Oral care routine 🦷

Morning ☀️

Flossing - I like to use woven floss instead of gliding floss, ideally one that is infused with xylitol and some remineralizing agent (fluoride or hydroxyapatite). Tongue scraping - I use this as an alternative to mouthwash. I use a generic plastic one, nothing special. Mouthwash can cause dry mouth, a lot of the commercial ones are acidic, and can mess up the microbiome as they kill both good and bad bacteria.

Night 🌙

Flossing - I like to use scrubby floss as it cleans better than waxed and gliding floss. I use Cocofloss which is great. Unfortunately, it is expensive. I'm going to continue to use it but will be on the lookout for a more cost-effective scrubby floss in the future, one that preferably has xylitol and a remineralizing agent infused.

Brushing - I use the same toothbrush and toothpaste as I do in the morning
