The justices of the Virginia Supreme Court have appointed Douglas B. Robelen has been appointed as the court's new clerk, effective Feb. 1.

Robelen, the chief deputy clerk since 2003, will be replacing the clerk since 2003, Patricia L. Harrington, who is retiring.

Robelen previously was a hearing officer for the Department of Medical Assistance Services, a staff attorney with the chief staff attorney's office for the Virginia Court of Appeals, and an expert examiner for the Virginia Employment Commission. He has also worked as an attorney in private practice.

They also emphasise the flexibility of dance and its ability to create meaning to human experience, while being more than just regular exercise or entertainment.

Becuase of the enactment of the Australian Curriculum, teacher’s need to understand the importance of dance in a student's life and how dance can affect a student's future trajectory.
