Given Skywarp and the other one, I assume we won’t get Starscream yet, I think maybe he’ll be Season 2 so he can have a major Toy mold slot. Beyond that I think he’d be option 4 or possibly he is the reason why the war ended, a civil war in the Decepticons after Megatron saw the light sort of causing a split and it just continued to cause cracks. Season One will be mostly stragglers like Soundwave, Skywarp, Swindle, and others, likely not having enough pull to provide as a leader especially Soundwave since he would likely be trying to get Megatron to go back and reunite the Decepticons to continue the war. Season 2 is when we may get groupings, like Starscream, but two I low key hope for since we have been given more attention on them: The DJD and Bludgeon. 

Like I could see the DJD as a specaial episode villain where we get a sort of Combatron group going like Tarn is looking to see Megatron’s original mission through and we only get like him, Kaon and Vos (Kaon and Vos being repaints/remolds of Thrash and Twitch), and three of them find out about new protoforms on Earth and they attempt to create “pure” Decepticons. Possibly that is when we get a Scourge/Nemesis prime and maybe a couple others like repaints of other Decepticons but given the RID01 names for trademark purposes like Swindle is straight forward into Rollbar, Soundwave could maybe be reused for Movor, Twitch could be reused again for Ro-Tor but unlikely unless we get a Whirl from her, and any others would be from characters we haven’t seen yet. I mostly say this as RID01 has had a lot of recent love and I could see a possibility of Hasbro using Earthspark as a chance to trademark old names in order to bring back Ruination into the Generations line.

Meanwhile Bludgeon could be a realistic big bad outside of basically toy pandering, Bludgeon is a classic villainous character who we see get a  lot of use, and honestly given Earthspark’s art style I could see him being used and pulled off into a G1 Straxus-flying Tank mode which could provide toyline exclusive Straxus as a repaint. Bludgeon is a scientist first and foremost and given the human villain in this first season, I could see Bludgeon come in to give the same sort of ideas but reflection into Cybertronians, where he creates the Pretender technology. If Pretender tech is brought in that means several characters could possibly be used like Skullgrin or the recent fascination with Repugnus could allow Hasbro to use him too as an expirement, it could also could provide Beast Era characters hopefully Rattrap which could give them more molds maybe depending on the character. 

This was a rather big tangent for me lol

We haven't seen an Earthspark design of Starscream yet.

Starscream, and he's following Megatron, constantly making little digs about how the 'Cons didn't win the war under his leadership

Starscream, and he's a rogue Decepticon ignoring Megatron's orders and having a great time

Starscream existed, but he died in the war. (And maybe he'd come back as a ghost etc.)
