Here's another 6 characters commission, this time the theme is Finnish comic characters and/or made by Finnish authors! Happy Independence Day, Finland! Moomin and Moomin Papa most likely needs least introductions to people. While most people know the TV cartoons and books, Tove Janson did also draw Moomin comics. Then we have Vadelma, by yours truly. Vadelma, and the rest of her family are from Maalja version of Finland. Being Finnish, I like adding Finnish holidays and customs to Bottled Up universe. Viivi & Wagner needs no introduction to Finnish folks. Probably the most well known newspaper strip comic here. Premise is simple, it's a relationship comic featuring a woman and a literal pig. Matti is a simple character from a comic series Finnish Nightmares. This one is easy to find in English and it's about Finnish customs and situations we Finns (and honestly many others) just find nightmarish to get into. Such as a having to sit next to someone in a bus. The horror! Then we have Rivo-Riitta, from one my personal favourite Finnish comic book series, Fingerpori. It's at times a very crude comic, considering Riitta's main character trait is her making raunchy jokes (and I love it), but the comic is also filled with amazing language based jokes. Tho sadly this means the comic is very hard to translate into other languages. And last, we have the Swearing Hedgehog. The name says it all but I find it cute, haha.
