When I was 15, I discovered Faking It one day while browsing on MTV. Of course, I thought it was a great show and enjoyed it as an ally...
Now, I'm 21, and there are parts of Amy's story that I personally relate to. Having a good friend send me down the rabbit hole is what will always make me sob. Sometimes, my label is the part of me that scares me. For me, Faking It is a show that even now helps me feel not so alone and comforts me. Is it crazy and full of drama? Yes but Amy and Karma make me feel less alone

Watched MTVs show called "Faking it", 10 years ago. It was about a girl, Amy, falling for her girl best friend. The way I related to Amy confusion kind of sparked something in me about liking girls, but it was my intense crush on the actress that played Amy, what really convinced me that I wasn't straight.
Never stopped seeing queer shows since then, I live for them.
Have you ever felt changed by seeing queer representation on screen? What did it mean to you?

Hi there Cat and Mouse! Firstly, thank you for all you do. You've helped me more than once before and I was hoping you could do so again. Do you have any recommendations for an FC with vibes like Ariana Grande? The whole "cute petite pretty innocent and girly but also sexy and coquettish" deal. Also while I normally prefer diverse FCs, in this case she'd need to be white and cis, since she's a sex worker so being trans and/or a WOC would hit nasty stereotypes I want to avoid as a white cis mun.
