Hi! I just found out about this and fell in love with C with the character intros alone, not to mention the setting is interesting!

But since it features an element that can easily be an issue for me, I prefer to ask for more details about it before playing, if you don't mind!

It's about Loren! So, MC being canonically in love with someone is something I always really disliked (possibly because I'm just cursed and the few times it happened said RO was the one RO I liked the least haha!). So anyway, I don't mind Loren as a character of course, but I indeed can't see them as a possible RO, and I'd like to know just how fast MC will be able to get over their feelings for them? Or is there a possibility for MC to even not be sure if they were truly in love to begin with or if they just went with the flow?

Sorry about the weird question! Since it's an element that makes me uncomfortable, I prefer to know more beforehand! Thanks!

PS: oh, while I'm at it, the intro implies Loren really resents Anika for the marriage thing, but what happens if the MC actually falls in love with someone else entirely - if I end up being able to play, that's what will happen after all, with C!

Hi! Dont apologize for the questions. They're not weird at all<3. In short, you'll be able to end things pretty quickly with Loren. I'll go into a bit more detail, but I'll put it under the cut for anyone because there are some slight spoilers.

You won't be able to choose for mc to not have been in love with Loren but you can choose if mc never wanted to be in a long distance relationship or it was something they just did because Loren asked them to.

You'll also have the option to have had crushes on either Jasper or Anika before Mc fell for Loren (me and fizz have also talked about potential having an option for jasper to be mcs first kiss😊). Sadly, that option doesn't apply for C because Mc meets them for the first time at the wedding.

Now for how quickly you'll be able to move on from Loren. I'd say it happens pretty fast. You won't be forced to do anything romantic with them unless you pick the romantic options. The night before the wedding, you'll be able to have a conversation with Loren about what you want with your relationship, and you can choose whether you'd prefer to end things or try to see if you can make it work. This conversation happens around the halfway point of chapter one<3

Loren only resents Anika if you're romancing them since it means she's the one stopping them from being with mc. So no, i wouldn't say it'll happen with the other ros. Loren kind of expected Mc to end things with them when they found out about the marriage, so while they're heartbroken over losing mc, it doesn't leave them actively upset with the other ros. Before all of their feelings, Loren and Mc were bestfriends, and if they can go back to that after Mc breaks things off with them, they'll be okay. At the end of the day, what matters most to Loren is Mc being happy.
