Ridge gourd ( turai) peels are nutritious and are rich in fibre. So next time when you buy ridge gourd, do not throw the peels but use it to make this delicious chutney. We had it with piping hot rice and a simple beans carrot stir fry with freshly grated coconut. Simple but heavenly meal. You don’t need much time to make this simple yet healthy lunch.
