Top Benefits of Hiring a Limousine for Your Next Business Trip
Millions of business and leisure travelers visit the U.S. every year, and navigating through cities like New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania can be a daunting task, especially for first-time visitors. One of the most challenging aspects of traveling is getting from point A to point B safely and on time. After landing at Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, or PHL airports, the next leg of your journey may not be within walking distance. So, how can you make the process smoother? Booking a reliable limousine service can make all the difference. Manhattan limo rental services 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring stress-free transportation. Here's why you should consider using a limo for your next trip.
Skip the Cab Lines
Airport cab lines can be long and frustrating, especially when there aren’t enough taxis to meet demand. Whether it’s freezing cold or unbearably hot outside, waiting for a cab can make your journey more uncomfortable, particularly if you’re heading straight to a meeting. Booking a Manhattan limousine lets you bypass those long lines entirely, making your trip more efficient and stress-free.
Transparent Pricing
Cab fares can be unpredictable, with prices fluctuating based on traffic and route changes. Common taxi scams often involve taking longer routes to increase the fare. Additionally, rideshare services may impose surge pricing during peak hours or high-demand periods. By choosing a professional limousine service like NY NJ Express, you’ll receive a set price when you book, with no hidden fees or surprise charges due to traffic or delays. The quote you receive is the price you’ll pay—no more, no less.
Convenient Pickup
Rideshare and taxi services often have confusing or distant pickup points, adding unnecessary stress to your journey. With Manhattan limousine services, the driver will meet you right where your luggage arrives, or at a convenient location nearby. No more wandering around the airport looking for your ride—your driver knows exactly where to meet you and will take you directly to your vehicle.
Travel in Comfort
After a long flight, comfort becomes a top priority. Air travel, even with extra legroom, can leave you feeling cramped and fatigued. The last thing you want is to step into a small, uncomfortable vehicle. With a Manhattan limousine, you can stretch out, relax, and enjoy a spacious, luxurious ride to your next destination. This level of comfort makes a big difference, especially after long trips.
Punctuality Guaranteed
If you’re heading to a business meeting right after landing, punctuality is critical. Relying on taxis, rideshares, or public transportation can be risky due to unpredictable delays, traffic, or cancellations. With a limousine service, your driver will be waiting for you as soon as you land, ready to whisk you away to your destination. Experienced drivers navigate traffic efficiently, ensuring you arrive on time for any appointments or meetings.
Enhanced Safety
Limousine services offer a higher level of safety compared to taxis or rideshares. With thorough background checks on drivers and a focus on passenger security, you can travel with peace of mind. There’s no risk of scams or unreliable drivers—your limousine driver is expecting you and will ensure you arrive safely at your destination.
Why Manhattan Limousine Services Are the Best Choice
Choosing a Manhattan limousine service like NY NJ Express for your airport transfer guarantees a seamless, stress-free experience. From punctuality to comfort, they offer unmatched service that’s well worth the investment. And contrary to popular belief, hiring a limo may not be as expensive as you think. Give it a try on your next business trip and see how it enhances your travel experience.
For dependable, professional limousine services in Manhattan, contact NY NJ Express today at (718) 880-9241 or (732) 742-5072. You’ll never go back to traditional taxis or rideshares after experiencing the convenience and comfort of a limo service.

PHL-19 The Look Of Love
Music By: Burt Bacharach and Hal David
Choreographed By: Mark Morris
Presented By: Mark Morris Dance Group
We got the wonderful chance to meet Mark Morris at a reception. In the five minutes that we talked with him he expressed how the people that owned Burt Bacharach and Hal David’s music begged him not to make a “jukebox”. The temptation to do this is strong, in fact it has been in the musical “Promises Promises”. Morris, a rogueish and loud personality. Seems to have taken this to heart. He seems the kind of artist that likes to both celebrate his peopl and play with audience expectations. He seems like the kind of artist that will place “The Blob” (lyrics by Mack David) in the middle of a night of love songs. We heard many audience members voicing their concern about what the story of the night was. We heard a couple snippets of conversation voicing disappointment that there wasn’t a synopsis of the story in the program. With great music by iconic artists and choreography by a celebrated artist it seems almost inevitable. Yet this frustration was a great reminder of why we love writing for audiences like this. We get to remind them that audience’s are greatest story tellers on the planet.
We have to start with this music. You may think that you’ve never heard Bacharach and David’s music before but check any movie, TV show, or commercial from the past forty years and you’ll find a sample. Bacharach’s unique style on the piano takes center stage. Many of the melodies and soulful chords are ready to take you on a calming ride. David’s lyrics like “raindrops keep falling on my heads” bounce on Bacharach’s music like a kid on a trampoline. You would never think that such a playful lyricist and a soulful composer would combine to make a match made in heaven. Yet you can’t imagine David’s lyrics without the rhythm or the style of Bacharach’s piano. And you can’t listen to those tunes on the piano without humming David’s lyrics. They’re as inseparable as Dana and coffee.
Morris created a choreography that channeled that serious playfulness perfectly. He played with the recurring motifs and wordplay of David’s lyrics and turns them into actions that change as they repeat. Throughout “I’ll Never Fall In Love Again” the partners separate and come together at the last moment. At the final moment the last dancer is left standing as his partner walks away and the lights fade. This kind of choreo is how Morris embodies both the spirit of the music but the letter of the lyrics.
Yet this creates a unique problem where Morris and his troupe of dancers are too good at what they do. The choreography is so memorable that we can’t shake it from our minds when the lights go down. The audience is not an Etch-A-Sketch. They remember what they just saw and the rest of the dances imprint new images on the old ones. That means that, while there is no story being told in this piece, the audience is smart and connects moments they’re watching with the good choreo they just saw. Morris isn’t a story teller. He’s a choreographer. You have to remember that the audience is the best storyteller on the planet. They amazingly made connections out of nothing.
We have to spare a moment for the musicians that exuded such a casual playfulness. They set the mood for the whole performance. It can be hard to do technical music like this and make it seem casual. Yet that is exactly what we saw. We owe a big shoutout to Ethan Iverson on the piano and Marcy Harriel killing it on the lead vocals. They were a match made in heaven.
These are the kinds of performers that you want to see sharing the stage. Morris confirmed for us that these are all dancers in their thirties and forties. These are performers with years behind them. They know what they can and can’t do with their bodies. That means when they execute a move, when they do a lift, when they throw themselves at their partner they are doing it with the absolute conviction of a veteran performer. They can live in the moment and embody the mood of the music.

Dublin, Ireland: I visited, had tons of craic, and immense fun – I’m addicted.
As with most times I travel, I make sure to take advantage of national airlines and their home hub cities. My flight was destined for Amsterdam, Holland but I wished to visit Ireland on my way. So I decided to fly Aer Lingus from PHL to AMS, knowing they would first fly to Dublin for a stopover, require a plane swap, and then depart to mainland Europe. Well, one can choose to continue on at the stopover city, paying only country taxes to exit airport; thus getting two trips in one. Each country has a limit as to how many days you can remain there, and so it pays to check first. I had not arrived in Ireland yet and could already tell this country was going to be imbued with enjoyment. The flight was filled with craic.
Dublin was already having an effect on me and I had not even departed the airport. The feeling in the air was quaint and charming, just like the Irish people. There is no subway or underground transportation system in Dublin, so coach is the best option for public transport. Uber is not allowed to operate in Ireland. The best bus service, Airlink, an express coach with the fewest stops, departs the airport every 15-20 minutes – so it is never a long wait to get to center of town. They are handicap accessible. The buses end up at Busaras Central Station before heading off to O’Connell Street in city centre, finally ending up at Heuston, one of Dublin’s main train stations. I opted for a taxi. It was time to get my green groove on!
The distance from the airport to my hotel, located in Smithfield section, was approximately 12km. The bus fare was 7 Euro single, 12 Euro return – and a taxi, door-to-door, was between 25-30 Euro. Every taxi company is metered by law but also has other differences that can affect each individual fare. Do your homework beforehand. Being new to this city I opted to take a taxi ride, knowing this would also afford me a common gem of past globetrotting journeys: no one knows a city and its secrets better than taxi drivers. They tend to be a salty group; replete with enough stories to turns one’s head, in or out. As it would happen with my luck, my driver, Seammus McCafferty, was of the extremely colorful sort.
Taxi service paid, his business card with cellular phone contact in hand, convenient for future excitement and adventure reference, it was time to see what another Generator Hostel and new city had in store for me to boot. As humans we tend to be creatures of habit – as well, having traveled all over the planet – I have learned a few tricks here or there. One invaluable lesson for travel and also life: When you find something that works, do not make any unnecessary changes – no need to reinvent the wheel. I had stayed at many Generator Hostels throughout Europe in the past and they always served me and my injury needs adequately. The bar was set high for this location (pun intended).
Upon entering the hostel I was taken aback by how stylish it was. It looked very elegantly fashionable, very chic – my kind of place. There was a refined unassuming contemporary counter for check-in, plush chairs abound to relax and view any street walkers-by, with an eclectic and trendy colorful bar and restaurant in the background, with a Jameson bottle chandelier as the centerpiece. To the far right corner, with a clear view of the drunken shenanigans taking place at the bar, sat a beautiful pool table. To the back left was a veranda with sitting area for live entertainment and additional tables for more hobnobbing with newly made friends. The hostel was clearly setup to induce traveler interaction.
After getting my room sussed out, I decided to explore the hostel further. I reserved a dormitory style room that slept twelve, although when I arrived I only saw four other bodies – all fast asleep at 15:00. I had a short distance to wheel over thick carpet but once out of my floor wing the floors were smooth. There was a dedicated handicapped toilet and sink room, but most times it was occupied by someone too lazy to walk the extra two meters to the common room. The showers were in a separate space. Both areas were very large, with enough sinks and showers to clean a small army. There was also a dedicated shower stall for those needing assistance, including a bench and low water controls. Splendid!
It was time for an obligatory pint of Guinness. As the saying goes, when in Rome…. I headed to the bar and was immediately met with a set of stairs. Two meters to the left was a dedicated lift to bring me down one level. I picked a table, ordered a pint, and within minutes was talking with some fellow voyagers. Sean Kennedy from Ottawa, Canada was the first, followed by Erika from Rotterdam, Holland, and then came Jacob from Perth, Australia. Did I say just one Guinness? Oops, a Catholic white lie. A few beers later, minding our “Ps” and “Qs,” the group comfortable with one another, travel stories and laughter only increased round after round. We all decided to meet for breakfast the next morning.
For some odd reason no one made it to breakfast the next morning – must have been the Dubliner air. I enjoyed a delicious traditional Irish breakfast: eggs, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans and grilled tomatoes. Stomach overly filled, I decided to venture out and take my chances seeing the city on one of the many hop-on-hop-off bus tours. I chose the red line as they had a pickup only 30 meters from the hostel entrance. The bus pulled up, a foldable pull-out ramp appeared, I rolled on, paid my 20 Euro fare (unlimited rides for 48 hours), and off we went. Though it is a great bargain, as you get to see most the city’s best sites, it is only for the strong and fit – even with breaks on, the chair was thrown all over.
Being an exceptionally seasoned world traveler, having lived all over the planet for almost a decade of my life, international travel mostly comes easily to me – even the constant hiccups and curveballs the world throws my way are met head-on, and overcome with grace and laughter. No doubt travelling in a wheelchair is a much different experience, though mostly logistical, hence my injured traveler blog. But there is another element to what I do, one that requires that my wheelchair and its parts are all in the best possible working order. I am forever indebted to the people at NuMotion Mobility Company, especially Gary Gilberti and his amazing crew at my local office, including Christie, Jim and John.
By the time I returned to the hostel, sea-sick and bruised, the rest of the crew was already at the bar, and many pints ahead of me. By this juncture, a French doctor, Pierre, and Wouter, a quiet and witty Dutchman, had joined the bouquet – making for quite the assorted international motley bunch. We decided to go out for dinner that evening – Kennedy had heard the food at Kingfisher’s was the best in town. It was agreed the four of us would meet at 19:00 and taxi to O’Connell section of town. All taxi drivers, with one honorable mention later, were more than happy to get out and assist with the wheelchair breakdown and storage. I had the classic dish: fish-n-chips. It was amazing. Legendary!
By this time I had already made friends with the bartender, Milo, from Greenland – a country of 56,170 people – a fjord-lined Danish territory. All the staff was very friendly. As stated in my book, Unbreakable Mind, one must participate in life by Doing The Dirty Dishes: If meeting new friends or socializing with strangers is an issue, go where others are seeking the same: new friends and experiences. You are guaranteed both if you stay at a hostel. I choose to stay at Generator Hostels when in Europe because even though they are the cost of a cheap hotel, they have better clientele. I have never once placed a lock on my storage bin. If in need of purple underwear – please, by all means!
The next few days friends went various directions and so I decided to venture out into the city where ‘streets have names’ alone. The walkways and sidewalks upon first inspection looked smooth, until in the chair wheeling around town – they surely gave my kidneys a workout. There are curb ramps but definitely careful attention to detail must be paid if one wants to stay in the chair. Drivers are not so quick to slam on their brakes for you when crossing the road. Also, Luas, the tram/light rail system, which began operating in 2004, extends throughout the city with Red and Green lines, thus providing many places for your caster wheels to get stuck, or dumped by not wheeling over the bumps properly.
That next morning I was up early so I could visit St. Stephens Green, a historic park and great inner-city escape with 15 statues and memorials of famous figures and events, a favorite of James Joyce. Soon after, I found myself at the Guinness Storehouse, Ireland’s most famous beer, with a guided tour that ended on a rooftop bar with free tastings. Best to reserve a ticket online as the queue can be a bit long. Just around the corner from the St. James Gate Brewery is the 200 year old Jameson Distillery Bow Street, the world renowned home to Irish Whiskey – even though Jameson was in fact a Scottish lawyer. Needless to say after such a day, finding stable ground key – the chair was wobbly for some odd reason.
The following day I decided to bugger off to Dublin Castle and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, just a short distance from Smithfield, the district where my hostel was located. The castle, former seat of the British government’s administration in Ireland, played a lead role in the Easter Rising of 1916. It helped set the stage for the Irish War of Independence, fought from 1919 to 1921, between the Irish Republican Army and British forces. It had a small incline and some cobblestones about but was surprisingly easy to navigate in a wheelchair. The Cathedral’s layout was expansive, including long verdant lawns and brick pavers, thus making for a smooth visit. Both buildings, heavily steeped in history, will leave you in awe.
My second to final day a few of us decided to visit the Dublin Zoo. Kennedy and Wouter rounded out a threesome – our troop was complete. Before we even had a chance to observe the local animals, we had one of own for a taxi driver. We had inadvertently stepped into the wrong taxi and the driver, quite rattled and angry, Patrick Donegal, of Belfast, continued slagging us incessantly. He kept repeating in a deep Ulster accent, “You don’t understand!” It made for some fun local taking the piss before we were on our way to be accosted by apes and monkeys – two mainstays of the zoo, located in Phoenix Park, with 707 hectares of land, making it one of Europe’s largest parks. It was a roaring day. Classic!
My last night in Dublin I decided to head out to the famous party zone of Dublin’s Temple Bar District with some of my new friends. We all had flights out of Ireland the next day. They all headed home and were asleep by midnight. But to me, that is just when the rapture began. Four hours later, a few locally sourced prescribed pints of Guinness down the gullet, it was time to find my way home to sleep before catching my 07:00 flight. Dublin is so rich in history, cultural delight and overall fun, with so much to see and on such a short visit, no doubt I will return to the Emerald Isle for another dose of some additional Ol, Craic Agus Ceol. You left me wanting more; I shall return, old friend. Slán leat – Céad mile fáilte!

PHL-14 The Dream
Presented By: Philadelphia Ballet Company
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream was Ricky’s first Shakespeare when they were in high school. Also, the Prodigal Son was their least favorite of the biblical parables. Little did they know that we would be sitting in Philly’s The Academy of Music twenty years later watching a great company at Philadelphia Ballet bring those stories back to life for them again. Featuring the work of Ballet Patriarchs like George Balanchine and Frederick Ashton The Dream and Prodigal Son took us on an emotional ride.
It was very nice to see a ballet that was more male-focused. This very expressive modern feeling ballet doesn’t feel like it was created in the thirties. The style heavily reflects the Balanchine’s efforts to bring Ballet into a modern 20th-century aesthetic. It dealt with dark themes. Using the biblical narrative as a framework it was creating a warning against “sex drugs and rock n’ roll” in a classic way. We loved Balanchine's use of recurring motifs in movement. Each character had a vocabulary that defined them. Balanchine and his estate don’t need our approval yet if you ever want to see a great ballet Balanchine is a name to remember.
We loved how the set emphasized the gate's versatile element, which turns into a table and back into a gate again. The entire set felt very minimalistic but rich at the same time. This is illustrated the most in the son’s costume. He begins with a bold and flashy finery that gets stripped from him at the end. The contrast from elaborate and elegant to bare and ruddy emphasized the character’s arc. This minimalist style is something we’d love to make a comeback.
What we find so interesting about ballet is that it can adapt the classics of drama and literature and turn them into unique works of art. You don’t need to see Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream to understand this marital spat between Titania and Oberon and its hilarious effects on the two sets of lovers who get caught up in their shenanigans. Ashton condensed this plot into something more streamlined and economical. Knowing Shakespeare more than we know ballet we know all of the extraneous parts and characters that got removed. We have also decided that adaptors of Shakespeare need to see more Ballet. The ballet did a wonderful job of enhancing the important plot points and humor. Did you know that this story is funny? If you watch this ballet you will find out.
Each of the performers leaned into their part. They knew who they were playing and how to embody that character. Each performer was able to lean into what they were saying with each movement. Take the interplay between our four lovers. We could tell their love, chasteness, eagerness, and disgust with clear understanding despite the lack of words. They were not only able to execute complex dances but also act using only their bodies. Or you could take the comedic team of Puck and Oberon. Each of them knew the intention behind their character. That’s where the artistry in dance comes from. If each choreographer could teach a class in adapting these dancers could teach a masterclass in acting.
A special shout out to Sprance as Bottom who was not only a male performer on pointe (we know several ballet schools teach pointe to male dancers don’t at us) however it seems to be a rarity onstage. To perform in a full donkey mask while dancing is not an easy feat. Maslova created a wonderful partnership with Sprance. Each one of them got their own moment on stage . They dove into the moment and treated it with absolute seriousness. That’s what made it funny.

Week 2: Sport Blog
Sea Games 2019: PHL vs VIE Volleyball Women's Opener
In the opener, the Philippine women's volleyball team falls short, but not after dragging Vietnam to a five-set thriller favorite. MANILA, Philippines-The Philippine women's volleyball team put up a strong fight, but on Tuesday, December 3, Vietnam proved steadier in the decision to hack out a 21-25, 25-23, 25-19, 20-25, 15-8 decision at the Phil Sports Arena at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games. The team of coach Shaq Delos Santos faded in the deciding set, putting the Filipinos in a must-win match against defending champion Thailand on Thursday, unable to ride the momentum of a solid fourth set performance. The Filipinas got undone when the Vietnamese staged a game-sealing 7-1 run capped by back-to-back blocks on Alyssa Valdez to take a massive 13-7 lead with Sill locked in a 6-all tie in the 5th set. Valdez then ended the match as the 15-8 finish sailed out for her crosscourt hit. In the opening frame, the Filipinas, however, stunned the favored Vietnamese, 25-21, but the visitors came alive from the leadership of young star "T4" Thi Thanh Thuy Tran, escaping the 2nd set, 25-23, then taking the third in convincing fashion, 25-19. The Philippines, however, then started strong on the 4th in their comeback attempt, netting Jovelyn Gonzaga and Valdez a 10-4 edge off the lead. Although Vietnam tied it up, 13-all, on the 4th, 25-20, the Philippines finally ran away. In the final frame, Vietnam then cranked up the defense, with 4 of their first 6 points coming off blocks. As Valdez led the losing effort with 22 markers, T4 stamped her supremacy on the Filipinas with a triple-double of 27 points, 13 digs and 13 receptions. With 27 points, 13 digs and 13 receptions, Thi Thanh Thuy Tranh sparkled at both ends for Vietnam, while Thi Xuan Nguyen and Thi Nga Bui had 15 and 14 points respectively. Alyssa Valdez tossed 22 points in front of a crowd of 6,000, while Cess Molina and Jovelyn Gonzaga each added 12 Filipino points. After Molina set the hosts at set stage, the Philippines took the first set in 30 minutes with Majoy Baron scoring on a block. 20-24 down, the Philippines came in 23-24 only for the Vietnamese to win a net joust. A net call that proved ineffective was challenged by Delos Santos, tying the match at one set apiece. The Filipinos were moved to set point, 24-19, in the fourth frame by a Valdez hit followed by a Xuan mistake. With another down the line strike, Valdez sealed the set, sending the match to a fifth and deciding frame. In the fifth, the net defense of Vietnam took over as it neutralized Gonzaga and Valdez. For the Filipinos, who needed to finish in the Top 2 at the end of the classification process for a shot at the gold medal, the clash against the 2017 bronze medalist Vietnam was necessary. This was a must-win game for us Valdez said. Unfortunately they lost, they were hoping for a better game against Thailand however they stay positive and they really did put their heart in the match against Thailand.

It was a ride back to Philadelphia from Charlotte North California. I love riding shotgun cross state trips. As we were passing through Delaware it hadn’t hit me how booming and active everyone was in the van since we hit the road, its like we were shining from the completion of a difficult mission. Drawing closer towards PHL international, I noticed someone’s shine started to grow dim. Her smile turning to an almost frantic cry sort of, the look when someone’s having an amazing time but realizes it’s coming to a screeching halt in a matter of moments. Seeing that took a huge chunk out of me. This Angel is damn near coming to tears and I feel her, but inside of me. She needs something...my brain goes searching for something for her to remember us all by, but I had nothing and no where to buy something real quick... but we were already stopping to let those who flew, out for their flight. We hop out, exchanging goodbyes. My back and arms are tense and shaking. I’m nervous, wanting to just jump on the plane and fly away with her, but the truth kept me standing firm. When she gets to me expecting a simple embrace, I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her in the air trying to pour damn near every ounce of love from my huge body into her short stuffed lil ass, damn she’s such a fuckin looker! I hugged her till I felt the trimmers leave her body and her breathing was normal. I wanted to give her something tangible, but that’s all I had at the moment. From that day forward turned into...damn near every day talking to her for 6 years straight. That right there was the deepest bonds I’ve ever formed with a woman. How’d I break her heart? People aren’t perfect and we embarked on one of the toughest forms of a relationship...a long one. Life gives you great lessons, you just have to be vigilant in spotting the and paying attention. Mother Nature and god will with their magic, you just do your part by going about things the right way, forth rightly with a heart aimed at doing good

Goodbye 2018, Welcome 2019 ✨
My 2018 was a very challenging year for me. There were times of ups and downs moment like this year was like a rollercoaster ride. 2018 tested my patience, courage, strength, and even my weaknesses. However, I learned how to stand up and fight again. I made to overcome the failures and disappointments that hindered my happiness and yet I'm still here fighting every single day. I know year 2018 changed my whole perspective in different things and showed me the real purpose of life. 2018 taught me how to handle the situations even people around me. This year, I turned to be the lady I'm dreaming of, a lady with advocacy, a lady with a purpose and missions, and know what her passions are.
To sums up my 2018 memories,
▪️ Got my first job. This was really a long wait and I count this one as a blessing even though I'm not that happy anymore but I'm still looking for a reason to be happy on my own.
▪️ Started my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. I earned 18 units, 27 units more. Up until now and in the future, I know there are a bunch of research papers and journals I need to pass/read. But, once you like and love what you're doing you can never go wrong. This serves as my stepping stone to reach my next target and that is to be a Registered Psychologist. This one is difficult to achieve but everything is gonna be worth it in the end.
▪️Made a hardest decision ever. I admit, I'm very bad in making decisions. I'm not wise and cannot balance everything. I realized, once you enter the world of adulting and you have your settled priorities with you, believe me there's no way to escape. It's a matter of thinking big and in all sides of the situation. I salute those people who are very firm in their decisions because for me that was one of the challenging time in my life.
▪️Hongkong trip 2018. HK was my first travel out of the country and indeed that was fun. HK disneyland is such a magical and beautiful place in this world. But, I wish I can bring with me some pandesal and coffee of Phl. Foods there was a no no.
▪️Baguio City 2018 with friends. If you know me very well, I cannot travel alone without my parents because my dad is a 70% strict worrier parent. But because of the seminar (thanks) I got the chance to went in Baguio with my friends, only. It was a nice and very memorable one.
▪️Got my 2 new baby beagles. Since I'm such a dog lover, my partner and I bought 2 beagles namely Moon (the male one) and Mushi (the female one). They always give me tough times but it's okay, I still love them!
▪️Noche Buena & New Year's Eve with Family. No words, my family are really the best! Thank you Lord.
▪️I get to know more about God and accepted Him in my life. At first, I am afraid to attend in Christian Church. I don't know why, but I taught this was gonna be a new exploration for my spritiual being. July 2017 was my first time to attend but it was not consistent. But when 2018 came, my friends invited me from the Youth Service up to Sunday service and even Worship Nights. Aside from knowing God, I also gained new godly friends. We worship God, pray each other, sing together, and sharing of experiences and problems. I get to know more God by the leaders in the church, by my friends, by the Pastors. I was also renewed and powerful this time because of God. It is clear to me now His words and His plans. Even if there were times that I tend to forgot Him, I know that I'm still safe in His hands. My resting place is in Your Name!
2018 was a tough year and 2019 is gonna be a tougher year for me. But because of the lessons that I've learned in 2018, I know how to apply it in the next day or months. You can never bring me down, 2019!!!
Let's travel more.
Explore more about ourself.
Do what we want because life is too short not to do it.
You only live once, enjoy every moment and seize the day.
Be kind.
Make every single day a stepping stone to success.
Be patient.
Problems is just a problem. There are million ways to solve it.
Be a role model and don't forget to help other people.
Gain more friends and memories.
Serve God with all your heart. Read and apply what the bible says. Repent and Have faith. Know that His plans is better than our plans.
Everything has its own timing.
Do not be afraid to admit your mistakes.
Be aware that every single person you interact with has their own back story. Do not judge.
Be alive. Be productive. Be happy!
Let's claim that 2019 is a year full of happy moments, more blessings, more achievements, less failures, less disappointments, less negativities, and less dramas.
Love, R
