Finally made a ref for my girl Rienn!
A few notes:
She has two different sets of armor; one for Companion work and one she wears when the Dragonborn has to make an appearance.
The armor she wears as the Dragonborn also serves to protect her identity. The mask covers her face, but she also makes it a point not to show any skin so that her skin tone remains secret. People usually assume that the Dragonborn is likely a Breton or Bosmer due to her height, and she likes to keep it that way.
The mask she wears is Rahgot. He was the first Dragon Priest she came across.
The one piece of equipment she always keeps with her even when she switches her armor/swords is her shield. It originally belonged to Vilkas, who used it before settling on his two-handed weapon, and Rienn is very attached to it.
The scar on her knee is from when she fell while on the way up to High Hrothgar. She was running from Vilkas in his wolf form at the time, not knowing that he could control the wolf, and didn’t watch her step. She nearly scraped all her skin on that knee off, and it is still visible.
She got the scar running across her abdomen from one of the first dragons she fought. She killed it, but it got her with one of its claws as it died. She nearly bled out, but was found by a travelling priest just in time. However, the wound was too severe and the priest exhausted his magicka reserves just to keep her alive, so the scar remained.
She looks like a younger version of her (Imperial) mother, but her gestures and facial expressions are a lot more like her father’s despite the fact that she’s never met him.

(art and exerpt originally from The Captain's Toy)
Rienne sighed. “800 years and you’re still a fucking brat.”
I stuck my tongue out at her. “764 years of marriage, and you're still fucking a brat.”
Marriage was the Terran way of describing our relationship. It wasn’t wrong, but it wasn’t the whole picture either. To the bureaucrats of the Affini Compact, I was her floret, but that stopped meaning much as centuries rolled into each other. It was hot that she literally owned me, though. I grinned at Rienne like the little troublemaker that I was, goading her to remind me just how unequal our relationship could be when she wanted it to be.
“True, but you are by far the worst. Your second iteration would be mortified to know her successor engaged in this behavior.”
“Aw, has my wife gone soft? It’s okay, old lady, I can probably find an affini who can keep up with me.”
My sass earned me the exact tightening of my wife’s grip I expected. Her vines squeezed hard enough to restrict my movement completely, and her left hand cupped the back of my head, pulling me in against her. Her eyes glinted possessively.
A particular vine teased against the seam between synthetic skin on the back of my head, just a little above where my neck had once borne an implantation scar. If she slid down that opening, into the space that contained the folded chemical circuitry of my cognition, she could directly interface with my thoughts, and simply make me obey.
It would wear off, of course. When she wanted it to. The vine swirled in a teasing loop around the edge, and I could feel a viscous lubricating sap swell just under the surface. It was, technically speaking, an interface port, but it got wet just like any other hole on my body she might want to stick her grafted girl dick in. She didn't design her wife not to be her perfect toy , after all.
My lip trembled as I met her gaze, staring directly into the orbs she could so easily entrance me with. Daring her to play with what belonged to her. Prey baring its neck to a predator.
She let out a frustrated purr. “You fucking sexy little thing. You tempt me, and on any other day I would be reminding every atom in your body who owns you, but today’s plans are more important.”

Artistic Explorations: A Journey Through Emeryville's Dynamic Art Community
While names like the Louvre and the Met often dominate conversations about art, there's a hidden gem nestled in the heart of California – Emeryville. Tucked between Berkeley and Oakland, this unassuming city boasts a thriving art scene that rivals those of its larger neighbors. As you navigate its streets, you'll encounter an array of captivating sculptures, thought-provoking murals, and unexpected artistic treasures that reflect the city's quirky charm and cultural diversity.
Whether you're a seasoned art enthusiast or simply curious, prepare to embark on a captivating tour of Emeryville's art world, where every corner holds a new discovery. But where should you start? Stay tuned to find out.
Emeryville's Captivating Public Art
Embracing Emeryville's public art scene reveals a vibrant tapestry of creative expression that breathes life into the city's urban landscape. From sprawling murals to interactive installations, each piece serves as a testament to the community's spirit and identity.
Take, for example, the renowned 'Emeryville Greenway' mural, a visual ode to unity and diversity that adorns the city's verdant pathways. Its kaleidoscope of colors and intricate motifs celebrates the rich tapestry of Emeryville's residents.
Similarly, the annual 'Emeryville Celebration of the Arts' showcases local talent and fosters a sense of community pride. It's more than an exhibition; it's a celebration of creativity and collaboration that embodies the essence of Emeryville.
In exploring these artistic treasures, you're not merely a spectator – you're an active participant in Emeryville's cultural narrative.
Exploring Local Art Galleries
While Emeryville's public art scene captivates with its outdoor installations, the city's art galleries offer intimate spaces for deeper exploration and engagement. Here are five must-visit galleries that showcase the diverse talents of local artists:
The Compound Gallery: A hub of contemporary artistry and innovation.
The Luna Rienne Gallery: Known for its avant-garde exhibitions and boundary-pushing installations.
The Emeryville Celebration of the Arts Gallery: An annual highlight that celebrates the city's creative pulse.
The Bullseye Glass Resource Center Gallery: A pioneer in glass artistry, offering mesmerizing displays of craftsmanship.
The 45th Street Artists' Cooperative: A dynamic collective of local artists, offering a glimpse into their creative process.
Each gallery invites you to immerse yourself in Emeryville's artistic community, fostering connections and conversations that celebrate the city's vibrant cultural landscape.

Rienne
For my first subject for my missed OCtober - which I’m just giving up on naming November something related - I present the first drawing I’ve ever done of my vampire OC, Rienne. I’d been battling actually drawing him for the longest time because I knew I couldn’t draw him the way I see him in my head, but ...you know what, I’m good with this!
Rienne is a soft dom, and body worshipper. He only preys on the wicked to sustain himself, but mostly deprives himself of blood for moral reasons.  He is stern and quiet, but when he gives you this look... you know he’s taking you in and imagining just how to treat you like the royalty you are.

@commander-sarahs-art has done it again, absolutely blowing me away with the most gorgeous renditions of my characters 😭💙
For those of you who have been lucky enough to avoid my grumblings, I am in the throes of the first draft of an original novel, starring these two lovely ladies.
Rienne (human) and Lanea (woodland fae creature) star in this novel as two women brought together by nature of being cursed by the cruel sea goddess they’ve made bargains with.

🌻RISE, SUNFLOWERS🌻 Coming to @lunarienne THIS SATURDAY, JULY 16TH 5-9 PM THANK YOU @misia.soup !!!!!!!! “light beams connection” 11x14in $150 All proceeds from these pieces go to @heartsforukraine.us https://www.heartsforukraine.us/ Rise, Sunflowers is a group art exhibition and fundraiser for Ukraine, curated by San Francisco artists D Young V and Mykola Bereza. The show will bring together the Bay Area art scene and elements of Ukrainian culture to raise awareness and garner much-needed funds for humanitarian efforts and essential supples, after the disastrous Russian invasion on February 24, 2022. The title of the show is a reference to both human empowerment and Ukraine’s national flower (Sonyashnyk). The sunflower was introduced in the country in the mid-18th century and has since become a key component of the Ukrainian economy — its sunflower oil comprises nearly 80% of the global stock. In 1996 the sunflower also became a symbol of global celebration as it was used to mark the nuclear disarmament of Ukraine, which at the time possessed the world’s third largest nuclear arsenal. The sunflower has taken on new meaning as a symbol of solidarity, resistance, unity and hope since the Russian invasion. The show will feature 25 local artists exhibiting affordable works of various media, the proceeds from which will be donated to Hearts for Ukraine, a Bay Area-based organization that delivers critical supplies to hospitals, shelters, schools, orphanages, nursing homes, refugee support centers and the territorial defense forces of Ukraine. #ukraine #heartsforukraine #lunariennegallery #lunarienne #risesunflowers #misia.soup #misiafarris (at Luna Rienne Gallery) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cf-ox0mrw6c/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
