What if there ended up being an Opposite Day in Gensokyo? It would make a great incident for Reimu to try to solve, and Sagume would be relieved to finally speak her mind. You’re welcome for the fanfic idea.

Gensokyo Festival Day 29 - New Characters

ike a! jan ali lon ma Kensokijo li toki li sitelen e toki pona. jan Lemu en jan Malisa o pone e ona, anu ali li kama nasa.

Sitelen pona has been around for a lot less time than, say, kanji, or even katakana. These new characters (id est, glyphs) are causing an incident, and Reimu is not gonna take that lying down.

Gensokyo Festival Day 18 - Fandom

I originally wanted to make a joke about ZUN getting his foot busted, but God sent a sedan to sideswipe me and bust my shoulder and ankle in retribution, so that’s off the table now. And don’t worry about this weird thing. ZUN gets it all the time. Happy birthday!

I’m also worried that this joke is too raunchy for a reblog from gensokyofestival. Rest assured that anon is talking about the Hakurei orbs, of course.

Gensokyo Festival Day 28 - A Different Genre

Where the incident gets a lot more puzzling than what Reimu usually deals with. What if Touhou were a game of puzzles and brain teasers rather than dodging lots of lasers and other projectiles? I hope it would be just as ridiculously difficult as the danmaku counterpart!

UPDATE: Someone actually did try to solve the puzzles, and showed me that the nonogram was unsolvable, so I remade it.

Gensokyo Festival Day 27 - Dirty

An arhat, a miko, and a Daoist walk into a bar...

I’m not allowed to make dirty jokes for this challenge, but I can at least subtly (or not so subtly) reference them. I wonder what kind of blue humor and bar jokes they tell in Gensokyo. I’ll probably get it when I’m older.
