If I was perfect... | Riker Lynch

If I was perfect, I wouldn't have negative emotions. If I was perfect, I would have flawless skin. I wouldn't mess up my lines or stutter when I speak. I wouldn't make people upset or lose games. I wouldn't ever get lower than an A on a test. I wouldn't let anyone hurt me, worry me, decieve me, etc. I wouldn't even run out of things to say, like this. Nobody is perfect. Not even a celebrity. We have our own problems, our own hardships, our own struggles. We're not any different than those who aren't well known. It's hard for us to even be called perfect, because now we have to live up to that expectation. The truth is that we're human. We experience human emotions, have human interactions, and make human-like actions. Humans just aren't perfect. There isn't such a thing as perfect! Everyone knows that... so why do they all act like there is? _________________ Author's note: I don't know what this is. I guess Riker ranting about perfectness.
