First, there are a lot of obvious and contradictory errors in this post and also, Momoshiki told Boruto that he had the blood of someone who owned Byakugan and not what was in the post.

First they are incorrect about Naruto not being descended from Asura, both the Senju and Uzumaki clans are descended from him just like the Uchiha are descended from Indra. The reincarnation of Asura and Indra's chakra can only happen between their descendants Naruto and Sasuke were the most recent descendants after Madara died hence why they became the reincarnation.

Second Naruto as Asura's reincarnation posses his chakra, as we know chakra is part genetic and gets passed down. So Boruto and Himawari's chakra would have been a mix of both Hamura's and Asura chakra. Now since Naruto inherited Asura's chakra his chakra would that of a half Otsutsuki add that Hinata is stated to have the purest Byakugan and Hamura chakra it is safe to say her chakra is closely similar.

So while the exact reason for the Jogan is unknown Naruto and Hinata's ancestry will surely play a part. Toneri honestly I doubt he had any part in Boruto having the Jogan I thing he is just aware that Boruto inherited it, he is on the moon and can't really interact with Boruto so he wouldn't be able to directly do anything to him physically nor to his chakra, if Toneri did have a hand in it, it would be him doing somthing to bring it out cause Boruto inherited both Naruto and Hinata's bloodlines and chakra. Plus pretty sure that Urashiki was on about the dream Toneri gave Boruto in the anime. however we know that Boruto has the Jogan before that dream which means it is very possible what Urashiki was on about wasn't Toneri doing anything to cause the Jogan to appear.

I don't know if you were asked this, but if SasuHina had a child, what kind of doujutsu would she/he have? Sharingan? Byakugan? Both? Rinnensharingan like Kaguya?

I’ve takenmy time because I was trying to think about it. I did, but because Kishimotodidn’t take his time to go down this road, I’m not sure how it properly works,so I’m reaaaally guessing.

Kishimotohimself once said that if a Hyuga and an Uchiha had a child, the kid would haveboth Byakugan and Sharingan. I won’t refute this because the author knows howgenetics work in his world. Besides, actual people with two different coloredeyes exist. The phenomenon is called Heterochromia Iridum. Thus, this ispossible.

Now, anothercondition would be that the byakugan and sharingan are both dominant, insteadof recessive genes. Would it take two Hyuga or two Uchiha to have to awakenboth Dojutsu? However, Sasuke’s daughter has the sharingan, and Kishimoto saidthat he had forgotten to give hinata’s kids Byakugan (Facepalm!), so I guessthis isn’t a problem.

Of course,it might happen that their Kids have full black eyes and the sharingan. A kidwith Byakugan is less incertain since, not only is the color white weaker than blackbut unlike Sasuke, none of Hinata’s kids have byuagukan, implying that hergenes might be weaker than Sasuke’s.

Knowing theircommon ancestors past, their genes should blend nicely though.

On theother hand, look at people from mixed races. For example, let’s take someone whohas a white and a black parent. The color of their skin is neither part white/partblack, nor stripped. It is blended. So, if we take example from real life, theByakugan and the Sharingan should create something new, another Dojutsu.

So, either the kids have both Dojutsu and/or inheritthe Sharingan with the Byuakugan being dormant, or a new Dojutsu gets to becreated. Why not all of that?

No one can simplyget to Kaguya’s level without the help of gods like Naruto and Sasuke had. Shehad pretty much every ninjas’ capacity due to swallowing the god tree’s fruit. Sasuke’skids can only make their sharingan eyes evolve like their uncle Itachi did,i.e. go through every one of the Sharingan level to the Mangekyo. To get toMadara’s or Sasuke’s Rinengan, they have to go through every traumatic episodeboth had to, from losing someone precious and transplanting their brothers’eyes, to getting help from gods. This is not an easy task, but at best they canonly get the Rinengan.

Unless theworld has to deal yet again with Kaguya (since no one did even bother whenToneri attacked), no gods are going to give them the OP.

As forHinata, the byakugan doesn’t evolve.
