Litheliun Main Characters
Tumblr media
Ziren Starliez - Legally known as Zirec Nascal and publicly known as Tsuor Phoslane. He is a rare Lithe formed of two gemstones, the secondary Zircon and the deity birthstone Turquoise. His mother was a Spiritual Lumina while his father was a Human Terram. He was given to the late May Deity Meric Ozciti but was named by Pheal Nascal. His official name was given to him by Diamante Herois upon his 10th Age when he was moved to Ashueall. It was plain and boring and the people were stuff, so Ziren got sick of the place quickly. He tends to run away from his problems, so he escaped to Earaat under the guise of a travelling apothecary/mercenary. He met Riden early on and was stuck with him for the remainder of his life. Litheliun starts when the two are forced apart. He’s in his 20th age. He doesn’t really know Riden’s age but he registered him as an age younger based on appearance. Like most Terram hybrids, his taste buds process virtually everything as disgusting except for Vanilla Cake. Ziren is also the Wind Catalyst.
Tumblr media
Riden Olivyon - He was given the name Riden by Topese Zolum who found him shortly after he was reborn from the infamous Peridot Music Box. He was given his surname by Ziren when they met after his amnesia set in. Riden himself is a sort of reincarnation of the fallen warlord and August Deity Reidoux Youthly of the Millennia War and brought about the Era of Silence when her soul was locked in the Music Box. Riden, to a degree, is Reidoux. He lost his voice after being hit with a permanent silencing charm while running from the authorities. He lost his memories when Ziren dumped him in a desert wasteland with no way out. Funnily enough, Ziren picked him up again a year later out of guilt. Reidoux was resurrected from the music box by the radical group Leia by the sacrificed August Deity at the time who was just a child (hence why he was resurrected as a young boy). Riden is a Caliga-Terram hybrid. As such, the only food he can eat is Vanilla Icecream. Riden has an affinity to mind magic and light magic.
Reidoux Youthly - Reidoux was born to an Ingenes father and a Werefolk mother. At a young age, her hometown was set on fire and it’s assumed that both of her parents died. She was raised by her father’s brother alongside her cousin. It wasn’t until her uncle was murdered did she begin gathering followers to fight against the radical government. She was an August Deity (specifically Peridot) and a rare type of Catalyst that controlled both Mind and Sound. Unfortunately, she lost her life but did manage to succeed in her goals using her death. She was in her 29th age. Riden, with Reidoux’s memories, is the antagonist of Litheliun while Riden without her memories is simply a deuteragonist.
Daniel - There’s not really much to say about him except that he was born to an Elvessia father and Morphin mother. He was the August Deity but his specific birthstone was Sardonyx. His family was sort of murdered before him and he was kidnapped by the organization that sacrificed. He was in his 5th age. He had a very controlled affinity with Light magic.
Tumblr media
Pheal Nascal - They appear to be of an ambiguous age, but he is in his 29th age. They are the third eldest of the Deities, a few ages older than Marianne Sessa. Pheal is an Agqua originating from somewhere near the Spirit Continents but his general background is shrouded in mystery. He’s the June Deity (specifically Pearl). Unlike most Lithes, they were born and raised in Gaiya. Shortly after reaching their 10th age, they travelled to Earaat and was brought under the wing of the May Deity of the time, Meric. They spent the rest of their teenage years in a healthy rivalry with Topese (aka TJ) and the later teenage years cooing over the toddler Zirec. When Meric passed away, Pheal became Zirec’s guardian. Pheal themself is a scientist that dabbles in many branches and a linguistic hobbyist. They gave Ziren their old lab coat and spurred on his collection of coats. They’re a jack of all trades, master of none. He does, however, specialize in creating vocal commands (spells) to more precisely channel types of magic without an affinity.
Tumblr media
Liluna Maefield - She’s from a tribe of Undana that consists greatly of Troisida-Agqua hybrids. Hybrids are typically incapable of reproduction but there are some studies that point to a chance when procreating with hybrids of the same kind so Pheal took a liking to her almost immediately. She’s the eldest child of three daughters. As a Moonstone Lithe in her 12th age, she’s already considered an elder among her tribe and has a vast influence over them. Her siblings hold some contempt towards her so she left to travel the world. She has a sort of hero complex paired with her “destiny arrow”, so she finds herself in dangerous situations rather often. Her “destiny arrow” is how she finds herself following Ziren. She’s in her 14th age by then Like most Undana, she has an affinity for water magic but she also can tap into nature magic fairly well. As such, she’s an exceptional healer.
Tumblr media
Chiron Hallows - She’s a black cat-type Werefolk. She outlived her parents and ended up living with her father’s younger brother and his family. Her best friend is her nephew, Charon, who looks outstandingly similar to her. Her mother’s family consists of a variety of red gemstone Lithes and her father’s of green gemstone Lithes. Unfortunately, none of her immediate relatives were Lithes, so she outlived her parents and eventually her nephew as well. Of all of the characters, she’s had the most stable life. It’s while she and Charon are guarding the East Gate that Ziren and Liluna come around. She’s in her 15th age. Chiron has an affinity for Wind magic (so she’s compatible with Ziren’s fighting style) as well as Earth magic, but her strong points lie with actual physical combat.
Tumblr media
Jaden Young - Once known as Nephris Youthly, like 89% of the people of the time, he was a Lithe (specifically Nephrite). He had been away from his home village to discuss a potential long-term job that involved researching a cavern where water flows out like a flood with every full moon. When he went home, he found the entire village burnt to the ground. His wife, daughter, brother, and nephew were nowhere to be found. He threw himself into the research of the cavern and lost track of when the full moon occurs. He was in his 30th year. Before he knew it, the cavern turned into a crumbling room. He spent the next few months wandering the labyrinth that was connected to the room, rationing out what he had on him (which was quite a bit actually) until he was chased down by Ziren and Pheal; he managed to find an exit while running away. He spent the months after that roaming around confused and under an alias before realizing the cavern had time-warping properties that threw him millennias into the future. He felt a hint of his daughter’s magic around Ziren when they met again and decided to follow him, assuming that his daughter survived and Ziren was her descendant. Jaden is a subtype of the subrace Ingenes native to Earaat that dissolved centuries ago when the Ingenes left back to Yluores. He’s not particularly affinity gifted but he specializes in imbuing magic into objects. His favourite is a weapon deliez with fire commands.
Tumblr media
Emeira Dallan - She’s a very rare type of hybrid: her mother was a Meriam and her father a Dremlin. Caliga-Undana hybrids are very rare. Unlike the other deities, she grew up in with a maternal and paternal figure for her entire life (although not blood related). She was named by the late September Deity who raised her alongside his partner, the late July Deity. Upon her 10th age, both had already passed away and she was passed over to Marianne and Pheal for mentorship. Both spoiled her due to the loneliness of recently losing the guardianship of Zirec. Even so, she grew up to be well-grounded, albeit temperamental. She did not, however, want to be tied down to the responsibilities of being the Queen of Oshiean, so she leaves that to Marianne while working on whatever she is required to do as the May Deity. She is in her 18th age when she is summoned by Pheal to assist in a mission regarding a resurrection of the August Deity banished at the end of the Millennium War. She has a very high affinity, very similar to a Catalyst, to Nature magic.

My List of Stories
Secret: zero:
Anthony Slaughter has been living alone on the side of a cliff he carved out, completely self-sufficient, for the past ten years. Before he knows it, he’s chasing a thief into an electric trap and is waking up to the world he never had the chance to learn from. The leader of the guild he fell into looks like someone from the past… No, he is that person. He needs to get out of here before they discover his secret.
Litheliun:
This is why he didn’t want to travel past Earaat. Ziren and Riden have been travelling the continent together for a good portion of their life. All it takes is some poor management of a ship and suddenly Ziren is running across the world in order to reunite with the person who holds his greatest secret. Along the way, he runs into those who barely even seem to connect with his goal. Unfortunately, they all carry bits and pieces of a history that had been lost in time, a history that may relate to his grey-eyed partner a little too much.
Eternal:
The sequel to Litheliun. Nearly 600 years after Ziren and Riden disappeared, life continues on. The people they left behind live their lives. However, they never did fully finish what they started. Leia returns to the scene larger and more powerful than ever. Phiran and the daughter of the queen regent, Melody, are forced to leave behind the invaded Capital of Oshiean and seek out the help of the Spirit Catalysts. Along the way, Phiran unearths facts about himself and others that were buried in time. Guilt, grief, and chaos reveal themselves in spades as they all wonder how it came to this.
Millennium War:
The prequel to Litheliun. Tens of thousands of years prior to the course of events that make up Era of Realisation is the true history behind the one known as Riden Olivyon. It all starts with the era known as the Millennium War. Reidoux Youthly lives a life of tragedy. Her life begins a secret. Too shortly into it, she’s already lost most of it. Emotions are detached and revenge consumes her. She’s destined to fail but not before she places a curse on the world that cursed her very existence by name.
Short Stories:
This is literally just random instances in the lives of the Litheliun crew during, before, between, and after the events. It consists of a poetic summary of Reidoux’s PoV from beginning to end, the events leading up to Liluna and Chiron’s marriage, TJ and Diamante’s own love life, Ziren’s narration between Litheliun and Eternal, and more.
re:Meetings:
Day’s past is a mystery. He is an aberration. He leaves a vague impression of recognition on many of the people he comes across yet none actually can place it. His only clue is a small, irremovable band around his left wrist with a circular charm. When the independent group that had taken him in, Evani, is blackmailed into taking part in another war after their empire had fallen from the last one six years ago, Day decides to assist them in a plan to escape. Unfortunately, that entails befriending the king of the country that reduced them to a small village… Where is this melody coming from?
Meetings:
The prequel to re:Meetings (ironically). Amale has been trying to protect itself from the Evanence Empire’s attempt at imperializing the peninsula for the past decade. On one side of the war, a young prince and his retainer fight for their country against all odds. On the other side, a noble lady sneaks her way into the army to assist her fiance. Somewhere in between, a boy assassin falls in love with an unfortunate bystander. None of them know that fate plans to tear them all apart.
Lock and Key:
It was World War IV in 2107. It lasted for only seven days, but it was enough to send the world into watery apocalypse. The human population went from a striking 9.7 billion to just 2.3 billion. Magic. That was the cause. No one knows how it was discovered or why they just suddenly knew it. However, there’s a journal floating along the water that explains it all. It’s locked, but the search for the key has begun. Avery James knows more than anyone else on this watery abyss of a godforsaken planet. She’s determined to return the books to the hands of its rightful owner.
Valentia:
Riddle was a rescued slave that caters to the royal family. After years of being trapped in the dark, he finally has some semblance of a normal life. After being framed for a crime he didn’t commit and pinned to a wanted criminal with the ironic name of Rhyme, suddenly he wonders why he ever wanted a normal life. This is fun! While running across the dimensions, he meets invaluable friends and discovers secrets about himself and his past. Yet, he can’t shake the illogical phrase Rhyme whispered to him when they first met. “You’re a valiant knight, aren’t you?” Riddle didn’t even do anything when they met.
Fantys Aurea: Academy:
Skylar Davit is a villain. That’s a fact that will never change. It may have been pure chance that his school burnt down but transferring to the greatest hero academy in the country with his cousin and partner-in-crime was a decision that he doesn’t regret. His roommate may be a clusterfunk of saturated primary colours and white that suffers from casual existential despair and hyperactivity and his cousin might be insinuating something he doesn’t really get but he’s not planning on leaving… After all, too many of students and faculty here in Phantom Rhea Academy are too suspiciously related to what made him become the villain he is.
Game of Chase:
A spin-off of Fantys Aurea. The heist was supposed to be fun. Curse the spirits, Alice’s cold just had to destabilise her power, huh? Skylar and Sora somehow end up dimension hopping after an artefact of unimaginable power. Skylar just wants to go home already and take a break from Sora’s unending pining. Why should he care if some random dimension blows itself up? It’s not like they’re the one dimension hopping. Why does Sora need to have a hero-complex?!
Fantys Aurea: University:
A collection of short stories that occur after the events of Game of Chase and FA:Academy when Skylar decides to attend college as a Psychology Major. The others are self-sufficient or making their wages already. At least he's not alone... If only the personified definition of cheery despair would pay attention to him!
Godly Affairs:
Meth is a god. That is a fact of the universe. What kind of god is he? Well, that’s the mystery. His mind is a blur, a jumble of colours like the empty pocket universe he’d been trapped in for aeons. He vaguely remembers the sound of playful laughter and the impression of metal working. Finally freed from his prison, he resides in the Aurea Pantheon’s other-world until he can assist him like the weapon of mass-destruction they believed he was before they discovered his amnesia. He wants to discover who he is but his only lead is the arcane god who resides in the Mirrored Forest.
Caelus:
Caila’s country was falling apart from a civil war. Her servants had forced her to hide and before she knows it, she’s falling through space and time. Alex, Alice, Anthea, and Aias live in the heart of the Forbidden Forest, hidden. They’ve lived for centuries after having left their mark as the Heroes of Legend in the world of Caelus. They never expected visitors in the form of two escaped slaves, one a fae and the other a human from Earth?! All of them are speechless until Alice pipes in. “Welcome to Caelus, the world of stories, my Princess.” Now, their goal is to return Caila to Earth before it’s too late.
Ever After:
The spin-off shorts of Caelus. Like the Litheliun Short Stories, these are narratives of the lives of the Caelus crew any point in their lives undocumented in the main story. It follows their lives before the prodigy twins created the interdimensional portal that drops Earth humans into Caelus and changed the destinies of everyone involved. It also narrates their lives afterwards.
Dragons:
The first part occurs in their youth. A group of youths had ventured into the forbidden caves and soon found themselves whisked through the sky and surrounded by the dragons who live there. Out of the many children, only three found the courage to live amongst the dragons while the others dug deeper and created a civilisation for themselves within. The second part deals with the lives of those three children after discovering they had been brought to the future and that their dragons had returned to the past. They willing restart their lives, separated… Good thing dragons have a tendency to be immortal.
Falling in Wonder:
In a particular city forgotten by the outside world, there is a trio of heroes against outside forces, a trio known as Wonderland. What happens when a stranger from the outside shows up and begins to disrupt the daily lives of the citizens in Memory Coast? This person is different. He is different. He will begin something new.
Most of these stories are not available online. However, you can find the unfinished, original (and very cringe-worthy) drafts of Secret:zero, Litheliun: Short Stories, re:Meetings, Valentia (then named Never Give In), Secrets Behind Lock and Key (rewrite and original), Caelus, and Falling in Wonder on my Wattpad account here! The original draft of Litheliun is complete and currently in the process of being rewritten. If you’d like to read the first eleven chapters of the original draft, you can look through the early stages posts of @ahotcupoftea for those. For the entire draft, please message me. Actually, if you’d like to read any of the unpublished drafts for all or any of the stories I have, please message me and I wouldn’t mind sharing or posting them!
P.S. Secret:zero, like Lock and Key, is a rewrite of the story I titled Secret but with a different execution and narration. That one can be found on a much older and much more cringe-worth account from my middle school years. Secret has a similar plot line to Zero but the original took place in a werewolf universe under the PoV of Lucas (the leader) while Zero takes place in a fantasy-guild-esquire universe in the PoV of Anthony (the betrayer). Lock and Key (rewrite) can be considered the sequel to the original. The original has a set-up like a journal and is quite literally the journal that Avery looks for in the rewrite. However, the original sequel was meant to take the PoV of the author of the journals.

Happy Mother's Day I accidentally fell asleep and forgot to finish this. So here's a WIP. I'll try to post the finished piece as soon as possible but ya know. Here are all of the mothers that actually show up on my stories. If their eyes are closed, they're dead. In the bottom left corner is of myself and my own mother

Riden Olivyon Over Time This is an older page from mid-fall of 2016 but it's probably my favorite of this type of composition. I thought I shouldn't just leave this blog inactive for too long. From left-to-right, top-to-bottom, Riden is age 16, 18, 19, 21, and 24. 18-19 are his designs during Litheliun. 16 and 21 are during his Short Stories. 24 takes place during Eternal. ~Ashe~

Story Versus So I drew this in my sketchbook... Each box is about the size of a standard two-in long eraser? Yeah. I draw pretty small. The rows are two sides of the same story (more or less) while the columns are for same story. From left to right: • Secrets Behind Lock and Key • Godly Affairs • Fantys Aurea • re:Meetings • Litheliun ~Ashe~ p.s. I had to delete almost all of them in order to post this.

Side Main Characters Art Dump This refers to the characters that aren't the focus, but are equal to the actual main character (Skylar, Ziren, Avery, Riddle). Also, all of these images take place outside of the main storyline. PS. Avalon's last name is James, not Jess. I just messed up. The colors of his wings also represent the other Vices, while grey represents himself. PPS. D'Raisc Chravat is Riden's public identity after the events of Litheliun. He poses as the Tashmarine Diopside, but is easily mistaken for Chrome Diopside. It's his pet peeve, but it's understandable since no one really knows about it. ~Ashe~

Designs over Time
Even though it says “designs”, it’s actually referring to their appearances as they age. Riden had one more design than Ziren, but I made up another design on the spot in order to even out the designs. For Ziren and Riden, their ages from left to right, are 10/9, 14/13, 19/18, 20/19, 22/21, and 25/24. Ziren is the equivalent of a year older than Riden. In actuality, it’s a 130 years.
I absolutely love drawing out the relationship between these two. Ziren and Riden as themselves have a pretty peaceful co-existence, although they both have two sides. Riden can be easygoing and passive-aggressive as a Lapid or the heated perfectionist of Reidoux. His mental stability is iffy and is similar to a split personality disorder, but not quite. As for Ziren, he actually has a minor case of ADD. Life in Ashueall is similar to the Olden Days, where disorders were treated violently. Sometimes he reverts to the way he acted in Ashueall. With Reidoux’s personality resurfacing as Riden ends his life as a Lapid, the two of them clash.

Photographs of Litheliun: Short Stories .... This is what I did in my spare time in my sketchbook during the weekend. I might... Might transfer it to digital if either Aimi or myself have the patience to trace it. But yeah. These are important photographs that took place during the first book and Eternal. The only photo that isn't is the one in the middle of the crew of the first book. ~Ashe~

Riden Olivyon, prior to Litheliun Time: //shrugs// I haven't done digital art on a tablet in forever. I'm crying. Henry and I were hanging out yesterday for a drawing session that lasted seven hours. We did a lot of stuff, but I only used the tablet in intervals because _food_. Anyway, I drew Riden from around the time he meets Ziren. I hope you know he used to be a little SHIZ. He's calmed down by the start of Litheliun, but oh gods... If you ever read the first chapter of Litheliun, Ziren explains that he left Riden in a desert and Riden admits it's partially Ziren's fault he lost his memories and his voice. Ziren could not stand him. The background is also very half-tried since I only had thirty minutes left before Henry had to leave TT-TT that's okay. ~Ashe~

Riden and Ziren from Litheliun
I drew their placement in the little group photo I have. I’m probably going to do my other characters too. One day I’ll do them all together in color though, but I’m saving that for SAI. Also, where can I buy syringes? I need to reactivate my CG3 and CG0.5 markers since they’re drying up. Usually, if I leave them alone they start working again, but I probably won’t be able to leave them alone anytime soon. A lot of my character designs use greyscale (aka my main characters of every story).

Despite the fact it says preview, this is actually the entirety of Chapter 1. I’m not planning on posting any other chapters until I’ve completed the fifth draft (this is currently the fourth draft). I’m open to any comments, suggestions, and questions!

Yet Another OC Meme (50 Q&A)
I'm not sure what the original post was but if anyone knows please tell me so that I can link it to this one. (blame 9th grade me). http://nekotan-chou.tumblr.com/post/120740460331/loi-got-this-from-some-other-post-1-your-first So this is a "yetanotherocmeme" that I did a couple years ago //cries// and I cringe. I cringe heavily. I don't roleplay anymore much less create individual or fan OCs nowadays. This questionnaire will only revolve around the 200+ characters I acknowledge as still in use. Virtually all of the ones from the first post are abandoned. SO MUCH CRINGE. Also, I know that a lot of these questions specify just one OC but I like talking about ALL of them. 1. Your first OC ever? Looking back through old sketchbooks, it was actually a group of Kingdom Hearts OCs. The one that sticks to memory most, however, was supposedly the daughter of Kairi and Sora. 2. Do you have a personal favorite among your OCs? Liluna Maefield. She's my absolute favorite character. I love developing her character and her design is actually one of my favorites. Ironically enough, she's also the furthest away from my general character designs/personalities. 3. Have you ever adopted a character or gotten a character from someone else? I don't believe so. I have many characters that are influenced by other people and their characters but I don't think I've ever had one directly. 4. A character you rarely talk about? Seiren. He exists but I don't normally delve into him. During the early drafts of Secret (during the cringe years), Seiren was the Teacher to Violet, whose a special type of Mage. In the current version of Secret, Seiren is the father of Violet and Liore 5 If you could make only one of your OCs popular/known, who would it be? Riden. If I make Riden popular, that would mean people would read Litheliun. All my time and effort put into that story won't have been for naught. Also because Riden is one of my most complicated and the second favorite after Liluna. I love his character designs. 6. Two OCs of yours that look alike despite not being related? Prior to my redesigning to diversify my character designs, the characters that were most similar without purposeful relation were Lucas of Secret and Day of re:Meetings. Looking back on it though, I think re:Meetings was a recycled plot line of Secret but I just forgot that fact. 7. Are your OCs part of any story or stories? All of them are. I'm a writer nowadays so all of my OCs are characters created for my stories. I have a master list of my main works /here!/ 8. Do you RP as any of your OCs? If you do, introduce one of your RP OCs here! All of my OCs used to be RP OCs, however, I mentioned I wouldn't use any of the ones from prior to 9th grade and that was really the last times I role played. There was one, however, from this year. Their name is Anaro. They're a merperson from the Voltron: Legendary Defenders universe. I used them as a character for an OC-centric Voltron AU with my friends. They're flirtatious. They also travel around on either a wheelchair or a fish tank on wheels. 9. Would you ever be willing to give any of your OCs to someone else? I really would depend on the situation, what I'm getting in return, and which character. 10. Introduce an OC with a complicated design? I want to Sora Davit due to his scar and eccentricities but almost all of the main characters of Dragons have rather ornate designs. 11. Is there any OC of yours you could describe as a “sunshine”? Mikaela Kay. Now and forever. She's no longer a universal RP character since s has a set role as one of the leading sidekicks of the Litheliun: Eternal. 12. Name an OC that isn't yours but who you like a lot. Jun's character Alwyn! He's been put through a lot! He deserves happiness with his family!!!! 13. Do you have troublemaker OCs? Gods below, yes. A majority of my characters are chaotic neutral or even just chaotic in general. 14. Introduce an OC with a tragic backstory Liore and his older sister were suddenly dropped off at the orphanage. There he met his soulmate. He wasn't a prime candidate for adoption because he couldn't be separated from his sister who was too old, in her teens, for most couples. His soulmate did get adopted and they began to fade away from each. Then he and Violet "die" at the hands of his soulmate. He resurrects with no memories or hints of his life beforehand. He wanders around until he's picked up by a kind couple who had recently founded what would become the Red Outlaws guild. Unfortunately, the happiness wouldn't last when a family friend betrays them. In a course of events, battles wage and his parents die. 15. Do you like to talk about your OCs with other people? Yes! Please! Talk to me! I created this entire blog just to do that (and world build). 16. Which one of your OCs would be the best at biology (school subject)? A lot of my Litheliun characters. Pheal is actually an anthropologist with a hobby focusing around cryptozoology. Ziren learned a lot from Pheal and is a scientist in his own right as a botanist. Chiron, despite being a renowned chemist, would actually be very good at biology. She just doesn't like it. Reidoux would also be best at biology since she studied the body. Had it not been for the war, she would've actually become a marine biologist. 17. Any OC OTPs? Yes! Chiron and Liluna are my precious married girls! I love drawing them together and it's fun to do so. 18. Any OC crack ships? I'm terrified to say that there is one. It's Ziren x Jasper. The idea once popped into my head and it hasn't left. Ever. 19. Introduce an OC that means a lot to you (and explain why) Riden Olivyon. Believe it or not, he's actually one of my oldest original OCs right next to Ziren. I never really delved into him as much as I tried to outline a plot for Litheliun back in my younger years so he's not really brought up often from back then. If memory serves right, Riden was also originally based off of my mom (they're both born in August Leo's). I worked, reworked, and fixed Riden from the jumbled mess he already was into a pretty decent character. He's probably my greatest achievement. 20. Do any of your OCs sing? If they sing, care to share more details (headcanon voice, what kind of songs they like etc)? Hm... Yes? Riden does technically sing when he has a voice. The world of Litheliun doesn't really have verbal music since language had been destroyed not too long ago and it's been a struggle to build it back up. His voice is lilting and is reminiscent to bells. It's also pretty raspy. He sings to music boxes. Oh, and they're Harriet! She is quite literally a famous singer named Rehenna (a cheap alias based on a book series he likes). It's difficult to pinpoint his music genre but it's something like pop and Celtic. 21. Your most artistic OC Chiron Hallows. Prior to becoming a chemist, she worked as a commissioned artist. On the flip side, Cedar Flores became an artist as a hobby after taking a liking to drawing the blueprints for Meth's inventions. 22. Is there any OC of yours people tend to mischaracterize? If yes, how? I wouldn't know. I doubt anyone even knows my characters exist beyond a visual design. 23. Introduce OC that has changed from your first idea concerning what the character would be like? ..... Virtually all of Litheliun, all of the Secret Series. Holy frick none of my original plans go out right. However, there is Skylar Davit of Fantys Aurea. His original personality was meant to be a true villain who greatly enjoyed villainy. However, after infiltrating the hero school and befriending the students there, he decides to become a hero himself. In his current personality, he became a vigilante in hopes of finding his missing brother. When Sora does eventually return, Skylar finds himself enjoying screwing around. He's a trickster over a sheer villain. He stays a villain through the rest of his life with bouts of vigilantism here and there to assist his hero boyfriend Joseph. (also, I wanted to give him blue hair so I made his original sociopathy a side effect of a loss of emotions while using his power) 24. If you could meet one OC of yours, who would it be and why. No. They'd all try to kill me. 25. The OC that resembles you the most (same hobby, height, shared like/dislike for something etc?) Chiron Hallows actually uses a redesign from //cringes// Kanoka Seiwa, an RP OC who was based entirely off of me. Not only is her physical appearance similar but she's also an artist. Luckily, I've managed to make her her own person over the years. On another note, Sapphyr Mata is quite literally based on a self-insert with a design taken from a character physically based off of me, Phiran Korand. A lot of the characters from Secret are based on my irl friends and myself. 26. Have you ever had to change your OC’s design or something else about them against your will? With my current characters, no, not really. If I change something about them, it's mostly because I either wanted to or forgot the original aspect of them, improvised, and it stuck. 27. Any OCs that were inspired by a certain song? While the characters themselves were created based on the song, Blake and Ruby's story, as well as their personalities, were inspired by the song "Both Sides of the Story" by We Are The In Crowd. I did end up changing this plot line so the original is more of a backstory leading to the events. They still hate each other but they don't end up back together in the current version. 28. Your most dangerous OC. Depends on your definition of dangerous. If you mean by potential danger, then Kylan, Goddess of Destruction. She can remove anything from existence, even souls. Luckily, she's level-minded and is very responsible. If you mean as actually shown being dangerous, then... Oh, that's difficult. Many of my antagonists/morally ambiguous protagonists are ALL considerably dangerous. 29. Which one of your OCs would go investigate an abandoned house at night without telling anyone they’re going? Avery "AJ" James. It's pretty much her job to investigate abandoned areas without telling anyone. Aside from her.... Jamie Rowen maybe? 30. Which one of your OCs would most likely have a secret stuffed animal collection? Secret? Almost any of the ones who have a stuffed animal collection would display it proudly. 31. Pick one OC of yours and explain what their tumblr blog would be like (what they reblog, layout, anything really) Pheal Nascal would have a conspiracy/science blog. They'd have spent days upon days coding the layout with Matrix by their side. Ironically, it'd be mostly pastel colors. 32. Which one of your OCs would be the most suitable horror game protagonist and why? ..... Um.... The characters of Dragons? I've been tempted to dive into the tragedy genre and me doing so usually means horror genre too. It's kinda weird. Aside from them, Sora Davit. Previous child quite literally went through a horror game scenario on his way to escaping. 33. Your shyest OC? Young Phiran. He was a rather tiny thing and during the course of Litheliun, he had just awoken from a coma and with amnesia. He's not very good at socializing and can barely speak more than a few words at a time at a whisper-level. He was easily frightened. 34. Do you have any twin characters? A LOT. The most notable are Sora and Skylar. Under the right circumstances, they can pass as identical and have a tendency to steal each other's identities since they're both wanted criminals. There's also Riddle and Rhyme (although Riddle had stopped aging around 16 while both of them are presently 19), Derek and Dylan, Evan and Eloise, Mil and Mira, and Ioryn and Carolyn. Then I have my fraternal twins, Wren and Harriet. Neither of them know they're even close to related. Both of them like to hide behind their undefined ages. 35. Any siblings characters. Aside from the twins, there's also A LOT. Most of them are adopted, half-siblings, or dead. Justin and Jay, Jasmine and Jaden, Avery and Avalon, Stella and Alice, Jun and Jewel, and Violet and Liore are the most notable siblings. Sonja is the older sibling of Sora and Skylar, while Riddle and Rhyme are the eldest to Silica, Erick, Meric, and Pyrus. There's a lot more. 36. Do you have OC pairs where the other part belongs to someone else (siblings, lovers, friends etc)? I'm not entirely sure what this is supposed to mean now that I'm actually reading it. "Pair" is a rather vague word. 37. Introduce an OC who is not quite human. I'm a fantasy genre writer. NONE of them are "quite human". However, I'll introduce Rubee Sonata. She's a vampire born after the fabeled Flooding of Terraria and her parents had apparently been born shortly before the Flooded waters sunk down to regular bodies of water. Her clan had joined together with another clan, the Novellas. During her youth, she was childhood sweethearts with the Novella heir, as was to be expected as she was the Sonata heir. Rubee, like her predecessors, were cursed to rely entirely on the Novellas for their immortality while the Novellas relied on the Sonatas for sanity. The curse manifests itself as a ruby embedded in the front of her neck. 38. Which one of your OCs would be the best dancer? Either Onyx Mata or Eloise Tallon. Both are vaguely based off of my sister who is a rather amazing competitive dancer. 39. Introduce any character you want Avalon James is the deuteragonist of Secrets Behind Lock and Key. During the original concept, however, he was the sole main character. His book was styled like a journal and he was the author. In the current version, it's Avery and she is the one who found the journal. Avalon is considered the "host" of the Seven Vices. While his body does indeed act as the basis of the Seven Vices, he himself as a soul is the vice of Lust. During the current version of SBLAK, Avalon is around 27-28 years old and is one of only three members - the other two being his closest companions - of the gang literally known as Vices. He's also thought to be dead for most of the book. It isn't until an infiltration mission where he is mistaken for his sister is he revealed to have been alive this entire time. 40. Any fond memories linked to your characters? Feel free to share! I don't think I have any linked to the characters themselves aside from the actual process of creating them. No one is really interested in my characters so I never get the chance to develop or think of them outside of the words being put down through typing or through pencil. 41. Has anyone drawn fanart of your OCs? If yes, maybe show a picture or two here (remember sources & permissions!) Yes! Henry draws my characters on occasion without me having to request that she do so. My favorite one is of Ziren with Riden's back facing the camera in the background with leaves everywhere! The link to it is here! 42. Which one of your OCs would be the most interested in Greek gods? My actual God characters, of course! Godly Affairs occurs in a world where the human race managed to wipe itself out. The Greek pantheon is one of the few pantheons that managed to survive and flourish in the new world so the newer pantheons admire them greatly. 43. Do you have any certain type when you create your OCs? Do you tend to favour some certain traits or looks? It’s time to confess I have a rather wide range of characters designs but in earlier designs, you could typically find a reoccurring theme of white hair, red-eyed undead characters, fire-powered red-heads usually as an ode to my first original work OC, Mikaela), and characters with short black hair, a blue color scheme, and somewhat relating to sapphires. In my stories, you might even notice how some characters tend to have altered replicas in groups of 4 to 7 across their universes. I enjoyed using my irl friends as the characters themselves. 45. A character you no longer use? Look at the original post for this. All except for Mikaela. 46. Has anyone ever told you that you treat your OCs badly? Yes. All the time. I tell it to myself too. 47. Has anyone ever (friendly) claimed any of your OCs as their child? No, not really. As I've mentioned before, no one really cares. 48. Which one of your OCs would most likely enjoy memes Rubell and Joseph. They are casual existential despair personified that cover it up with memes. 50. Give me the good ol’ OC talk here. Talk about anything you want All of Them: Help me.

Peridots I'm still testing out these new markers. I've already gotten used to the stiffer Tria and Pro Markers. The soft brush and easy blending is kinda difficult to adjust to when I keep reverting to my usual techniques. I didn't really try to hard on this one since its... 1 IN THE MORNING. Well anyway. Spoiler Alert, these three represent the Past to the Future. Reidoux to Riden to a merging between the two. Reidoux is the Peridot Lithe and August Deity while "Present" Riden is the Peridot Lapid, the negative counterpart of a Lithe. "Future" Riden accepts his previous existence as a Lithe, but is unable to let go of the life he's had all this time as a Lapid. It's an unheard of occurrence, probably the first. ~Ashe~
