Getting to know City Folk by @peopleofrochester - [4] Enrique, Rochester Public Market, 11/4/17 ——————————————————————————— l had seen Enrique a couple weeks prior to this, and missed the opportunity to speak with him. Fortunately our paths crossed again, when l found him hat shopping. He was bundled up in a newly purchased jacket, that completed his layered, monochrome ensemble. Enrique spoke no English and my basic knowledge of Spanish is all we had to communicate. After taking his picture, he began to tell me of his life in Cuba under the miserable conditions of Fidel Castro prior to coming to America. He was very kind and patient while speaking to me, and l look forward to seeing him again soon.
