i got double dreams was so tired last night

first uneventful dream of the moon being eclipsed and i was just chilling with the fam

the adventure is here. i got spirited away into a new world with some random guy. we got strange abilities that we need to find for ourselves and protect this little girl being hunted down by a group. one of the enemies could use mirrors/reflective items to warp around the room and then there's balan freakin wonderworld in a black glitter suit. i get ko'ed and the random guy (the main character) finds a group of resistance fighters. there was an oddly human nights, a robinquill from palworld, tomahawkman, and a few others I can't remember. the dream ended with balan threatening the group in his own jazzy way. it was a distraction to make me some sleeper agent. didn't work. turns out my power is detected magic bs and that's it. it is up to random guy to save the day xp

I agree on such a fundamental level but I wish to try and balance things out-

Pokemon fans have been going off about how 'THEY STOLE WOOLOO'S DESIGN' because the two looked like generic sheep and saying the game MUST have AI in it because the CEO spoke positively about it! And many jumped on board the asset theft train not out of principle but because spite. And you have less 'loyal consumer' and more 'dumbass' takes like mine about Robinquill being a ripoff of Decidueye.

Pokemon fans did NOT help this situation.

Really hate how the conversation around PalWorld has morphed into 'if you have anything negative to say about it, you're a nostalgia-addled GameFreak shill'

And not, I don't know, 'So we're going to punish GameFreak for cutting corners... By championing another game that cuts corners... Also, why the fuck didn't any of you guys go this hard for BeastieBall, Cassette Beasts, Yo-Kai Watch, or Digimon?'
