your time before you raised your hand with a thumbs up.
Shawn nodded with a warm smile. “Alright! Good to know!” He said with a small laugh before patting your head gently.
You were brought out of your Shawn haze as you felt Marty’s hand wrapped around your hips. Pulling you closer as he kept thrusting into you. “You good here too?” He asked with a huff and you pulled yourself off of Shawn, your hand quickly going to wrap around his length instead and frantically jerk him off.
“Yes I’m fine! Don’t fucking stop!” You huffed and Marty’s eyes widened. However, his grin grew and he nodded.
“Alrighty cowboy!” He said with a chuckle as he gave your ass a pat, pulling back and continuing his steady thrusts. You let out a low groan before returning to take Shawn in your mouth. Running your tongue over the head for a moment as your hand kept pumping before removing it to take the length down your throat. Shawn’s hips bucked foreword slightly as he let out a shaky groan.
Marty gave your hip a squeeze. “See he’s doing great. I’m surprised you’re holding up so well.”
“Stop teasing him Cmon.” Shawn spoke up and Marty rolled his eyes.
“Lighten up Shawnie… c'mon.” Marty leaned a bit over your back to pull Shawn’s head close to press a gentle kiss to his lips.
Your back arched with the change of position, letting out a strangled moan that had Marty pulling back quickly. “Sorry sorry! My bad.” He said with a small chuckle. Hand rubbing a small circle on your hip. “You’re still ok?” Marty asked and you raised your one hand to give a shaky thumbs up. Shawn’s breath was becoming shallow above you. His hands twitching before they buried themselves in your hair, pulling you closer till your nose pressed against his pelvis and you gaged against his length. He pulled you off, his hips jutting forward as he came on your face. Once he let go of your hair your head fell to the sheets as you let out a shaky whine. Marty leaned close, pressing his chest against your back as he reached over to Jack you off. Your eyes rolled back, crying out as you finally reached your limit and came against the sheets. Your body shaking as you collapsed onto the bed. It didn’t take long before Marty’s arms wrapped around your chest, he let out his own groan as he came. It took a moment before he finally pulled out and you moved to lay on your back as you panted.
You were practically sprawled out on the bed like a starfish, Shawn was sat near your shoulder gently petting your hair. “You killed it man.” He said with a small chuckle. Marty was laid with his head on your stomach.
“Damn right you did. I didn’t think you’d be a party animal like that.” He joked with a laugh, his hand patting your chest. You couldn’t help but let out a small snicker as well, finally easing yourself up to sit with a bit of help from Shawn pushing your back and Marty moving to sit up, taking your hands to help hoist you up.
“Got a splitting headache though.” You admitted, leaning against Shawn’s shoulder as your hands stayed locked with Marty’s. You enjoyed the peace for a moment before huffing. “We should probably get out of here though…”
Marty nodded in agreement. “Yeah… party's pretty dead here now.” He said as he listened for any music but found none. You let go of his hands so he could slip his pants on. You looked to Shawn who shot a warm smile your way before he scooted to the side as well to gather your own clothes. Like a well-oiled machine you were helped getting dressed, hair fixed and finally you were hoisted on Marty’s back. Who seemed more than happy to carry you around.
“Think an after party is going on somewhere?” He joked as he descended the carpeted steps with Shawn close behind.
“You’re seriously thinking about an after party? You’re nuts Jannetty…” you said as you bumped your head against his. “I just wanna go back to the motel…”
“I hear ya I hear ya.. we’ll get back there don’t you worry.” Marty cooed as the three of you made it outside to the chirping of cicadas and croaks of late-night frogs. Humid night air and that familiar after party buzz. You found yourself resting your head on Jannetty’s shoulder. Being lulled to sleep by the faint remaining scent of cologne and sex.

HHH: "Are you ready? I SAID, ARE... YOU... READY?! Then, for the thousands in attendance, and the... few guys that actually follow this blog, lllllllllllllllllet's get ready to S-"
youtube
Storm: "Hold on, hold on, hold on a minute! Don't you guys have a company up north you need to be running? Now, I don't care who you are or where you came from, but around here, me and my partner Roode, we rule this tag team division!"
Micheals: "Well, funny you should say that, because if I remember right, we've ruled over all tag teams for over 20 years!"
HHH: "That's right. Maybe you guys ruled over small, lesser-known feds in your heyday, but us, D-Generation X? We're among the most iconic and legendary tag teams/stables in all of wrestling history! You can read a history book if you don't believe me."
Michaels: "Oh, that's funny! I believe I have one right now! Let's see, we got... the Road Warriors, Harlem Heat, the Rockers, the Midnight Express, the Steiner Brothers, the Hardys, Edge and Christian, the Dudleys... oh, here's us, right here! D-Generation X! It also says our name under legendary stables right under guys like the Four Horsemen and the nWo. Huh, that's two teams I was in that appear here."
HHH: "Know who doesn't appear, though? Your... what do you call your team? Beer Money? Huh... well it's no wonder no one takes you guys seriously with a stupid name like that!"
Roode: "Plenty of guys take us seriously! We were among the top tag teams in TNA's revered tag division!"
Storm: "And if you still don't believe us... we'll we can always come down to that ring and show you why we're the best! BEER!"
Roode: "MONEY!"
HHH: "Man, are you hearing these guys, Shawn?"
Michaels: "Loud and clear."
HHH: "Now, listen, "Beer Money"... you guys may have ruled the roost in one or two small time feds... but we are pro wrestling history itself! As Shawn clearly demonstrated, look up the names of any top tag team in wrestling history, we're bound to come up at least once!"
Micheals: "And if you're not down with that, we got two words for ya..."
Crowd: "SUCK IT!"

Quarter-Final Match: Rock n Roll Express (Shane Morton & Bobby Gibson) vs New Hart Foundation (Steve and Jeff Hart)
We open with the New Hart Foundation (Steve and Jeff Hart) already in the ring.
The crowd goes crazy for this new version of the Rock n' Roll Express.
They work the match just like their daddies using the same energy, gear and moves.
We start with Bobby Gibson and Steve Hart.
Gibson with an immediate dropkick and then a series of uppercuts.
Steve Hart catches Gibson with a boot in the corner. Steve Hart catches Gibson during a cross body attempt.
Steve Hart with a monkey flip on Gibson who lands on his feet. Steve Hart lands on his feet during a monkey flip by Gibson. Steve Hart avoids a drop kick and Jeff Hart with a clothesline to Gibson with the referee distracted. Jeff Hart gets the tag and stomps away.
Picking up near the finish, double drop kick by the New Rock n Roll Express. Shane Morton covers Jeff Hart for the pin.

Quarter-Final Match: The Rocker Express (Shawn Michaels & Bobby Eaton) vs The Parking Lot Patrol (Duke the Dumpster & Klondike Bill)
In the Arena: The fans are on their feet.
Rocker Express (Bobby Eaton & Shawn Micheals) are both in the ring.
Klondike Bill's music hits and he makes his way out to the entrance ramp. He's wearing a #BALLSDEEP 2019 t-shirt. He's followed by his tag team partner, Duke the Dumpster Droese. Bill and Duke both have mics, and say DejaVu is an appropriate name for tonight, because tonight, they will return to the top of the wrestling world when they win the CBWA World Tag Team Championship. This is followed by a chorus of boos.
The Parking Lot Patrol make their way to the ring, but Klondike stops to shoot #BALLSDEEP 2019 ping pong balls into the crowd. He notices two women in the crowd and makes his way towards them.
Duke the Dumpster just shakes his head and continues to the ring.
Klondike Bill is still in the crowd. A couple of fans have taken off their underwear and are flinging them at him.
Duke the Dumpster starts the match by himself.
Shawn and Bobby don't waste anytime, they jump Duke. They are working great as a new tag team.
Where is Klondike?
Michaels gives Duke the Dumpster a Super Kick and Eaton comes off the top with the Alabama Jam. 1-2-3!
The Rocker Express get the victory and move onto the semi-finals.
WTF??? There's a naked man in the ring!!! Security are now running towards the ring -- and wait, no it's not a fan, it's Klondike Bill. He's buck naked with lady underwear around his neck. He's trying to help up his tag partner. Duke shakes off the dust and flips out when he sees a naked Klondike helping him up. He leaves the ring on his own and the arena has gone dark.

Quarter-Final Match:
BYE - Ranger ZZ & Lex Luger
A backstage camera catches Ranger ZZ and Lex arguing about something in their locker room, but they quickly push the camera man out of the room and shut the door.
This only contributes to the rumours that there is trouble in paradise. Both Lex and ZZ were #MRW Tag Team Champions when they were drafted by @GODBOLDUNREAL last month.
Over the weekend, @BogotaMeltzer reported that there is #kayfabe friction between the two friends and that Lex wasn't excited about leaving Bogota to tour in the States.
There’s also talk that ZZ might be jealous of Lex’s new multi-year/multi-million dollar contract. ZZ’s contract is set to expire in 2019.
SEMI-FINAL MATCH:
The New Rock n’ Roll Express (Shane Morton & Bobby Gibson) vs MEGA POWERS (Hulk & Macho Man)
The New Rock n’ Roll Express is having a real hard time with Hogan and Macho Man, their size makes a big difference. Macho hits Morton with the top rope elbow and Hogan is about to drop the leg when all the lights go out.....all of a sudden a spot light shines up into the rafters...
ITS ROBERTO GIBSON AND Dumpster Pedro!!!!!!!!!
Gibson, with a beer in hand is standing on a platform, high above the ring. He’s wearing his airbrushed CBWA duster and accompanied by Pedro (I thought he was dead?)
When he gives everyone the finger, a beer can falls from his hand and hurdles towards the ground, exploding into the front row when it hits the floor.
The spotlight disappears.
The lights come back on and everyone in the ring is knocked out including the referee.
Out from the back, here comes ##MEGAOVER assistant General Manager MINI GODBOLD!
Mini GOLDBBOLD is running to the ring and is calling for the paramedics.
The main feed cuts to a CBWA commercial.

THE MAIN EVENT
CBWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS
Ranger ZZ & Lex Luger vs Bobby Eaton & Shawn Michaels
All four men are in the ring, and Lex tells Ranger ZZ that he will be starting the match tonight. ZZ resists at first, but then agrees to let Luger kick things off.
The bell rings, and Luger kicks Eaton in the gut, but he’s quickly taken off his feet and Michaels tags in, pounding on him in the corner with a series of quick rights. Bobby Eaton tags right back in and continues the beat down with a couple of well placed forearms, and Michaels is back in, helping his partner slam Luger back into the corner.
Eaton laces Luger with a couple of right hands before tagging Michaels back in for a double team suplex.
Luger finally makes it to the corner and tags ZZ in. ZZ comes in hard but is quickly rattled by Eaton.
The MRW Champions, Luger and ZZ are clearly not on the same page, making several mistakes. Throughout this match there have been a number of miscues and their timing is not right.
Eaton goes to the second rope and leaps off with a big elbow drop that’s good for a two count. ZZ kicks and chokes Eaton in the corner.
ZZ locks in a rear chin lock, hoping for the submission. Eaton is able to fight up to his feet, and out of the hold, but ZZ hits him with a kick to the stomach, followed by a pump handle slam that’s good for another near fall. ZZ pulls Eaton up and fires him into his corner. ZZ comes in hard with a boot, Eaton moves and ZZ nails Luger, sending hard to the floor.
ZZ turns and receives some Sweet Chin Music. ZZ is out. Michaels tags in Eaton who goes for the Alabama jam!
1-2-3!
The Rocker Express make history, unifying the #MRW tag titles and becoming the new CBWA MEGAOVER World Tag Team Champions!
After the match, we see Ranger ZZ clutching the tag team titles in the corner. He gets up and hand them over to Bobby Eaton.
Luger heads to the back without ZZ.
The new champions stay in the ring and celebrate.
THE END.

Shawn Michaels: A SINGULAR SENSATION!
By Steve Muller
Transcript Below!!!
[Shawn Seems to be enjoying his new found success.]
Shawn Michael’s classic philosophic turn from babyfaced hero to arrogant, conceited bad guy was completed when he threw his longtime partner, Marty Jannetty, head-first through the plate glass window of Brutus Beefcake’s Barber Shop. If it was not the end of an era, it was certainly the end of the beginning of one. Until that rather dramatic partnership dissolution, the Rockers tag team had been one of the most successful duos in the mat sport’s history.
Bugun as the Midnight Rockers in Verne Gagne’s now defunct and almost forgotten American Wrestling Associate, the Rockers were among the most exciting high flying teams this side of Japan. They became AWA World Champions at a very young age and it seemed they were destined to join teams like the Bastien Brothers, The Fabulous Kangaroos, the Graham Brothers, the Midnight Express and the Road Warriors in wrestling’s mythical Tag Team Hall of Fame.
Indeed the Rockers possessed all the important elements necessary for tag team success as well as a few extras. They worked well in the ring together and employed complimentary styles. They moved dynamically and complicated teamwork was executed smoothly. Loaded with charisma, they excelled on interviews and in involving the arena crowds in their own personal dramas.
The Rockers were major successes not only in the AWA But on the independent circuit and then in the WWF, the Land of the Super Giants, where they excelled despite their relatively average size. Unfortunately, success did not last for Rockers. Insiders now say the team was doomed to fall from its inception. The team had a fatal flaw that eventually destroyed it. Outside the ring, Marty Jannetty and Shawn Michaels simply did not like each other/ Perhaps the mutual dislike developed from a kind of friendly rivalry that often develops between longtime team members, perhaps they never really liked each other only because they were so successful in the ring. But whatever the cause, the Rockers team had no future.
The fated break-up was foreshadowed many times. Once, in a hotel in London, after a tough match, Micheals and Jannetty were stopped from punching each other into oblivion only by the quick intercession of WWF road managers. Another time, when there were no managers present, the tag duo battled each other in a parking lot behind a denver saloon, The two tag partners beat each other so badly that they had to be pulled off television for a month.
The breakup of the team and subsequent emergence of Shawn Michaels as a major singles star was one of the best handled pieces of booking ever by the WWF brain trust. Shawn Michaels was craftily depicted as the cause of the breakup.
[Shawn and Sherri are quite a pair!]
During the buildup of the angle, Micahels slowly developed an arrogant, nasty persona. He repeatedly reprimanded Jannetty during matches for mistakes, mostly imagined ones, in full view of the arena crowd. Michaels utilized many tricks to steal the spotlight from his partner including refusing to tag out during easy television matches and pretending to leave the ring with Jannetty after a victory, only to return to it to enjoy the applause of the crowd alone. Shawn acted as if he were solely responsible for the team’s success. And the fans began to truly hate him.
After the break-up took place, hardcore fans expected an exciting series of four star bouts between Jannetty and Micahels, both accomplished ring technicians and aerial move artists.
Unfortunately, that was not to be.
Marty Jannetty experienced some legal problems, and amid a cloud of rumors, left the WWF. He continued to wrestle on the independent circuit, and now that his legal problems have been resolved, there are rumors circulating that he will return to the WWF to feud with his former partner. However, at this time of this writing, the possibility of any Jannetty/Michaels matches is pure speculation. What is not speculation, however, is the amazing success Michaels has enjoyed since the break-up.
Shawn Michaels is now one of the WWF’s top singles stars and one of their top three villains. His interaction with new manager and spiritual cohort, Sensational Sherri clearly has established his new egotistical “boy-toy” persona. Additionally, his already great ring skills are increasing. Some of the matches in his continuing feud with Bret Hart for the Intercontinental Title have been cited by experts as among the WWF’s best of the year–a major accomplishment even if it is a somewhat slow year for great matches in the WWF. There are some who believe that Michaels will eventually win the I-C belt and may already have done so by the time you read this.
[Watch out, Shawn may be coming after you!]
Additionally, in the land of comic book mutants and graveyard denizens that the WWF has become, Michaels stands out as the wrestler who has gained success the old fashioned way–he has earned it through hard work in the ring and well planned character development outside of it. Michaels is a throwback to the days in the WWF when wrestlers had real names and believable personas. It seems Michaels has stepped directly out of those halcyon days when wrestlers were called Bruno, Pedor,, Bobby and Buddy, not Undertaker, Ultimate Warrior, Bezerker, or Mountie.
[Michaels is determined to wear gold in the near future]
Also, impressive is the transition itself, from tag to singles wrestling. Very few wrestlers have been able to make this change successfully, and even fewer have become bigger stars in singles competition than they were as part of a tag team. It seems that Michaels, together with Sensational Sherri, or the Sensational Sherri look-alike who remains unidentified but who has appeared with Michaels at arenas across America, will become a major star for a long time in the WWF. Experts have predicted that the WWF of the future. The WWF without Hulk Hogan, will be a time dominated by wrestlers ranging from Lex Luger to Sid Vicious/Justice to the Ultimate Warrior.
The experts may be wrong this time. The future WWF may well be a federation dominated by Shawn Micahels. Try it on: Shawn Micahels, World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Champion. It does have kind of an innovative ring to it. After all, how long has it been since the WWF had a heavyweight champion with two names, a first and a last, neither of which are a nickname? Is the world really ready for this? From this writer’s standpoint, one can only hope so.
