Nachdem das Paket eingelegt und das Fach wieder geschlossen ist, versendet PAKNO eine E-Mail mit einem geheimen Öffnungscode – einer nur einmal verwendbaren PIN – an die Person, für die das Paket bestimmt ist.

Das Einsatzgebiet

PAKNO bietet sich in erster Linie für Mehrfamilienhäuser an. Für Wohnanlagen mit mehreren Häusern ist auch eine separate, zentral gelegene Paketanlage denkbar. Sie benötigen lediglich eine Steckdose (230 V) und einen LAN-Anschluss. Die Verwaltung der Empfänger (Namen und Mailadressen) geschieht online über das PAKNOweb oder bei Bedarf durch KNOBLOCH.
