This is a video experiment with both older dance practices, and more recent footage of my teen students, while using ersatz instrumental Rock n' Roll. I wanted to see how it would look put together, and this footage, combined with titles and text (in the visibly blank areas of the screen) will be used to promote a series of Smooth Style Lindy Hop dance workshops emphasizing swing dancing as performed in 1950's teen movies. In the meantime, we will be hosting an All-Ages Free Vintage Swing Dance Party and Rockin' '50's Record Hop on Saturday, September 28, 2019, in Fremont, at Slap Face Coffee and Tea.
