not sure if you've seen them but I finally ordered those crystal candies after i kept seeing them on tiktok. I didn't order it from silky gems cause i heard that place isn't good, i got it from a smaller shop but ahh im so excited to finally try it! They're so expensive though that i hope i like them enough that it won't feel like a waste but i also hope i don't love them so much that I'm going to want to buy them again lol, cause i can't.

ok you have to tell me how they taste and if you do recommend them because i see them too and my mouth instantly waters

but then hearing from other people that they taste like soap etc. so i need to hear how they taste from a genuine source

like i looove turkish delight and thats what i expect they'll taste like, but with a crunchy outside. also 100% relate, i love/hate being gifted or trying out expensive things and loving them because ugh what if i keep buying it and i end up living beyond my means

so many people have switched up on bada lee like i used to see people all over my fyp freaking out over her and now i'm always seeing viral posts hating on her like, i dont understand the change... I don't even think she did anything problematic to make people start hating.

I know a lot of it just people not liking her dance style but it's still insane to be so rude just cause you don't like how someone dances.

ooh yeah i heard of the epilator but it seems pretty painful. I've gotten my legs lasered but i've always been afraid to do my armpits just cause i feel like that area is more sensitive but i'll definitely think about it.

I just hate shaving soo much lol. I'm so jealous of my mom, she is pretty much hairless and she hasn't ever gotten anything done meanwhile i look like bigfoot's cousin after 3 days

epilator is painful but you get used to the pain after a while... honestly lasering the pits isnt too bad, i'd say the brazilian area is the worst

i can 100% relate, my mom barely grows and body hair but i take after my dad, where my hair is SUPER thick and dark and comes back within a day. my legs get a 5oclock shadow lmaooo

thats why i wanted to get my them lasered, because shaving hair that thick ruined the pores in my legs and the follicles.... i would get keratosis pilaris on my legs and i was just sick of it

I feel like most idols who people think under dance are just seen as being insecure with their dancing while idols who people think over dance are seen as wanting all the attention on them and looking like they just want to be solo artists but are forced in a group ( even if that's not true) if that makes sense.

but i could also see how it would kind of suck if you were just giving 100% while your rest of the members were giving like 70% and you were seen as doing too much but it could also be said that like, if your members are giving 70% then you really shouldn't be going all out like be more aware of the people on stage with you and match their energy level.

gonna use this as an opportunity to hype up shownu again because he's so good at this... he has a unique style and energy to dancing, but he knows how to match everyone else in the group, and it ends up looking so harmonious...

but yeah honestly some peoples 70% may be others' 100%, which is why training and dancing together is so important, like some of these idols are treating being in a group as an individually graded group project

Also This is gross but I just needed to share with someone. last night, my eyes started to really bother me cause my cat was in my room and I sometimes can get allergic reactions to him and so my right eye was itching a lot so I decided to take my contact out and I thought I had left my other one in and finally decided to just take the other one out because it was starting to really bother me too and was poking my eye and touching my eye for a good 30 seconds trying to get the contact out and it just wasn’t coming out…

Anyway I guess maybe I just took it out when I took the other one out and just forgot I did that but like my poor eye 🤢🤢

noooo because i've done this too... been so tired that i didnt realize i had already taken one of my contacts out and i was just pinching my eyeball continuously

also even grosser, i had this incident where my contact lens ripped into 3 pieces, and i didnt know... so i got 2 pieces out but i was swearing up and down to my friend and family that i felt like there was still another piece left in my eye, but no one could see it even if i pulled my eyelid up and i could not get it out.... so i went to sleep with my eye feeling scratchy and when i woke up the next morning, i rubbed my eye and the last piece just fell out

I remember when jooheon mixtape came out and instead of just enjoying the amazing body of work and praising that, people were comparing views and making it seem like the fandom doesn’t care about jooheon and throwing unnecessary pity parties acting like he’s so unpopular meanwhile jooheon is doing just fine. Like obviously people are entitled to their feelings but I always feel like if you stan someone, why would you tweet that no one cares about your bias? Like I know idols typically aren’t on Twitter but could you imagine if any idol who gets these comments a lot from their own Stans saw them and how shitty it would make them feel seeing their own Stan claim they’re so unloved and uncared for.

Also that’s so crazy that a changkyun stan would say that to you about a post not even about changkyun lol… I know you said there may have been a language barrier but why are we even bringing him up at all when the post was talking about something he wasn’t part of lol. I don’t get that at all.

ooooo i got them lasered and hair barely grows back so i just use a razor when it does (maybe once every 2 months). before that i would epilate (yeowch) but imo i would recommend waxing over shaving. shaving regularly really damaged my skin there and i had hyperpigmentation for a long time

if you're interested in doing laser treatments, I'd say go get 6-8 sessions done at a place that specializes it, and if you still have hair growth, it's worth buying your own machine, since it's cheaper than going back and buying sessions for maintenance. the laser places have stronger and more specialized machines so it's good to get started with that, and just do it yourself after

ooooo unpopular opinion but i think over-dancing.... like it's easy to not put too much energy into dancing, get criticized maybe and then *gradually* improve to boost up your popularity and win back public favor but over-dancing gets you labelled as a pick me and doing too much and those things are not easy to recover from

I will never understand the solo stan behavior of saying their bias is unloved like, I see it in so many fandoms and it's like, you'd think if you solo stanned someone, you'd be acting like they were the most loved person on the planet and that everyone knew them and adored them but most solo stans from what i see try to convince everyone that their bias is the least popular, most hated member of their group and that the company also despises them and that the only people that love that member are the people who ult that member. And like yeah, maybe in some cases, you do stan the least popular member but even if they are, that doesn't mean they aren't adored by many fans still??

And like, if you say to them 'hey this member is loved by the fandom and appreciated', it's seen as you dismissing that member and ignoring their mistreatment like?? I will always call out mistreatments but I'm also not about to go and say a member is SO hated when they aren't.

i've stopped trying to understand stans like this, like theyre always claiming their bias is the underdog and is mistreated by the ENTIRE fanbase and they claim to be the "only one" who loves them... even being into mx all these years, i've seen stans of ALL the members claiming no one loves their bias..... changkyun was probably the most recent, broooo i tweeted criticizing shownu's mcds campaign and some changkyun stan was in my qrts like "and this is how i know no one loves changkyun" like hello??? my tweet wasnt even about him???? and he was at that time the most active member like....... what......

Stanning someone with a unique vocal tone can be so frustrating cause this one idol i used to bias ( i dont want to say who just cause i still like this guy as a person lol) , he'd always sing songs that sounded SO bad and im like, dude you're a good singer but you're not picking songs that compliment your vocal color. He isn't super popular like that guy we're talking about so you'd rarely see his vocals get dragged but i always thought 'if someone found this clip, i wouldn't even be able to defend you cause it doesn't sound good at all' lmaoo. I was just always wondering if someone could be honest with him and tell him he sounds better when he isn't singing these type of songs.

Like, unique voices in kpop songs can often be the stand out in a song but it can also be the shitty stand out and one that makes you wince a little if it's not suited for them lmaoo

the thing with most kpop singers is that if they're not writing or producing their own songs, i think they just try and push their voices into songs that absolutely do not suit them. and singing in a group affects this too, like they're forced to sing something that may not necessarily fit their own vocal tone but they have to adjust and try to fit their vocals to the rest of the group even if they dont sound great

there's a clip of a *** member vocals on this singing show and people are dragging him in the qts and i honestly feel bad cause i think he can sing, but for whatever reason, they often have him doing these high notes/high tone that just come across as really nasally and unpleasant. Like, he fits low tone so much better yet they always have him singing high i dont get it...

i saw it and literally thought the same thing like that song is NOT for him, idk if it's his company or him making these creative decisions but it's doing him more damage than anything..... like the autotune was fighting against him and losing???? who knows why he keeps doing songs that are obviously not for his vocal tone 😭😭 like i laughed at first but then just felt sorry for him

im so happy, netflix finally gave me a TOP interview that i've been waiting for hshshshs. I wish he could've been in more promo content for squid game but i'm glad I at least got this and I understand why he's still hesitant to do some things.

honestly good for him, i think this might be his big break back into the industry.... like getting blacklisted for weed is so ridiculous, and i understand getting into the good graces of the skor gp is important but at least he's getting international recognition again
