There are a lot of reasons i love working from home (not having to tism/ADHD mask, not having to worry about gas money, lax dress code) and sure yeah there's some cons too (increased isolation, more likely to end up in depressive episodes) but my top favorite thing about remote work?
Food
I probably say this every time i work remotely for long stretches but having full access to my kitchen and the ability to eat whenever i want to and whatever i want to is so important for me my stress levels are less my anxiety around planning meals and money is less i can have whatever hyperfixation meals i want to whenever they're convenient
It's the closest thing to peace i can achieve
