I will take this! the “I’m sure they are friends but IDK” makes a lot of sense to me about where they could be right now--yeah they’re friends, they’re always friends, but things are weird and Nick’s not sure how much Zayn’s telling Harry and how much of that Harry’s telling him. Thanks!

14. What tropes/elements/scenarios get you the worst?I mean, as a shit show myself, when a character deals with drug/alcohol problems, I relate. But within angst stories, I really love when one takes care of the other. And not in an emotional way necessarily, but also like, hey you have a cut on your hand, let me clean it for you. I love it.

16. How do you feel about character death in fic?I think it would be hard for me to write (and read) real-time death. Like a scene happens, we love a character, and then the net day someone calls and is like, “They’re dead.” I would be devastated. But if the story had past death, or even future death, maybe.

So this one’s a bit weird, because it was co-written with sunniskies. But I’ll try my best!

4. What part of the fic was the hardest for me to write?

This isn’t a specific part, but making the fact that Harry worked for Zayn and was also in a relationship with him not sketchy was rather difficult. And rereading, I’m not sure we succeeded, because it’s unclear how their work and relationship statuses interact. 

6. Who’s my favorite character in the fic?

I do love that Harry. He’s so piny but determined. And very mature in a lot of ways, despite his rashness, in his determination to be independent. But also so wonderfully emotional. 

11. If I were to rewrite this fic, what would I change?

I think I would want to end it, or at least let there be the future possibility, of Harry getting another job, so he can be Bella’s father rather than her nanny. Maybe at a day care or something like that. I think that would have been a nice way to end it, with Harry fully coming into the family.

6. Idea that you always wanted to write but could never make work?There are certain movies/shows I would love to see as angsty zarry fics. I've reblogged some lately: HBO's Oz (a love story between two messed up convicts in jail), Brokeback Mountain (I mean duh, Harry as Jack, Zayn as Ennis), and Cruel Intentions (rich kids in New York, fucking and fighting).

But I think they all would be difficult to write, for various reasons. Oz would have too much questionable shit to it, triggering and what not. Brokeback is such a delicate story, told mostly third-person, very removed from the thoughts/feelings inside their heads. And Cruel Intentions would probably just be a big rehash of me writing coked up boys fucking each other over, which, admittedly, I've done before.

If anyone else can do it, LINK ME.

16. 3 favorite comments ever received on fanfic.I should just show three of Rue's comments, because she basically screams at me over and over, to my entertainment. But here goes, three comments I love because they either made me cry or laugh hysterically:
